Worthey is fantastic. I’ve been using him for ten years. He’s worked on my Honda, two Toyotas, an Infinity and Ford. Always been reasonably priced and never felt anything other than completely honest. Over the years I’ve tried a couple other places due to time requirements, but I have not had as good an experience here or in Denver. Highly recommend as your first option

I was referred to Pat and he came highly recommended for work on my taho. The parts I requested were not used, much of what I asked to be done was not done.I was charged almost 3 times retail for the parts that were installed on my vehicle.After 2 weeks of unsuccessful communication attempts, I had to go by and address the situation in person.My concerns and issues were met with indifference and little to no care.I would highly recommend avoiding this shop for your auto repair needs.

I absolutely LOVE this shop! They really care about the quality of their work here. I needed some suspension/brake work done on my truck before moving to a different state, and they got it done extremely fast! Pat, the owner, went out of his way to call me to make sure my venture to another state was going well. He also made sure to keep me updated on the status of my truck while it was being repaired. Ive never met another mechanic at a shop thats been so caring and awesome!This shop doesnt nickle and some you like corporate places do. They are observant, honest, timely, and treat you like a human being! I would suggest this shop to anyone looking for great employees, quality work, and reasonable prices.

Worthey Automotive is by far the best small auto repair business in Colorado Springs. Pat and his staff always do great work in a timely manner. He is honest and forth right about what they can and will do. They take great care of your vehicle, it’s always repaired and cleaned up ready to go when you pick it up. We are moving to Kentucky and it will be a blessing to find a shop there that can meet my needs as well as Pat and his staff.

I recommend Pat Worthey on a regular basis. He is the most trusted mechanic I know. He is not the cheapest. But, he has not ever tried to up- sell me, and he has never lied to me about the condition of my vehicles. He has always been honest about what services I absolutely need right now vs services that I may need in the future. Thats so helpful. Also, he has such a range of knowledge across many different makes and models.

Has done great work and kept the cost down. Pat is also very good a giving different options and recommendations for repairs, I went with his advice and it turned out great. The other Mechanic Branden is also very good and did a great job getting my Durango fixed. Both of these guys are very honest and helpful, I highly recommend.

Had a relatively major issue, Pat took his time to solve it correctly instead of half way. Did high quality work at fair price (Not a cheap fix either). I do alot of work on my vehicles, but this repair was out of my league. Drove car to Seattle 3 days later and it ran like a champ. Cant say enough about Pat and his guys. If you need a trustworthy mechanic, go see Pat.

I got a sensor replaced for my vehicle and I was pleased with my cars performance afterward. However, communication between Worthey Auto and the customer is poor. I took an Uber to and from work after I left my car in their care and when I showed up to pick up my car, that I thought would be fixed, all I got was Oh I meant to call you because the wrong sensor was sent. I brushed that off and when I called for another repair for my vehicle I was told that I would get an estimate and call back with some numbers. . . . .and as I write this review I still have not received a call back. . . unfortunately I will not be coming to back to this mechanic as their communication is poor. I should not have to keep calling to find out when a part is coming in or for an estimate. . . I will be taking my business elsewhere to someone that wants to make money.

I wholeheartedly agree with the other 5 Start ratings. This is the only place we take our cars for repair, and over all the years, never once have we had to take a car back because it wasnt fixed right.Pat will discuss options with you, wont try to upsell you, and he is that rare mechanic who will tell you if the repair can wait.

I cant recommend Worthey Automotive highly enough. You know the feeling when you go to a shop or a dealership and you get the feeling like you are inconveniencing them? They dont listen to you, they rush you in and out, dont update you on your cars progress, etc? You wont find anything like that here. Pat treats you with respect and is very honest about what your vehicle needs. The way they treat you there - you feel like youre bringing your car to a trusted friend. The only reason I wouldnt want other people to know about Worthey Automotive is that Im afraid theyll be too busy to get my car in the shop when the time comes.
