Went in to replace my passenger seat belt that my dog chewed. The staff is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Fair prices and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The seatbelt had to be ordered which only took about a week to arrive and they were able to give me an appointment to do the repairs that same day. They were very quick and my car was ready in a few hours. They even arranged for me to get a ride back home while they worked on my car.The workers bring their dogs to work which is super awesome and there are free snacks and coffee provided.Very happy with my experience and the service I received.

Brought my truck in to be repaired after minor fender bender with front bumper and front panel damaged. They did an excellent job fixing it and when I got it back the detail work was the best! Status Symbol was unbelievably efficient when repairing my vehicle. They were also professional and cheerful. They provided excellent value for their service and was happy with the cost. If I need body work again, I will absolutely return to them.

Repairs were timely and overall good. Quality control is lacking. Had to reattach my own rear wiper, it was kinda just hanging there when my wife attempted to use it. Then found my spare tire cover had torn stitching that wasnt like that when it went in. When I confronted them about it, rather than apologizing for what had happened while in their possession and getting it restitched, they tried to make an additional insurance claim. Basically it was $50 to have restitched. But I had to do all the leg work and speak with the insurance company over the course of several days to get resolution. I had high hopes of their integrity since they are endorsed by Dave Ramsey, instead ended in disappointment over $50 bucks.

Second time there! They are terrific and came in right on estimate! Friendly and professional staff. Also helped me with a personal exterior art butterfly 🦋! After receiving a staggering quote from my Mercedes dealership to repair the passenger side mirror on my Smart car, I desperately began calling various auto body shops to see if I can get a reasonable quote. I was surprised to discover that none of the shops I called would work on a Smart car. Never would I have imagined that such a tiny car could be so intimidating that no one would be willing to repair it. That is, until I called Status Symbol. When I asked if they worked on Smart cars, they replied, “I don’t see why not”…and the rest is history. I was relieved that I didn’t have to put my house up for sale to get my Smart’s mirror replaced! The cost was reasonable; they got the part in just a few days, scheduled me in right away, and did excellent work. They even buffed out some scratches where the mirror broke off and gave my little Smarty a bath! The owner, Cindy, and her entire team are AWESOME! It was such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this shop!

Status Symbol recently replaced a wrecked door on my vehicle. I was in contact with Cindy, who was so helpful throughout the entire process. The work was second to none, as was the communication all the way through the process. They even buffed out my headlights as a courtesy! It was such a surprise, as my headlights were pretty bad. They also completely detailed the interior of the car before returning it to me. My young son says it looks better than new! and I agree! They went above and beyond the scope of work! I decided to try Status Symbol Auto Body after a bad experience (during an estimate for the same damage) with one of their competitors. I got an unscheduled estimate from (one of my Insurance Company recommended) repair facilities because of convenience and was rather disturbed by the attitude of the business owner, (all I could do was imagine what would happen if I had a problem), so I tried Status Symbol Auto Body (recommended by my Insurance Company but also a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Company).Now, as the owner of a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Company, I have a high standard and expectation of customer service, all I can say is WOW they knocked it out of the park. I arrived unscheduled and was greeted in such a way that I felt they had been waiting for me all day, they happily gave me an estimate and scheduled me for repairs within a week. They connected me with a car rental company that was on time to pick me up on the day of drop off (Monday morning 8:30 am) who also made sure I got out of their office quickly, in a warm SUV.The work was scheduled to be complete on a Thursday or Friday and was actually completed Thursday at 4:00 pm. Now when I dropped of the vehicle to them the outside was dirty and the inside was not clean and had not been clean for most of December. The inside was dusty and the floor was dirty. When I picked up the vehicle I was stunned, they had detailed the entire interior as well as washed the exterior (the damage they repaired was to a small portion of the rear passenger door panel). The quality of the repair was excellent and the paint blending was beautiful. I was told I have a lifetime guarantee on workmanship, I doubt I will need it but if I do I know they will step up to same level as they did during the initial repair visit.I commend you Status Symbol Auto Body for your outstanding service and for making me feel that you cared and that you wanted my business. Status Symbol went above and beyond to repair a quarter panel on my Subaru Forester. I was backed into last October and couldnt get my car into the shop until march because of the July hailstorm which was fine, it wasnt affecting the functionality. Once it was in, they helped coordinate a rental car for me for the week. There was another dent in the same quarter panel apparently caused sometime after the accident. It wasnt in the initial photos from he claim and would cost extra to have it fixed. I decided not to spend the extra $200 and leave it be. To my surprise when I picked up the car they had went ahead and pushed the dent out and polished the area at no extra cost to me. I was so happy! I didnt want to take the panel off and do it myself! Thank you to the whole team at Status Symbol for making this repair painless and going above and beyond what was expected. The work is flawless and the employees are top notch. No need for any other shop around here!

Best place for auto body work, in town

I know someone that recently just had a very expensive car worked on due to hail damage. They did a horrible job and the quality of work was unbelievable. The body of the car was repainted incorrectly and did not match the original color of the car. Which was considerably noticeable being the bumpers of the car were not repainted. The owner of the car was told to take it home and bring it back in 2 weeks if he wasnt happy. (maybe they thought the paint was magically going to match after time). The car was taken to a second body shop and was confirmed that the colors on the body did not match. There were places by rear window that were totally missed and could still see the primer. The windshield was not put back in correctly and leaked. The car was never cleaned or detailed and was full of bondo dust. To let this car leave this shop in this condition was an absolute disgrace. The owner did return a couple weeks later and they did agree to fix a few of the problems such as the windshield leak. However, they still refused to repaint the car after it was agreed by all parties that it was not correctly color matched. Those of you who have good reviews, you were lucky, for now anyway. We will see how your car repair/paint job hold up after time being they probably took a short cut on yours too. Thank you Status Symbol for ruining a valuable car.

Having been very closely tied to a family body shop, I was very upset when after owning my new car for only two weeks, I hit a deer. I gathered three estimates as required by my insurance company– the last from Status Symbol Auto Body. From the minute I walked in their shop, I knew I would do business with them. Everyone working in the shop smiled and acknowledged me with a friendly demeanor (and still do to this day!) and I was treated as though I was their only customer. The work suggested on the estimate was explained. They walked me through how the process would go and how long they thought it would take to get parts and complete the work. They did everything just as they promised, finished on time, dealt with my insurance company, and showed me what they did asking me if I was satisfied with their work; which I ABSOLUTELY was! Six years after they did the work for me, I stopped in to ask them to look at something else, and they remembered me. Plus, just as before, they went above and beyond what they had to do to make sure I was happy and well taken care of. The same employees were there, too – which speaks volumes! The owners, Cindy and Mike, are incredibly knowledgeable, kind and committed to making sure your car is in better condition than it was even before the damage. My insurance referred me to this company. And they have great reviews. But the service did not show it. They 1st. Estimated me the incorrect date my car would be finished. So it got pushed back 3 days. Then they ordered the wrong parts. So it got pushed back another 4-5 days. Then once I went to pick up the car they had not even ordered the right rim so my busted rim and tire was still on the car after 3 weeks of them having my car. But thats not it. After all of this they didnt even have the rim for another 3 days. They told me it would call me Monday to confirm the rim arrived at the shop. And I never got a call. The rim came in a day late. So I now have to wait another 2 days for my car to get fixed properly. How can a company with almost a 5 star rating give such a poor service job. Nothing was done to compensate my time or my inconvenience. I had to pay my rental service for an extra week and a half. I am really disappointed in status symbol Autobody. And I will never be using their services again.

Great service, and quality work.

I had my car painted here. Had minor scratches on bumper. First time I got a bunch of bubbles on the paint, and the girl that works there was like what are you talking about, this looks absolutely normal, take the car and go home. After talking to the owner, she agreed to repaint everything after looking at the paint and said that the paint gun didnt work properly at the time. Why wouldnt they fix it right away? Second - they left a giant scratch on the the paint on my door, and wouldnt admit it. And third - now after this crazy hail my paint got chipped, but only in places where these guys did the paint job. This tells me that it wasnt done right. The owner is a nice lady, but the quality of work is just unacceptable. I would not recommend this shop and will recommend my insurance company to take it off the list of recommended shops.

After my accident I was directed to Status Symbol for my repairs. We went over the initial repair time and cost which was explained might be adjusted once they peel back the onion and see what else is there. Lisa, my estimator, always kept me in the loop with what was going on with my vehicle with either a phone call or email. There was one delay with a back ordered part, but it didnt affect my overall timeline fortunately. Once my vehicle was ready to be picked up Lisa called me. I came down, we went over my vehicle and she said that if I had any problems to bring it back and they would take care of it.Amazing company that you can really tell likes to take care of their customers. And I cant believe I almost forgot about the dogs! Almost all of the office staff bring their dogs from home and they are so well behaved and were such a pleasure to hang out with while I was waiting!I would recommend this shop to anyone who has recently had an accident. Went I for an estimate. There were four women in the office and two talked at once. I ask for an estimate for damage to my car. They wanted to know who was paying and I said I wasn’t sure. My insurance or the other. That spurred a line of Q&A and I get very uncomfortable as if they were questioning my honesty or something. I left without an estimate & they lost a $1000. dollar job. Very rude service.

My 13 Tacoma was returned from collision repair with the corresponding experience.Returned with 1-5 inch paint flaw along the repair area.Returned with a marble-size drop of paint on the interior arm rest.Returned needing proper alignment and adjustment to the Undamaged driver door.The running boards were substituted from original without notice or consultation.A company representative was most helpful when arranging for the paint removal to the arm rest.During the running board conversation, I was told that Toyota was out of that part. This is true. It is also true that an internet search for the original part yielded numerous sources. This search revealed both OE and private label possibilities. A notification of the change and possible replacement choices would have been customer service. An insinuation that this was an unreasonable request is not customer service.The third visit was to address the undamaged, drafty driver door and paint flaw. The leaky driver door claim was initially met with skepticism and excuse. I was even asked to pin-point the leak? Is distracted, leaky-door driving even a thing? After noting that the door hinges were not at their manufactured position, they agreed to address the problem and fix the door.When addressing the paint flaw, I was told that they needed to verify that the flaw was in fact their work. It was then noted that Toyota probably didnt deliver the paint in that fashion. A Touch-up to the area was offered and I was told that repainting the area would not be considered.The return frequency to this establishment had begun to resemble that of a rotating door. Declining the complementary touch-up was an easy choice.At one point during this process, I was informed that my expectations might need adjustment. I take this to be good advice.Anyone know of a collision company that actually practices a status symbol ethos?Your experiences may vary....Best of luck

I had my 2012 Ram 2500 in their shop for severe hail damages. I couldnt be more happier to have Status Symbol work on my truck. Don, the repair consultant was awesome. What made it so easy was that Don and his team did all the work, all i had to do is drop it off and pay my deductable. They talked and worked with my insurance company. Also Status Symbol would send out txt messages on the status of my vehicle which made it very easy to track and i didnt have to call. The end results was great and couldnt be any happier. Thank you Don and Status Symbol. Definitely use you in the future if need body work.

I used to love this place whenever I had body damage on my car, but the owner of the shop lost his temper when I brought it to his attention that he was making it difficult to park as a customer, with his parking habits. When he lost his temper for something so trivial, he lost my business for good.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Made an appointment for my vehicle which was in a very minor crash. Their repair took double the time they said with no call or explanation.My vehicle was returned to me still with a visible dent and flaws in the new paint. Plus it was obviously missing clips. The door obviously didnt shut right yet I had to point that out to them. Clearly they are cutting any corners they can. This is not quality work. I went through my insurance so there was no reason to cut corners. NOT RECOMMENDED

Service was fantastic; courteous and professional staff; super speedy and absolutely flawless repair and also extremely reasonable. They beat any other shop by at least 10%. I would definitely recommend.

I know a friend who took their car there. You should have seen the paint job it didnt even match. I would expect better customer service. It doesnt take a genius to see the paint doesnt match. I would be embarrassed as an owner of this business to return a car back to a customer in these conditions.I would have left one star...

The staff was friendly and helpful. Wayne kept me in the loop on the status of my car repair and listened to my concerns. When the repair needed to be extended for originally unseen damage and it being a holiday weekend. Wayne took care of calling my rental company and the insurance company to extend my rental. My car looks like new. Thanks so much for making me feel like I was the most important customer even though you were very busy.
