Very bad experience. I made an appointment online for Wednesday Sep 22 before 10 days and since that is important for me..to confirm this i even called service department few days back to make sure i have a confirmed appointment. Agent on call confirmed me my appointment. Now finally on the day of appointment my advisor Gerry Burrows called me to say we dont have any appointment available for you and he was rude to me. First of all i made appointment long time back..calling on the day of appointment is very annoying and secondly routing me to each department and giving no solution for this. Im going to escalate this to Chevrolet as well. This will cost them for sure.

Took a month for something that shouldn’t have. Was told a week then a couple days after that. Ended up being 3 weeks. Every time I called it was something new. Ended up going in person to see what was going on and magically the next day it was fixed all of a sudden after going to go complain. Mechanics lag there and terrible services. Was not given a rental either they offered one the before it was fixed how convenient. Made it a headache for getting my truck fixed

Started using them for all my routine maintenance. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Tony was extremely helpful and explained things in great detail. Definitely would recommend

This is the best place, my experience has been awesome. They are honest, friendly, and fast.

Stood outside for 45 minutes on a Saturday morning with my three kids. They definitely open whenever they feel like it and not at 7AM.
