The most horrible experience ever, they did not give us a timely manner that we were not able to renew our lease they told us 20 days from the day we were supposed to renew they will not be renewing. We also had a major problem with pigeons and they told us they will not do anything to help get rid of them, that we were responsible for them. Besides that we cleaned our whole unit got our carpets shampooed and replaced everything, never had holes in the wall as we use command strips however we didn’t take pictures of the unit before we left so they took us to court for ruining their property even though we had receipts they had pictures of a totally different unit and we lost now we are responsible for paying false charges and this is making it so hard to find a place to live, as for it is now on my credit. I highly recommend not renting from them they were by far the worst and unprofessional company.

If you park in a parking spot that belongs to a tenant, even though there are no signs that warn against parking there they will tow you anyway. Then allow their tenants to leave obscene nites on your car, when the matter is addressed with them the property manager will lie to you about the way they do business and place the blame on someone else even though its their fault.

Ive lived here for a minute .. i have not had no problems with the staff or with bugs. its pretty quiet. I never got my other mirror but those are little things. Way better place than most around here. in the lease it says what they will do and charge for when you move out. Even if you clean certain things they will charge you. No apartments around here have overheading lights. I have not had any problems with anything here..

Why is there not an option to put no stars at all, What a Horrid Experience! So to start explaining the apartment above us has a real problem with dry rot so they told us while we are here that we need to find another place to stay while they did repairs aka rebuilding the entire balcony of the apartment above us which is fine but we have all ready payed rent for the month that they are rebuilding the balcony. so one would expect some form of compensation for the time that the apartment we are renting is unlivable. so we asked, got told no. as well when we asked if when working if they broke anything if it would be replaced they said no. In short it has been a horrible experience.

Ive lived here for a little over 6 months. Its been a positive experience. The management are always friendly, helpful, and professional. Great value for the renter with a small budget.

When I moved in I though management was great! That was until December came: I couldnt make my rent. No complaints about my apartment from neighbors, always on time before and sometimes paid in advance over the summer. I thought they would at least give me until January to pay both, nope. They gave me 10 days before I would be evicted and have to pay attorney fees on top of rent. I realize paying rent is important but its not like I was months behind or delinquent in any way. We all struggle so if you want an apartment willing to work with you in a time of need I would not live here.

-Stars should be a choice. I have burned, broke in on and had two misscarrgies while living in this place. When I first moved in I told them if a few repairs that I noticed, no weather stripping around either door, and the window seals needed to be redone because of holes. A door issue and bathroom towel rod that keeps falling off. Minor in comparison to my stove catching fire 4 time in a month. And the dishwasher spaying sparks. Power fauliers because of a wiring issue that keeps a burner on on my stove top.melting my best candy bowl, burning three pans and my fingers. I called and asked for a new stove, after the first one caught fire. I was asked about my cleaning habits. I have OCD and clean constantly. The second stove started doing the same thing. I asked for another one which was delivered a week after asking. And told any further replacement would be paid for by me. It still catches fire and I have been burned more severely since the last one was placed in my unit 4 years ago. The dishwasher is my second one and it leaks and makes a grinding sound. I wont pay for another item to be replaced when I pay almost 1000 a month in rent. I have mold in my hallway because the furnace broke amd they waited a month to fix and only did after it finally broke and i had no ac for 5 days. I take a medicaion that raises my tempture and 5 days at 90 in here put me on the hosptail. The furnace puts off a smell like burning oil, its not oil its the seals inside the closest doors they put in a new furnace but its not properly ventilated. The doors do not have weather stripping, the seals never touched up and after 4 trys at fixing the door they stopped. I froze until I put tape on the door to the balcony because one 230 electric bill was enough. I put boxs up in the Windows to prevent the chill getting in. Since the walls are extra thin you can here if some one slams a door on any floor. If people smoke you can smell it. If a large late night party is going on, just suck it up because management says call security which only rolls around once every other week if your are lucky CSPD time for noise disputes 4 hours. Security time never. Each floor has 6 units. Each building has 3 floors. No buildings have a sprinkler system in case a fire breaks out and none of the buildings are connected to the fire department you have to call nine-one-one by yourself. The main office manager is delightful unless you annoy her. Then you are sol I was broke in on, I asked if they would change the locks, sure for a 75 dollar fee. I fell down the stairs when the railing was not put back together correctly, I suffered a misscarrgie. The first one was due to extream stress. A bank issue over drafted my account and rent was late I was given a 3 day pay or quit. And charged 65 a day for 8 days. Work with me no. Pay up and shut up. Management has clear favorites by allowing them to move there car with expired tags to move all over the parking lot. When the mass tow a thon took place about 3 years ago now the favorites were warned no one else was. LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE, Oh and the 5 stars are most likely the favorites.

I have been living here for a year and a half now. Im a bit confused and shocked by the bad reviews so I thought Id leave my review here based off my experience living here. Management is nothing but friendly and awesome. Maintenance is pretty fast and efficient if we put in a service request its usually taken care of the same day or next day although weve only had to put in two service tickets for small things. Neighbors are friendly and quiet never had an issue with anybody. Yes there is no overhead lighting except for in the dining area but nothing a few lamps cant fix. Ive never once seen a bug in my apartment. Sometimes at night parking can suck but then it is an apartment complex. Overall great experience living here and will renew our lease again if given the option.

This was the worst apartment complex Ive lived at in the springs. We had problems with neighbors and they did nothing about it. Everytime I would make a complaint intead of doing something myself and nothing would get done! Management wont help but will be there right when youre late a day on rent. Ridiculous place.

Cleaned apartment before move out and still was charged cleaning fees cleaned carpet ourselves and still was charged for new carpet. They dont know the rules on service animals gave them my paperwork on move in and asked for paperwork per dog and my doctors note for my service animal. Asked to move out or get rid of my service dog. Wouldnt renew my lease because I made manger look stupid for not knowing service animal laws forever and even emailed her a while packet just prove a point so she could educate herself since she has been here forever. Maintenance came in without permission and stole money and things from us moved things around. When confronted nothing changed so we moved. Dont live here this will happen to you!

This place should have zero stars. No overhead lighting in apartment. No guests allowed in pool area. Very unfriendly staff. Security tagged my car with a permanent sticker on the last night I was living there for parking in a spot I had been parking in all year. My car was totaled in a hit and run in their parking lot and there were no cameras to find out who did it.

Moved in June of 2016 and immediately noticed roaches that came from an evicted unit across from us. Management didnt take proper action to get rid of them resulting in having them until the beginning of may 2017. Soap holder in the shower fell off the wall and the only thing maintenance did was come and cover the hole instead of just caulking it back to the wall. Had 2 dirt bikes chained to the awning pole and ppl cut our lock and chains and stole them and management did NOTHING about it. Said she would look at her video when she got a chance and wouldnt let us watch the video. We had a BBQ just sitting on our patio and she made us get rid of it while others right next to the office had the same exact thing. Floors squeak, fragrances; such as cigarettes and pot other ppls cooking, comes thru the vents. Only 2 overhead light in the whole house in the dining room then by the hallway so if you dont have any lamps your screwed. Absolutely NO storage area or linen closets in the whole place so if you have a lot of stuff prepare to store it in your small closets or second room. Just all around a bad decision. I would give 0 stars if I could.

It is terrible the owners where two-faced to my family. My little sister has asthma the worst type and we got flooded. All they did was put in dryers and when you walked in you smell mold. When we did get flooded the insulators where molded and not to mention they had told us we where the only ones who got flooded when we talked to 2 other people. They totally screwed us over and i would suggest to everyone not to go here unless you want to experience total HELL

Poor management, they came too late to fix maintenance issues even after i called the emergency maintenance and they will make sure they take all your security deposit even after you get the apartment back to how it was.
