My new favorite shop hands down. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who actually care. Everyone was extremely nice, the shop is clean, the rates are affordable and their professionalism was outstanding. They got me taken care of quickly, knew I was in a hurry and got the job done ASAP. A job well done too, they also searched for future issues I might have and pinpointed it out for me in person when I arrived. I wish all mechanics were like these guys. I’d give em more stars on here if I could.

Very friendly and superknowledgeable people with a DOT inspector on site, I had to drive all the way from New York to get my trailer done right here in Colorado. These guys pinpointed all the problems and found stuff most mechanics would never catch.

MTR is a great outfit for mobile diesel repair - weve used themtwice when one of our service rigs broke down on two different occasions. Had a tricky job to be done on my transport bus took it by MTR. Was not disappointed. Doug and the other service folks were awesome. They keep you updated and act very professional. This was by far a straight forward job and they were able to accomplish everything I came in for plus some extra stuff I needed. VERY HONEST shop!! Will definitely be using them next time I need something in the Denver area. A+++ Folks!

This repair shop is awesome. Very professional and friendly office personnel and extremely experienced technicians. I had a rebuilt transmission installed with new clutch and new rear engine seal. The best part is that they were very technical when it came to the installation as they made sure that all ends were taken care of. Mr. Ramon Tribble showed up promptly. Got to work right away. He was one of the few mechanic that was a pleasure to work with. Mr. Tribble kept me informed of the time line, when parts come in and what to expect. A fast, on time and very personable mechanic. I will use them again and highly recommend Mr. Tribble.

Their are no words that can express how impressed I was with the professionalism of Ramon the technician that was dispatched to repair a brake problem that I had on a trailer. It was a miserable day cold snowing and of course the wind just howling, Ramon spent Im guessing 3 hours trying to figure out why my brakes would apply but would take up to 5 minutes to release, I had already ran Air line antifreeze through the system but that didnt really fix the problem, Instead of just starting to replace valves and air lines Ramon tried everything he could think of to solve the problem because he and I both had never seen a problem quite like this one. Ramon had one last idea of removing the air lines from the brake canisters and running as much air line antifreeze as he could get in his air line and using his air supply off of his compressor because he had 200psi and I of course only has the everyday 120psi off my tractor. And that is exactly what needed to be done! I have never seen that much ice and dirt and oil come out of air lines in my nearly 38 years of driving! The communication from the dispatcher at MTR and Ramon himself was fantastic they kept me up to date on when they could get to me. This is one of those rare places that just dosent start changing parts they actually take the time to do it RIGHT!! And they take pride in their work and Customer Service!! I cant thank them enough!!

I had my box truck towed to their shop, and they said it needed fuel rail harness, injectors, gaskets, $6500 worth of work. I told them it was not the issue and they told me thats what the lead tech said and their diagnostic machine. I towed it to another shop and it was just the fuel filter housing. $500 fix. NEVER GO HERE

I have had a great working relationship as well as a great personal relationship with MTR. They have helped me with everything from welding aluminum on a golf cart to maintaining a 100 plus trailer fleet. They have great shop rates and will give you a complete detailed print out of the work they performed. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and will answer any question you may have. The service managers have access to parts that are hard to get and they will bend over backwards to get them here as soon as possible. They have one of the best mobile mechanics in the industry and he will help you at all hours of the night. The owners believe in customer service, customer satisfaction and community, and you really will get that feeling when they work with you. The truck went in for an ac issue which they fixed in a few hours. They were very thorough and fixed or air filter which at least 3shops had previously overlooked. The entire staff was considerate and went out of their way to help with my rental cars flat tire, and professional. This was the first shop I had been to where the staff seemed happy to help. They even left a care package in the truck!

I am an Independent Contractor with Stresscon. I had some major mechanical issues on my trailer where the breaks totally locked up in downtown,and almost caught on fire.. They sent there mobile repair truck out to me and had to cut the one axles brakes in half so they would release enough to get me the mile or so to there shop..They were extremely busy but took right care of me and made the repair with most haste.. Being and out of state trucking company stuck away from home where most try to take advantage of your situation MTR repair were very respectful and proffesprofeand never once tried to over charge for there repairs..I give the company the highest rating possible and would give them a 10 if at all possible..Super professional and Super staff from the mechanic to the office. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!!Guess I’m the lucky one that gets to pay a hefty bill for almost nothing done! First off the tech was late! Then he didn’t bring the right tools, took my stuff back to their shop to scrape the old gasket off then made me come get my parts! There was no special tool used as I was told that I’d need one for the installation, turns out, I’m the tool for trusting these people and getting ripped off! I paid for a service call that the tech showed up late to, he took my parts that I had to go pick up, didn’t have a service truck and worst of all I still have to install the part in my truck!!! Total for a whole 15-20 minutes worth of work.... $245.33! This cost me another day of downtime!!! I will say that my tech did have a pleasant attitude and was decent and he even loaned me a tool for the job so I really can’t blame him but to pay $245.33 for almost nothing is a big ripoff! I could have seriously left the parts there and bought them online and saved myself almost $200.00 I will never use them again and my suggestion would be to stay far away unless you like to pay for nothing and you have money to burn! This is just my experience and I feel completely taken advantage of. They have probably done work for other customers and the customers were happy with whatever was done but unfortunately I can’t say that. Again, my tech was a nice guy but the company, in my opinion, took advantage of me and ripped me off! If you decide to use them then I wish you better luck then I had. UPDATE.... instead of calling to remedy the situation you lied! I explained exactly what I was doing and where I was! You did nothing to accommodate anyone or anything! You send a “tech or shop foreman” that did not even have the tools necessary for the job! I was explained the rate and accepted it but I accepted it because I thought Your people would know what they were doing. No matter how you try to spin this, in my opinion, you ripped me off!!! Your “foreman” showed up late, did not bring the right tools, refused to do the work he was asked to do and took my parts back to Your shop and made me come get them. If you have any moral compass at all you would have called to remedy this issue and clearly be able to see that I was WWAAAYYY OVER CHARGED!!! I wouldn’t mind paying for a service call and having him come out but what you charged is borderline robbery in my opinion! If you cant do the job or don’t have the tools or going to be late dont blame it on a kids broken arm or a shop in such utter disarray that no one can do anything just call the person waiting on you to let them know and then dont over charge for work you couldn’t do!
