Cannot speak highly enough of this company! Extraordinarily prompt service, very well priced, and extremely clean carpets!! We would absolutely use them again!

Joe did a fantastic job stretching and cleaning the carpet for a clients home I was listing. He was knowledgeable, courteous and was able to take care of what we needed while staying within my clients budget. Never again. Joe did great with our carpets but the lady answering the phone has 0 customer service skills. Tried to talk to her and she hung up on me.

The WORST customer service experience Ive had from a company in as long as I can remember!! First off - Joe did a good job! super nice guy too. We had our carpets cleaned over a month ago but they charged out card twice for the service! His wife does the books and weve been calling for over a month to get this charge reversed and the charge has still not been reversed! This company cant organize a shag in a brothel and she keeps blowing smoke up our a$$!! It doesnt take over a month to reverse a charge! Avoid this company AND the headaches!
