If you need AFFORDABLE and amazing carpet cleaning services,you have to book with JJJ. They were very quick to respond when I requested quotes and he was very punctual. My carpets came out amazing and the stains I had on my stairs from my dog are non-existent. I will be using this business in the future.

I just called around a few companies to get an estimate for pricing and this guy was the cheapest and quickest to respond. He showed up within an hour on Christmas freaking eve. His price was exactly as quoted except I decided to have him partially clean an extra room I didnt ask him about before the estimate. He only charged me 20 dollars for the extra nearly entire room, very reasonable price. He even spot cleaned a couple ink stains I tried forever to get out... for free.... they are invisible now. I would highly recommend this company if you need your carpets cleaned up. I always read companies reviews before hiring for a job and I gotta say the few that gave this company 1* must be the most whiny, entitled people ever. I completely attest to the quality of work provided and will absolutely go through this company next and every time.

I had this company come and do a move out clean for me, there were pet stains and other different colored stain in the carpet and he was able to get it all out! The carpets were spotless and the house smelled great afterward! If you have pets definitely go for the odor remover, it works! Great company, will be doing business with them again.

I was truly impressed by the work. JJJ Carpet Cleaning was able to make the cheap carpet in on post housing look amazing. He arrived on time and was professional throughout the entire process. It is rare to see the type of pride he showed from start to finish. He was respectful of our home and even cleaned his equipment before he left showing the pride he has in keeping his equipment in great condition. He got us scheduled very quickly and was very present to work with. He went way above my expectations and did absolutely everything he could to ensure the best results. I have four kids and they did a fine job destroying our carpet. He was able to get the vast majority of stains out, even ones I was sure would never come out. Absolutely amazing! I had friends renting my basement which is full carpet about the size of two rooms. They came out for a great price and did the deodorizer with it(highly recommended) it took care of all the stains amazingly. I was told if it still had any smell (due to 2 dogs and a cat) they wouldCome back free of charge. A few days later I had called back and said I still had a little smell. Not even 2 days later they came back and used a stronger cleaner. The room is like new!Highly recommend these guys! Thank you so much for saving my carpet!

JJJ saved me from having to pay out an extreme amount in our home which is on a military base. They were right on time, affordable, and made sure the carpet was thoroughly cleaned and all stains were removed. I would highly recommend this company over any of the others here in the Colorado Springs area. Especially to those who live on base. This is way better service than that of the one that is provided on base for an outrageous price and for a less than satisfactory performance.

JJJ Carpet Cleaning was a very good experience. First off, Joe showed up right on time. He was very friendly and worked quickly. He did a great job on our carpets. His prices are very affordable as well. I highly recommend his services to anyone.

Not at all military friendly. Dont believe that for a second. I explained exactly what I needed when I called. Instead of giving me a heads up and telling me that it may be extra for certain things, he quoted me a price. Then when he showed up, he tried to tell me that the price that he quoted me was a baseline and that it would be $50 extra for each hour that he spent cleaning my carpets. This is absolutely unprofessional and complete extortion of military personnel. I will be doing everything within my power to get this company black listed from Fort Carson. The ONLY reason that I gave one star is simply so that I could write a review. I would give this company (which is just a guy with carpet cleaning equipment), negative 5 stars. Absolutely awful.

Would be nice if we could get a hold of them. They dont answer the phone. You have to leave a voicemail in order to hear back from them. I would have loved to try out the service. I guess I shouldve left a voicemail weeks ago and maybe I couldve had an appointment...

After cleaning my home on Fort Carson and dealing with their strict rules on clearing it came time to get my carpet cleaned. I reviewed a few businesses but was given the best quote for 3 rooms, a hall, and stairs. To match that quote my carpet was cleaned beyond my expectations and within a reasonable time frame. JJJ Carpet Cleaning just cleaned two large oriental rugs for me.Im very happy with his service. He picked my rugs up and took them out to to be cleaned. He had to move large furniture to remove them. They were returned as promised in beautiful condition and he charged 1/3 the cost of other quotes. I will surely recommend his service to my family and friends.

I live on Fort Carson for 3 and a half years and we had to clean the carpet prior to clearing we call JJJ Carpet Cleaning and I must say Joe did an awesome job. When we moved in the house their was a spot on the carpet before we moved in (but it was no big deal), we also had the carpet clean twice since we were there.After Joe was done cleaning, he got every stain including the one that was there when we moved in along with the other mess the kids made. I have used JJJ Carpet Cleaning for several years now and have always been pleased of the level of customer service and excellence of performance of service. A few years back I had them clean my carpets after I had a litter of puppies and I was very impressed with not only how well my carpets looked basically brand new but also that you couldnt even tell I had had animals. I also liked how Joe made it a point to show me exactly how dirty the floors were to how cleaned they became. Now recently because Ive always been pleased with not only service but prices too I even recommended them to my previous employer and they did an excellent job at an assisted living facility making sure the carpets in the rooms were in top shape and that you werent even able to tell that the carpets were heavily soiled from the residents and residents pets. I would highly recommend them anytime anyone needs carpet or furniture cleaned. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars for excellence, performance and cost of services.

I researched several carpet companies before choosing JJJ and found that these guys had the most reasonable price. In fact they cost half as much as most of their competitors. Initially I was worried that this would mean they would not be as thorough but they really proved me wrong today. Not only did they do a fantastic job but Joe and his associate who came out to do the job were both incredibly friendly and very quick and efficient. They did my entire basement, which was no small feat, and they were in and out in an hour and a half. I can not testify to how quality their work is because they declined the job because we were not cool with being up charged. When I called for the appointment I told her EVERYTHING that I needed cleaned including a large rec area that had many dog urine spots. I was quoted $250. She literally told me the price may go down when the tech does the walk through, but it WILL NOT RISE. When JJ got here he told me it was going to be $75 more!!! He told me he could do the job half a** for the price his assistant quoted me. The OWNER told me this!!!! Based off all the other reviews I assume he must be a good employee that knows tricks when it comes to cleaning carpets, BUT he is a horrible business owner. He was not in any way friendly or a pleasure to have in my home. He argued with us instead of fixing the problem & apologizing for his assistant giving us too low of a quote.We called QUALITY CARPET CARE and they came the same day and did the ENTIRE job for $246.90 with the stain removal!!! They did such a great job that we gave them a $53.10 tip!!!! Feel free to click on my pic, then photos to see a pic of the receipt from Quality Carpet Care.As you can see by my review and now the owners comment there was a problem with the quote!!! Either the assistant that answers the phone underquotes or the OWNER shows up and gets his customers to pay more now that he is literally standing in their home pressuring them, either way, there is a problem with this company and they way they conduct business. As a business owner myself, when one of my employees misrepresents MY company I do whatever I can to resolve the issue!!! I WOULD NEVER ARGUE WITH A CUSTOMER!!!! There are a TON of carpet cleaning companies in the springs. I would HIGHLY SUGGEST not using this shady company and instead using a trustworthy, BBB accredited company like Quality Carpet Care.

They were very dissatisfying all around. Misrepresented their price to try and get the job. They come and its two very shady individules who seems like they have sticky fingers(ESP his partner). The lead claimed he was the owner then began to argue with me about stains I already have been up charged for. Very shady business practice I highly suggest u stay away from them!!!!
