Jordan was my service advisor and he did a fantastic job. I had a stressful morning with my battery being dead, having to find someone to jump start it, and calling half a dozen places who could replace it the same day. Every place I called was unable to help until I spoke with Jordan and Toyota of Colorado Springs. He told me to bring it right in and he would handle it. Within 20 min of driving in to Toyota I was on my way with a new battery. Plus, Jordan did some digging and discovered my battery was under warranty so it didnt cost me a penny. Had I taken it to Autozone or another repair shop I would have had to wait a day or so, plus it would have cost me an extra $200. Toyota of Colorado Springs is my go to place from now on. Jordan rocks!

My appt was scheduled for 7:30 a.m. . My service advisor Randy Lee met with me, reviewed work to be done advised of wait time. I waited on site and could use wireless to work. Vehicle ready as advised. Process was easy and very happy with this company. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Very disappointed in the service. I had a check engine light turn on and dropped my truck off at 8am. I heard nothing back so called at 12pm and they said they were still working on it but would call me an in hour. No call. I called back at 3pm and they said they just got an answer. 7 hours to plug the truck into a machine to read an error code? I don’t buy it.

I took my vehicle in to get the Pikes Peak Package put on that was purchased when I got the car. It was an easy process because I had an appointment set up. I also got a ride home while I waited for the Package to be done, and got a ride back to the dealership a little before the work was finished! Everyone was super helpful and made sure everything was done right! Fantastic experience!

I paid for a window tint package and they look terrific. The work was superb but the front desk staff for service is not very helpful and not very friendly either. All the other staff at this location seems to be friendly and nice but each time I have had an interaction with someone at the service desk they were not very friendly at all. Each person there buried their faces in their phone and refused to acknowledge my presence.

I had an appointment. It took a bit for a service advisor to come out and greet me and check me in for my tire rotation. I was there for over an hour waiting to get my vehicle back. I know that the average time to do a rotation is 15min. But an hour seems kinda long for a simple tire rotation.

I drive 80 miles from Denver ,checked in,after 2 hours of wasting my time waiting, I was only informed they ordered the wrong part .This costs me a lot of time ,money,gas ,and I could do some important things with this wasted resources. Then I requested a paper as proof they didnt do any work,before I could go.Else they had no issue just asking me to go to another dealership near me .This is not fair at all

They found out the problem, called me and discussed it with me and they fixed it. They worked with me. They are an awesome crew of people and they guarantee there work. Theyre very professional and this is the only place we go cause they do the work right.

Good on the service. I have been to this location twice now, and every time I go here the customer service is either rude or short with their customers. First time my wife went and she straight out told me that we will not be going to this Toyota ever again. Well a re-call came up for our Tacoma. So this time, I was going to go there and see for myself. Same thing, showed up the evening a day early to drop off the car for it can be first to be seen or whatever. I get inside, someone asked for my info, and I gave it to them, now I am waiting. Someone else asks me now for the same info, I stated I already have given it to someone else, and that pointed to the other gentleman. He said well he’s not doing anything, do you have an appointment? It’s not going to get done today… it’s 415pm. I told the man, that my appointment is for tomorrow, I have a recall. So another man, a much friendlier person, pulled me over and actually took down my info. Just terrible customer service, a few bad apples can really bring down the company

Jordan Lindelow was extremely attentive, thoroughly checked everything based on my observations, courteous and concerned. Gone are the days when womens opinions about car problems were patronizingly dismissed - at least this seems to be true at Larry Miller Toyota, Motor City, Colorado Springs!

If I could give no stars I would. How do you diagnose a problem that’s not even there l. They said I needed brake pads for front and rear. Took the car elsewhere and the front brake bars have 3/4 th life still . Uhm somebody lied

Originally bought my Toyota in November of 2018. The service I got while buying my car was phenomenal Regardless of me only looking for A simple commuter vehicle. Over 30000 miles in my vehicle has had not had a single issue. I go to Larry H Miller for all of my maintenance and always receive quick, efficient, and friendly service.

They always go the extra mile to explain the invoice and possible choices if appropriate.All of the service writers I have delt with have been exceptional. It is not their fault that some services cost a lot.I feel better getting my Toyota RAV4 and my daughters Prius and my friends Corolla serviced by the dealer.

I was looking for a used SUV for running around up in the mountains. I spent the better part of a day looking at cars at dealers that I had found vehicles on line. The main reason I picked L.H.Miller was because of the a great help I received from the salesman. Justice Padilla was knowledgable, personable, and seemed to want what was best for me. I feel.like I made a new friend. Everyone I met at this dealer was friendly, but Justice was the main reason I bought this vehicle from this dealer.

Horrible place! If I could give 0 stars I would. They tried to say SSN number was incorrect and it got pulled right after at another Toyota dealership. I am active duty military and then they proceeded to email me saying we will not do business with you and to not contact them. Go to any other dealership trust me.
