DRC stepped in when my townhome was flooded during the freeze in February of this year and immediately began restoration. Steve Kinder was a pleasure to work with as I live in California 1000 miles away and thought I would be making a trip out to Colorado to help manage the rebuild. Nick Logan the supervisor of the renovation project did an outstanding job with great communication allowing me to manage the job remotely. Overall, I could not be happier with the work done by DRC, it was a pleasure to do business with a professional group, especially Steve and the project managers assigned to my project. Excellent CompanyI had the opportunity to work with Dynamic Renovations for a year on a project concerning a fire and rebuilding. I found Steve and his crew to be responsible, knowledgeable, caring and willing to go beyond what was expected. While dealing with an older couple who were devastated by the experience, Steve and especially Jason Rodeback , who was the manager of the project, were especially patient and concerned. Not only was their work excellent, in spite of challenging circumstances, but they were always available and kind. As an advocate for the couple involved, I would recommend DRC as an excellent company , professionally and supportive of their client’s requirements.

Just one persons opinion but - Mediocre work at best. Over charged for some items but was already locked into working with them. Work crews are sloppy and careless (broke some items). Very slow to respond to issues. Left the place a mess. Took almost a year to complete a 6 week project. Owner goes from friendly to scary very quickly and does not own up to issues. Blamed me for many delay issues when he had no clue as to the status of the job and had not even been on site since the initial walk through and bid visit. Unless you have a perfect plan with a perfect contract and are on site every day to watch what is happening - be wary of going with this group. I had to have several final walk through visits before finally getting everything done. Very disappointed in the process and final results at the end. Just glad it is over and I can move on.

Project complete! From start to finish DRC made this project smooth going. From the initial contact, I had all my questions answered and throughout the process; if any questions came up, I had my answers by the end of business. Steve (the owner) was very hands-on and involved every step of the way. From his staff to his entire workforce, I felt everyone was polite, knowledgeable and honest. There are a lot of details that go into renovations and where I had questions or concerns; they had answers. They also made some suggestions along the way that not only saved me money but were absolutely the right choice. Throughout the process when changes were made, they absolutely accommodated my needs. It is wonderful when you find a construction company that is not only honest, has great communication skills, and integrity; but, they do an amazing job along the way. DRC has definitely figured out exactly how to treat their customers and provide not only exceptional service but a great experience along the way.
