I used SNAP finance to try to save some money but if you do theyll treat you different. I could have put it on a credit card somewhere else and I should have. We agreed to rotate my rear tires to the front (cause they were in way better shape) and put brand new tires on the rear. They left the worn tires on the front and threw away the good ones. I also paid for an all wheel alignment. It seems a little better but not by much. I basically paid $470 for 2 tires and an alignment that didnt make much difference. Im really disappointed they threw my good tires away and didnt put them on the front like they said they would. I wouldnt suggest this location and I definitely wouldnt suggest using SNAP finance because they will treat you differently. I also waited over 3 hours for them to do that little bit of work. Go somewhere else!!

Mike and his crew at this Fillmore store went above and beyond to help me out! From a woman whose husband was out of town at the time and is a caregiver for my mom, having a vehicle out of commission is disastrous. I called for help and they sent help to me. Mike and stephen are bad at treating their employees.They have no profession in there to be treating them like slaves. The gentleman’s in the back deserve a raise!! I went there for an oil change, an alignment and got brand new tires it was amazing! It’s so disappointing to see mike and stephen treat these gentleman like they are nothing .. Scheduled an appointment for an alignment at 2:45 on Wednesday and when I showed up they told me it would take untll the end of the day to get it done so I scheduled another appointment for Thursday at the same time. When I showed up on Thursday they took my keys and the guy got in my car and drove it to the back. Two minutes later he came back and told me my car was too low to do the alignment. I know thats not right because big O on South Nevada normally does my alignments so I left and went to big O on South Nevada and they did my alignment and didnt say a single thing about my car being too low. Something isnt right. I dont know if the kid was just too lazy to do the alignment or what but I wouldnt recommend the Big O on Filmore. Go to the South Nevada location. Those guys are much nicer and wont waste your time.

Poor customer service from the two gentlemen in the front Mike and Steven are very rude and the way they treat their employees in the back is very disappointing they treat them very badly It’s very disappointing. But the boys in the back they are very great workers ! I’ve gotten my tires changed &’ gotten an alignment &’ I’ve had no problems just the fact how unprofessional Mike &’ Steven are .

The Short: Poor quality of work, poorer customer service, unprofessional staff, and long wait times.The LONG: Most people (like myself) are not mechanics. We need trustworthy, high-quality, and reliable auto shops to provide care and maintenance for our vehicles in a timely, convenient, and professional manner.Big O Tires on Fillmore fails on all fronts.My 1-star review shares the same problems in a long ling of Fillmore Big O Tires 1-star reviews - namely, poor quality of work, poor customer service, unprofessional staff, and long wait times...Poor quality of work:- I have had to take my vehicle in for the SAME failed flat repair THREE times... and it is flat again for a FOURTH time!- On my second visit on 10/19/2020, they said the tire wasnt sealed correctly when the initial patch was installed. *The tire started leaking that same night.- On my third visit on 10/24/2020, the assistant manager said the initial patch was installed incorrectly by his techs. He even mentioned that the quality of work depends on the techs he has in that day, and that recently he has had a lot of poor techs. (How is a customer supposed to respond to a statement like that!?!?!) *I took the vehicle for the first drive out since the repair two days later only to discover it was completely flat.Poor Customer Service:- I called Fillmore Big O Tires immediately upon discovering the flat tire and asked to speak to the assistant manager. I explained that this was the third FAILED flat repair attempt by Fillmore Big O Tires. I explained the difficult situation their poor service has put me in (had to cancel multiple meetings, physical therapy, and still have to pick up kids from daycare in the evening in BAD snowy weather). He said they would get it sorted out if I could bring it in. I asked him to pay for a tow truck. He said I cant pay $99 for a tow truck. Its a free service. I told him it was poor customer service and he lost a customer that has done business with Fillmore Big O Tires since 2015. I even went so far as to explain the massive hole in his logic: if a fast food chain offered free food that was undercooked and caused food poisoning, 1) whos responsible? and 2) do you think customers will ever buy from their menu? No!Big O Tires doesnt offer free flat repairs for no reason - they offer it because its good business! They capture more customers when they offer something free. That also means their free services/products must represent their quality of work and integrity as a business. Otherwise, no one will buy. The assistant manager did not demonstrate an understanding that the quality of his free service ACTUALLY matters. Just because it is free doesnt give the business an excuse to avoid owning their mistakes.Good businesses understand that customer service is highest priority. I do not believe Fillmore Big O Tires understands this principle. The absence of this mentality is what puts businesses OUT of business. You lose lifelong customers for the LONG HAUL.Unprofessional staff:- Staff cuss in front of customers (most recently the assistant manager swore and complained about a distributor right in front of me)- They take your phone number if you drop your car off so they can call you when it is ready to pick up. From the last three visits to Fillmore Big O Tires, I have been called ZERO times.- The assistant manager has a sign by his station saying he has a medical exemption from wearing a mask during Covid. Fair enough. However, two other employees on 10/24/2020 were working in the lobby, helping customers, etc. without wearing a mask. They didnt even have a mask around their necks.Long Wait Times:- Each of the last three visits, I was told my flat tire repair would take 1 hour. Each visit took a minimum of 2 hours. One even took 3.5 hours.I will be going elsewhere for all vehicle needs moving forward. I also cannot recommend them to anyone. I will even recommend people avoid Fillmore Big O Tires. Auto Shops are a dime a dozen - people deserve business that cares for their vehicles!

Just got all new tires and rims. Original rims from Mazda, $450.00 EACH! BIG O found suweet black rims (match our trim) for around 179 per rim, so I went with their best tire Perelee(sp) and sold me tire repair and rotations for free for 5 years on a 3 year plan price. I guess what Im trying to say, is the more business you do with them, the better pricing you get. They treat you like a family member, not a dollar sign.

Honestly some amazing people that work in this shop, after calling several shops about getting an alignment done they where the first ones that could get me in that hour and im so happy I went, experience was fantastic and the car was driving straight again in less then an hour! Would 100000000% go here again!

I called at 730 am to see about having the thermostat changed in my car. The young man I spoke with told me he has no services scheduled and said he would have to wait for the parts store to open. I could bring it in at 9 or 10 am I told him 9am. I was here at 8:50. My car was not even taken back out of parking lot until 1018 am. I asked about it when I returned from taking a 45 min walk and the kid stumbled over his words so bad he really didn’t give me an answer. That was at 10:08 am. He has me so stressed I won’t return to a place that will treat me like this. Also when I was talking to him this am he told me it is under an hour labor time. So I will see how long I sit here now.

This place is top-notch! I literally feel safer after I take my 4Runner to Stephen for service. These people are the friendliest and most-knowledgeable mechanics around. I bring my car here for anything, not just tires. I travel frequently between the Springs and NorCal, so a safe ride is a major priority. I’ve even brought friends road tripping through CO to Stephen because he is the jam at picking out the right tires for your use (and personality).

I have to tell you how great Stephen, Dylan and all the staff are at this shop. I have been coming here for at least 5 years and have always been happy with the price and quality of their products and services. They always fixed or replaced any damaged tire without question too.I brought in a 4X4 truck for 4 new tires and when I left and drove down the street one of the wheels was rubbing on the control arm and the tire was instantly ruined. No one could figure out what was wrong because when I brought the truck in on the old tires it ran fine. Did the front end somehow break, were the tires the wrong size, did it get hit by another vehicle in the parking lot, out of alignment? They checked everything, even got a different set of tires, it was none of those things - it was a real puzzle.Turns out that I replaced a wheel a year ago and it was the wrong dimensions. It was on the back axle so it didnt rub on anything for a year. When they put a new tire on it and put in on the front it, the control arm hit it.Of course they got me a new tire and Im back on the road. I would trust these guys with any vehicle I own.

Not at all pleased with these guys. I usually go to the Big O on south Nevada but I moved and this branch is much closer, and seemingly more convenient but that is certainly not the case. I’d have done better to drive to Denver I feel. I had an appointment to buy four tires and have them put on my car. I was asked if I wanted to wait and I asked how long it would be and was told they would get my car in right away and it would be about an hour and a half. I watched them take my car into the bay and thought great, this shouldn’t take long. I was a bit concerned that not one of the employees had a face mask, but since I was already there I didn’t want to take the time to find somewhere else, which I regret, because it probably would have still been faster. After 2 1/2 hours I finally asked about the status of my car, and he went and checked and said they were literally tightening the lugs on the last tire. Twenty minutes later I finally got my car back and was on my way- I don’t know about you, but myself-I much prefer a straight answer than an answer designed to get me to be quiet and sit down (a “shut the f up answer). When I got home I opened the trunk to put some stuff back and found that they had not put the spare back the way it goes, but rather tossed it into the space and just threw the jack and lug wrench kit on top, rather than putting the spare back and fitting the rest in the proper place was it is designed, which the other branch did- as well as Discount Tire and Peerless tire too in the past, and who I will be going to in the future. Also, Discount and Peerless had coffee or water, and furniture that was not ripped in the waiting area, which wasn’t the case here. I’ll be enjoying their coffee and comfort in the future though, that’s for sure. All in all, quite a bummer of an experience I must say. But, the upside to here is that if you are concerned that you may be enjoying yourself too much and you want to have a bad day, or if you simply want to make a bad day worse, then I would highly recommend going to Big O on Fillmore street- this is the place for you!

I use them down off Nevada and 85/87 the guys at those 2 are great and have excellent service this one on filmore has the worst work ethics and horrible customer service guy fro. Inside the shop are jusy stading around not doing anything no one in the parking lot is totally empty and he tells me 45 min to an hour to look at a air leak on a tire i bought from big o i have bought 5 sets in 4 years from there guessing im going to take my business elsewhere

Went to get my flat tire fixed and after I got it back the psi sensor wouldnt read. They didnt say anything about breaking it and when I went back to have them fix it they were going to make me pay for a new part. It was working fine before i took it in. It also took them 2 days to get it done.

Amazing service! I was in and out in 30 minutes for a quick inspection. They didnt charge me and gave good feedback on what I needed to fix. I will be returning here for any service they can do on my car!

If you need an alignment ask for Killian! He is great and will get you taken care of! The first guy that did my alignment set it up wrong, Killian put my Jeep back on the rack on the spot and got it sorted out. Great professional guy and knows what hes doing!

Made an appointment for balance and rotate, showed up for appointment, they said it would be no more than an hour. Waited an hour and a half and they hadnt even started. Gave excuses and did not seem to care they had wasted my time. Left and went across the street to Peerless, was done in 5 minutes. Will go there from now on.

This shop has taken care of my needs for years. Today they removed a screw from a tire causing a slow leak. No charge!

Don’t remember the name of the manager and gentleman who answers the phone but it was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in the mechanic industry. Extremely polite and interested in your problem. I went in with an oil leak, they fixed the leak (was a cheap easy part brought over in a matter of minutes) they put the part in, replaced all of the oil (full synthetic) and didn’t charge me a dime. I didnt notice how many 1 and 2 star ratings Big O on Fillmore Street had received prior to my visit. I was deeply disappointed in the poor service I received after spending $1400.00 there on my fixed income. I have elevated the specifics of my complaint because I really dont feel like anyone at the location will do anything about what happened.

Extremely unhelpful and rude employees. Refused to help me with flat tires. Told me there was a Discount down the road. My first, last and only visit to Big O. I highly recommend Discount Tires. They have more staff and are always polite. If i could leave zero stars I would.

Been buying tires and servicing our vehicles here for years. Bought 2 snow tires here last fall, was told old tires had enough tread for another summer, and remounting them would be $12. Today they said the old tires were below acceptable tread depth, and remounting fee was $40, after a generous discount of$10. Just lost a long time customer.

BIG thank yOu to Mike S and his crew. I had just dropped my passengers off around Mount view and Nevada when I realized my tire pressure sensor light on my dashboard was on. I pulled over to see what the commotion was about when I did I found that my passenger back tire was losing air rapidly so I called Mike and told him that I was coming in rapidly to get a tire repair done. He was very cool calm and collected even though I was not because I could literally hear the air coming out of my tire. They got me back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Thank you so much guys!

The Big O Tires on Fillmore is hands down the best experience Ive ever had at any tire and lube service center. Ive been going here for years and their professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeanor continuously exceeds my expectations. Stephen has gone above and beyond to help me with any issues Ive had. I recently dropped my car off for a synthetic oil change and to clean my cold air intake filters, and not only was my car finished way ahead of schedule but they noticed a problem with my exhaust that they personally dont fix at their shop, but they pointed me in the direction of someone who could and gave me a good idea of what the cost would be, and they were right on the money! (Pun intended) Every time I leave there I feel fair and know I havent gotten taken advantage of. 10/10 would recommend.

Id like to start off by saying that Ive used this Big O location for tires in the past with no issues, which is why Im adding a star to my one-star experience yesterday. I went in to get my winter tires taken off and 4 all terrain tires put on, I asked to keep my winter tires, which they only gave me 2 of the 4 tires back, and did not put tire bags on the tires when they put them in my van, which is also my living space, so I had dirty tire marks all over my rug and cabinets. When I went back inside to inquire about my other two tires, let them know that there were now tire marks all over my things, and ask that the tires all be put in tire bags (Im really not sure why that wasnt done in the first place) I received nothing like sorry about that, lets try and clean it up for you, our mistake. I got tire bags put on the tires and got my other two tires back though, so that was a pretty neutral outcome. I drove away and 30 seconds later my tire pressure warning light came on. I called and they said to bring it back in, upon which two of the four tires were at the wrong PSI, one of them being at 26 PSI. The service attendant checked all four tires and filled the low tire, and said that if the tire light was still on it should go off after 15 minutes of driving. I drove off and it in fact did not go off after driving, which I then found he had filled the low tire to 43 PSI. To top it off I woke up this morning to a flat tire, not the even the tire that was under and over filled. It is Sunday and I needed to leave for travel this morning, but instead Im stuck with a flat after paying a lot of money yesterday for a headache and some minor damage to my property, and some pretty unprofessional service. Feeling let down by Big O.

The dude seriously said rims dont come with part numbers. He took my bf outside to look for the part number, he said didnt exist, and was asked where he was going by another worker and said Im looking for a part number and put it in air quotes, rudely in front of us, as if we didnt know what we were talking about. Guess what? I called the Nissan dealership and there IS a part number for every rim made and every part made for that matter. All they have to do is look it up. Do people at these places know anything about tires/rims? Its a tire place for goodness sakes. Never returning.

Told me I had front end issues thats why they couldnt do a front end alignment...went to 2 mechanics shortly after and they told me there was nothing wrong with my front end...long story short..they were being lazy and didnt want to do my alignment so they lied in order to send me on...good buisness tactic

Ive been here twice, now, for tire services, and have received exceptional customer service both times. On my first visit, a tech was being trained on the front desk area (his first day!) and he was awesome! They provided me with a free shuttle ride home while they were working on my vehicle; I definitely appreciated not having to wait there for hours while I still had things to do. Overall, David and his team are awesome. :)

I got a screw in my tire on the way home from the gym, needed to get to work and no time to spare. Went into Discount on Fillmore right as they were opening and they got me right in and repaired my tire. Great service and they seemed happy to help me. Wasn’t sure of the tech’s name but he was tall and had a beard, awesome dude.

Would literally not go anywhere BUT Big O on Fillmore. These people are always Customer First. If you dont need it, they wont tell you that you do. They are honest, reliable and extremely customer oriented on safety first. If you are looking for the best customer service and best prices, dont go anywhere else.

Fast amd friendly service. There is a small waiting room with free coffee. Emphasis on small. But the service and prices are fantastic. My car was ready before the promised time. They arw busy but thats the sign of a good business. Highly recommended.

The guys at this Filmore location were so nice and helpful especially Mike! They are really friendly, professional and don’t try to sell you anything unnecessary or anything you can’t afford. I went in to get my oil changed, car aligned and 3 new tires put on and they finished in about 1 hour. They earned themselves a lifetime customer!

They seem to have done great ordered tires fast and installed them just as quick. Im sure ill be back. So i came back comes to find out they sold me 2 all season and 2 summer tires. I didnt realize until my car went into the dealer. Im here to get some nails removed and taken out and been here for 2 hours. Wont be back

I have taken my vehicles here for years. The owner is an amazing guy, who always takes care of your car like its his own, tells you exactly whats going on and gets you back on the road without paying out the nose.He has not been here in quite some time (owning so many more locations now and building a reputation for excellence does that!), and has entrusted the location to store managers etc. The last few times Ive had to go in, the experience hasnt been nearly as great. Got the issues taken care of so I just figured Id gotten too used to Scotts personal level of quality.I went in last August because the top of my radiator split from one side to the other. They replaced it, along with the thermostat that had apparently been stuck closed (easy to understand why the radiator blew like that). Problem is they worked for 4 and a half hours trying to burp the system, before giving up and advising to go see a radiator shop the manager recommended. I went home and, the next morning, went out and burped the system. Added more coolant and been running fine up until a week and a half ago. Turns out my lower radiator hose had been rubbing against the steering column and of course got weak and blew. Took it to Big O like always. They replaced the hose and did an oil change while at it, as the oil was dark and low. Easy as pie, except now it wont burp(!) For the next 4 days, they tried and tried to get the system to bleed out all of the air, finally giving up but it wasnt driveable. Instead I had to tow it somewhere else, as suddenly the message is We do tires and brakes. Yeah, were all ASE certified mechanics, but we dont have time to with on this!I had the car towed to a place recommended by my employer. They have spent the last few days fixing all of the issues that my trip to Big O has caused...-no thermostat-no gasket-thermostat housing clearly an aftermarket that opens up much higher (185f) than OEM (165f).-the minute the new shop opened the hood, they knew why it wasnt burping... coolant gushing from under the thermostat housing with no gasket.The new shop is taking pictures and documenting all of their findings. To be honest, I dont even know if want to pursue it at this point. But I will say with complete assurance that I will NEVER set foot in this Big O again. The first 3 people who heard about my latest issues, pointed me to several BBB notices that the location has a solid F rating, with a half dozen complaints still unresolved.It hurts my heart to say it, but Big O has lost my business, that of my family, and many of my immediate coworkers. I have praised this location and told SO many people to go in for honest work, and I am now faced with the fact that I have been made a liar.

They ordered tires for my Camaro from Hoosier. Salesman stated he called the manufacturer himself because the tires had to be made due to my wheel size and width size I need. Stated to the salesmen I needed the tires by 5/22/20 and ordered them 5/15/20. Salesman (Dillion and then manager Steven) stated there would be no issues. The 22nd came and no tires , Steven stated the tires were on their way with fedex and would be there . I decided to investigate and called fedex . Guess what??? No tires . So I called Hoosier to verify shipment, guess what???? Big O doesn’t have an account with Hoosier and never called them. After an hour of making several calls I found that Big O called a 3rd party supplier and they hadn’t ordered the tires yet because Big O never confirmed the order. So long story short , they had no issues taking my money but never supplied the tires. Don’t use Big O , they are very dishonest

$500 tire? Id rate zero stars if I could. My pregnant wife just stopped here because she ran over a nail this morning and she wanted to see about a patch or a replacement tire. Nothing fancy, 205/50r17 tires, 5k miles on them, minimal wear. They said both tires would need to be replaced, at $475 EACH. EACH. ALMOST FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS PER TIRE. Im guessing because shes pregnant and accompanied by two toddlers, they thought she would be desperate or an easy mark. Sincerely, BigO Corp, you will never see a dime of my business, ever- Im honestly disgusted.Edit: Update! They didnt put back her Gorilla wheel lock keys after her visit, so she couldnt get the tire changed anywhere else. They claimed they did... they also offered her a great deal on unlocking the wheel if she wanted to come back. It took an in-person visit from my irate mother-in-law before Big-O would cough up even 1 of the 2 stolen keys. By the way, a local competitor was able to fix the tire in minutes, no problem.Side note: my employer uses this particular Big-O for repairs, and it has a reputation for stealing everything thats not nailed down in our vehicles. Dash mounts, phone cords, whatever. So to recap: if you like opportunists, cheats, liars and thieves, youll love the Fillmore Big-O!

I trust the team at the Fillmore Big O Tires with my vehicles. I am not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to cars, but any time I have brought a vehicle in, they have done an excellent job with the diagnostic and explaining whats needing to get fixed or replaced. Its a busy location, but they still take the time to help on a personal level which is appreciated. I personally have appreciated their ability to work with a budget. Though it isnt always possible to stay within a budget when it comes to car problems, they really try and offer options.

Right hand doesnt know what the left is doing. One answer from one guy and another from the next. If you close at 4 you should stop working at 4, not 2:50. Yes, boss, I watched the guy walk around for 20 minutes sporadically nudging the hubs with a tool so he wouldnt have to start on the next car-- while the owner of the first car sat waiting because she was told her car was done.

I am continuously blown away by the amazing customer service the Fillmore location provides. I would not buy tire anywhere else. I bought a set of tires two years ago. During that two years I have stopped by for various inconveniences...dome light out...headlight unplugged. They have fixed those little things and not charged me saying that I bought tires, so they are happy to take care of me. I got a nail in the side wall of one of the tires I have been driving for TWO years. They stated that it was under warranty and free to replace. (I really did not expect that.) They then offered to give me trade in credit on one of my other tires so that I would have a matched set for better driving. They gave me $40 on a tire I had been driving for two years! As a woman I am used to generally having to be tough at car service places in order to not feel like I am being taken advantage of. I love Fillmore Big O and will be a lifelong customer.

Great experience, service was quick. I brought them my classic car, its hard to find someone who will take good care of it because its so easy to damage just putting it on the lift. These guys did a great job, ten stars all the way! If you have an old car, bring it here.

On duty crew was fast, friendly, & knowledgeable. Excellent customer service when online appointment system scheduled a 9am appointment for 4 tire install but the tires were not in stock at store. The Team made rapid accomodations to rectify the lack of communication from the digital onlinr system. Poor technology integatration with stores is only negative experience and reason for 4 stars rather than store itself deserving 5 stars.

The worst place in Colo waited 40 min for one tire the workers standing in the shop cussing at each other looked to see if tire was done had it in the corner not even touched I give them -0 they are truly rude

Through the business, weve spent 100s of thousands of dollars with them and have always been very happy with the service and the product. Personally, several thousand dollars over the years with the same satisfaction result.Allen is amazing! He is very personable and able to address your concerns, no matter the situation. If you ask, hell give an answer and, if hes not sure, hell research it and get you an answer...quickly!They know what youre asking. They know how to provide the answer and they do it at a great price!

Id used this store for about 20 years. I stopped because they put automatic transmission fluid in my wifes CVT transmission. It stated in their paperwork that they used automatic transmission fluid. Their response was that the paperwork was wrong. The transmission failed, they said theyd test the fluid and get back to me, they never did. Learn from my problem and avoid this place.

These cats are cool in my book. Came in on a Tuesday around noon. They were efficient, helpful and extrememly polite. Quick service. Helped me out with numerous issues and handled me nicely while I cried in their store after an emotional morning.A+++

The guys that work here are knowledgeable and friendly. They are more than just a tire shop. They are a full service station. The prices here are competitive with others folks around town.Hours if operation are Monday thru Friday 730-530 and Saturday 730-400, and closed Sunday..

These guys are so nice Im elderly they gave me free air in my tires always check my oil these are really good people here at Big O

The manager Stephen was friendly and got my tires done in a good time, quoted me an hour and a half and they were done within an hour.

Dealt with these guys for years. Price is about the same everywhere so everything being equal ---it comes downto two things . Service and Trust. I trust that they are honest with me and that has always been true and they go out of their way to accomodate me if I need my car back in a hurry. Garbage mechanics. Nobody listens to, or addresses your actual concerns at this place.

Last month, went in for oil change and tire rotation, and also asked that they check motor mounts and fix clunking noise. Steve quoted me verbal much money to fix noise, and I okd amount. After pickup of car, called Mike next day and returned car 2 days later and had Tech ride with me in car to confirm noise, which was still audible. Tech confirmed noise was from rear shocks, which was not repaired 1st time in shop. 2nd time in shop to inspect and confirm repair needed for noise/quote, Killian quoted another high price for rear shocks and motor mount repair (which was already replaced 5 months ago by another garage), in order to repair clunking noise, which was my original request 1st time in shop. I okd price to rid car of clunking noise. Picked up car and VERY concerned since NOW entire Front End of car & Steering Wheel car vibrating excessive during idle and driving. During driving at stop signs, I changed to PARK from DRIVE to obtain less intense vibration of entire Front End. I returned to shop once again, talked to Steve, he said drop car next morning to once again inspect car. Young Rep at Front Desk calls me and quotes high price to replace another axle & another Motor Mount (which had been replaced 5 months prior at another garage)... I said enough! Went to pick up car and talked to Mike about excessive vibration of car, he said this was normal. I feel VERY unsafe now driving car, after paying large amount of money for repairs. Dont trust this shop at all!!

The staff here are both professional and personable. Cameron answered my questions over the phone and then in person with confidence. They advertise that Big O Tires will match any competitors price. They matched the Costco quote I was given AND had the hard-to-find tires I needed in stock!Theres a comfortable waiting area with television and nice seating. A very pleasant surprise was the scent of the store. Im normally unable to tolerate the new tire smell that permeates most shops, but this one smelled clean and fresh. It just might be magic, lol

I went to three different shops for an alignment. Each shop told me I needed thousands in repair just to do an alignment. A friend recommended I get an opinion from Big O. Not only did they save me a TON aid money by being honest, they broke it all down to me in a way I could understand. This place is a gem and I’m thankful I found them.
