This company is outstanding in more ways than I can put into words. They took my Ford Explorer in and replaced the transmission and used the Stranded Motorists fund to cover the cost. For a single mom thats also disabled that was a true blessing. It was a lesson for my older kids as well as my younger kids that true humanity lives through people you never know. Very thankful for Scott G for setting up our fleet account with Adam and Son when our previous shop lost sight of customer service and quality repair.My advisor, Michael, was great at keeping me informed and I appreciate him being realistic about the completion time. My misfire was fixed right the first time and I was impressed with the thorough questions they asked of me while diagnosing. That kind of questioning often makes the difference between effective diag and successful repair and a frustrating “unable to duplicate the problem”.On another note, I really liked the text message updates that include the inspection report that you can view before speaking to the advisor. It’s nice to have time to see and understand before being on the spot to discuss. This gives them the ability to alert you about other recommended maintenance items without an uncomfortable hard sell.Basically it was a pleasant and respectful interaction.

Called Adams and Sons 30 minutes before3 they closed with a batteryproblem and they said come right in and well see what we can do. I believe the tech was Tyler. They immediately determined my radio wasntturning off when I turned the car off!!! The rebooted and it took care of the problem right away. they also didnt even charge me for the excellent service. How refreshing to have a honest trust worthy business! They have a loyal for life with me! Highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Quick, professional and polite. They even offered to give me a loaner vehicle. I did have them revisit the detailing because there were a few key spots they missed, but they were happy to do it. Overall, an excellent job. The oil change was very reasonable. They did a full engine diagnostic, but their repair prices were a bit too high. If you want red carpet excellence and are willing to pay a little extra, you wont find a better place. I left off one star for the needed detail revisit and the high repair prices, but I still dont think youll find a better place in the Springs.

Everyone was so great. Went way above to find the part we needed. We got our car back sooner than expected. They kept in contact with us all along the way. They even contacted us a couple days after we got the car back to see if everything was still ok. Our car is working great. We can’t say enough about this place. We highly recommend it.

Adam and Sons did a great job switching out my tires and finally getting rid of the death wobble I have been dealing with for 2 years… something the dealership couldn’t figure out even though it is under warranty. They were happy to fix my Jeep and accepted warranty work. They also repaired and welded my exhaust pipe which had damage from wheeling on some trails and I’ve had no issues since with the exhaust coming loose. Great prices and very friendly!

They did an absolutely amazing job. It was easy to find the location, easy to find the front desk, and it was extremely smooth when handing over the keys. A few hours later the vehicle was done and looked amazing. Honestly, it was one of the smoothest auto experiences I’ve ever had. Normally it’s a bit rough figuring out where to go, how long it’ll take, etc but not here. They also sent emails updating progress while it was worked on. Just a fantastic time all around!

Dropped off my van, before I got home they had sent me a text and email where I could track it’s progress. They had it sparkling clean, detailed, vacuumed and ready at the promised time. Will definitely use them again!

Took my 2016 Ford Escape in to investigate an external rattle come from my left rear tire area. I told the technician that the rattle only occurs when going over bumps (but never when I brake), so I suspected a brake caliper issue. Technician called and said my shocks needed replacing, because they were making the rattling sound. Since I’m no mechanic, I gave the go ahead to replace my shocks for $600 (an up charge I guess was added due to rust??). Got my car back and immediately after driving off their lot, I heard that familiar rattle. Called back the very next day pretty disappointed in the fact that I paid $600 for absolutely nothing. Took my car back in and they told me they test drove the car a few times and heard the rattle but couldn’t identify its source. So they “tightened my license plate” and “items in my trunk” and the “rattle went away.” In disbelief at this service, I picked my car up and when driving right out of their parking lot, what did I hear?? Yep that rattle. Not taking my car back to these guys when I can’t seem to get the help I need.

Was referred to them by another shop after they said the rear main seal on my truck was going out and causing massive oil leak.Their diagnosis was that the oil pressure sensor had backed out. After the part was tightened the motor was then inspected and no major issues were found. They even had it inspected the next day to confirm the leaks was fixed.The prices were very reasonable. The customer service though was best Ive ever had at auto repair shops.To add to the quality of customer service, 4 days later they texted to make sure I was happy with the quality of their work.

We dropped our truck off at this location wanting to update the look of our truck, and have the suspension and brakes upgraded.. The staff went above and beyond to make it happen, even when our parts we ordered online didn’t fit.. We returned them and reordered new parts.. I have to say they were fabulous throughout this ordeal even when it took several weeks to return and order new headlights... My truck looks great... Thanks to the staff and techs that worked on my Tahoe for a job well, well done!!!!

Currently the car runs fine. No issue with anything we brought the BMW in for. However, i do want you to know that the car was not ready to drive out on Friday when we were told it would be. The cover panels over the battery in the rear were not in place, nor was the skid plate remounted under the car. This was eventually done but only after I brought it to the service advisors attention. I would still recommend this shop to others for the service work but it seems the follow through needs some attention.

I am absolutely blown away at the level of customer service and honesty from this dealership. The staff here and kind and extremely professional but they will also go out of their way to make the experience as easy as possible for you. They have made lifetime customers out of my family and I would recommend them to anyone!!! The warranty they offer with their vehicles is absolutely amazing and the service department is quick and knowledgeable. Took my 1995 Jeep Wrangler to Adam &Sons and asked if they would make it trail ready. I’ve owned this Jeep for 20 plus years and other than basic maintenance and repairs I hadn’t done a lot to it. I basically gave them the okay to do whatever it took to give me a Jeep that wouldn’t give me cause to worry about breaking down on the trails. Michael kept me informed of everything needed throughout the process including sending pictures and videos of everything that needed repair and also everything that didn’t. For all of the work performed I honestly feel that their pricing was very reasonable. I am very happy with this shop and will definitely be giving them my future repair and maintenance business for my Jeep and other vehicles as well. I’m excited to get back on the trails this year.

Adam & Son auto repair is the best place Ive been for car repair in a very long time! Professional, helpful, friendly. Their waiting space is CLEAN, open, and welcoming. The after hours key drop/pick up system is fabulous. Another mechanic told me I needed a new engine. These guys were recommended to us as a 2nd opinion. Ive taken my car in for serves before and everytime I felt like I was getting scammed because of my lack of knowledge and sometimes the pushy mechanics. I came to Adam&Son because I purchased a car from them next door and the sales guy was amazing. Through word of mouth I gave them a try to take care of my Lincoln. I received text updates and pictures of the damage/leaks. Thats right. Pictures. They even have YouTube links to help educate and show you why its important. The cost of repairs for my vehicle felt pretty daunting, until I was informed that they can finance the repairs! Pay it off in less than 100 days and Im not paying interest. I cant express how much this small thing helped, and the pictures gave me peace of mind. They also offered a temp vehicle loaner while my car was in the bay, all I had to do is fill up the tank. If youre ever feeling stressed about vehicle repairs, or what a second opinion, I highly recommend you give these guys a shot at your business.

I had them inspect a truck that I was seriously considering to purchase. They delivered a very easy report that is color coded and includes pictures, I totally loved it! They also didnt play around with pricing because Im a woman, they have me a list of the issues and the repair costs and they were actually reasonable.Adam and son caught a couple of serious safety concerns that could have had very serious consiquences for us because we will be towing a 15000 lb 5th wheel. one of the issues caught was really old break fluid. It may not sound like much, just a maintenance issue right? Wrong! The copper gets eroded into the line over time and can affect not just your breaks but it is also connected to your power steering and can potentially cause both to go out at the same time! Can you imagine driving a 40 15000 lb trailer on the freeway and suddenly you cant break or steer? It very easily could have cost lives. The dealership I was working with refused to fix the safety issues and even said they were going to sell to someone else as is. So Im now asking Adam and son to help me look for a truck that will work for me because they have proven their integrity and professionalism. Im looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

My truck didnt start one day I had a mobile mechanic diagnose it said it was the timing chain cost would be 2800 I towed it to Firestone same results they referred me to Adam and son they did many tests after 7 weeks it turned out to be the computer which all the testing parts labor tow fees I was happy to pay 2100 its got more power they were ready to pull there hair out and give up it was definitely a challenge but they figured it out I will be taking any future problems to Adam & son

I took my Range Rover Sport to resolve a ongoing suspension issue that was only getting worse. The team carefully diagnosed my issue, after reviewing the diagnosis we agreed on a suitable resolution. We just completed a 16-hour round road trip to California without any issues... the ride was smooth at a great price. A good use of technology to keep the customers informed. Took a long road trip and the car went into limp mode after 9 hrs of driving. Scott (service advisor) was very attentive to my concerns and made sure to keep me up to date. I had to have my jeep towed in from Firestone because it wouldn’t start and Firestone couldn’t tell me why (computer errors?) Adam and Sons offered towing and a free basic diagnostics (there are multiple tiers of diagnostics, and I ended up needing a tier 2, but it was still way cheaper than a diagnostics at a dealership). They were able to identify the issue and called + texted me with updates, photos and pricing before starting any work. Since I’ve gotten my jeep back, it’s been running great, and the repairs didn’t cost me an arm and a leg, AND they let me drive a loaner while my car was in their shop. Super grateful for the painless experience, and for their friendliness and professionalism throughout the process.

Honest and thorough job looking at issues and replacing the steering rack in my Envoy. Very reasonable people willing to work with me to figure out what’s best for my financial situation. I had my Lincoln Navigator repaired here at the Austin Bluffs location and from the time of drop off to the time of pick up I was informed all the way through the repairs process from start to finish. We were referred to Adam and Son from Valvoline because they told us we appeared to have an engine leak. When we told Adam & Som that’s why we came to them they had to do a thorough check and discovered it was souly our power steering fluid leaking everywhere, they easily could have told us it was actually an engine leak since Valvoline already said that’s what the thought it was. They didn’t take advantage of us like we’ve experienced with other places which was really nice. They gave us a free loaner car, no questions asked while they worked on our car! That was something we hadn’t experienced either and it was so helpful. Everyone we worked with or came in contact with there was so kind and helpful and patient with our questions. We worked with Sophia from the moment I walked in till our keys got handed back and she was so sweet and explained everything to us so we felt comfortable with them doing our work. We have a new place we’ll only be taking our SUV and truck to from now on!

Adam & Son installed Air Conditioning in my 1987 GMC Jimmy after two other shops said it couldnt be done. Not only that, but they did it in a week, whereas I was expecting a two to three week turnaround. Received the vehicle back cleaner than I dropped it off, with everything working great. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and technicians were responsive in answering any questions I had.

I had an amazing experience working with the team over at Adam & Son. Brian helped me from start to finish and was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. I had my brakes go out and pulled in very frustrated and worried about the damage to my car. Brian helped explain the best course of action and and walked me through the damages and repairs step by step. They even gave me a free loaner car so I could get around and to work, while my car was in the shop over the weekend. After I got my car back, Dan, the owner, even messaged me to make sure I was still happy with the work done on my car. Well it all started with a belt squeal that started around January. I found Adam and son in May through another shop and they did a walkthrough of how the process would happen. Best costumer service I have ever received from a shop. My truck was done in a week with daily updates on what was being done. Very professional the entire time. I could not have asked for a better shop. I have already recommended them to multiple friends.

They pay to have their negative reviews removed from Google. I took my nissan frontier into them for power steering issues. Keep in mind I have a very good extended warranty company that would cover OEM parts. This service center charges an arm and a leg for their repairs but dont use OEM, they use cheap aftermarket parts that dont perform as well to cut costs and make maximum profit! My steering kept locking up on me so i took every necessary precaution to fix it, after everything I paid my steering is now worse then it was before. When asked to fix it, they put in a different aftermarket part and said if that doesnt fix it theres nothing else they can do. Im now dealing with steering locking up when I put truck in reverse and while parking. Since they warranty their work I cant take it anywhere else to get fixed under my personal extended warranty. Thanks for throwing cheap parts that dont work into my truck, taking my money leavingme in worse condition! Will never recommend this service center!

Very honest repair company. Brought in my car for multiple issues and they were straight forward on what needed to be done and what could wait.

Very expensive to repair, and problem is still not completely fixed. Weary to call and have it fixed again because it took two days for them to even get the door panel off and diagnose the window issue and then another day to fix. I dont want to be without my car for 3 more days because they didnt do it correctly the first time.

I came in because I saw an ad for free oil change for healthcare workers and I work in a pharmacy. It couldnt have come at a better time too; since the income of my roommates has decreased due to the outbreak we werent able to afford a much needed oil change. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they even emailed me a very detailed report of a diagnostic test they ran (also complementary) and I plan to return to fix the issues they found. I very much appreciate the appreciation shown to healthcare workers at this, a troubling time for all of us.
