This was my first time at Aspen Auto Clinic and I have to say, I am very satisfied with the service I received! By some miracle, I called when they opened and they got me in within the hour. It was already a rough previous night/morning due to my truck issues (which would stress out anyone). I didn’t know how exactly I was going to get to work, so they ordered a Lyft for me and put it on their account. I was more than grateful for the help!During the day, I was being updated though a link to see my truck’s progress, plus text messages that walked me through everything! They even had an “approve or deny” check box for anything that needed to be purchased as they went which I was appreciative for since this prevented me from being blindsided with fees like other car shops I had previously been to. By the end of my shift, I called Steve to see when I should be expecting to get my truck back so I could plan rides throughout the week if need be, and to my surprise he said that they were test driving it and before I knew it, it was ready to be picked up! I was shocked that it was done the same day! The price was even decent and I was relieved to see that this wasn’t going to break the bank!My whole experience had been nothing but wonderful and I’m so thankful that I found this business! Their reviews were already great, but to experience it first hand was even better!Thank you to Steve, and the people at the front desk that helped me out (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your names), I appreciate you guys more than you know! This will definitely be my go to shop from here on out!10/10- definitely recommend!

Great company! Rich and Steve were incredibly helpful, informative, and professional. After traveling cross country, my 2012 Chrysler Town and Country overheated damaging hoses, the thermostat, and other engine components. There was also the possibility of a crack in the 3.6-liter Pentastar engine block. I was given a thorough diagnosis of the issues and cost and repair options. I was able to make an educated decision on how to proceed based on the information I was provided. If I ever have any car issues in the future, I will definitely return to Aspen Auto Clinic.Thank you Rich and Steve.

I was in town on a family vacation and had an issue with my AC. I dropped the truck off on a Sunday night, and got a call early Monday morning. Aspen was able to get my issue figured out and fixed by the end of the day. The service advisor even came out to show me what the issue was, so Id be able to understand it visually. It was a great experience!

I love Aspen Auto! I service all my vehicles there. Their prices are fair and the service and quality is amazing. I love how well they communicate with you from sharing inspection results and quotes via text to letting you know when your vehicle is ready. They get you to and from your home on their dime. They are punctual and flexible. Highly recommend this place!

I started going to Aspen Auto Clinic on Tutt several years ago and continued to use Aspen Auto Clinic on Jet Stream when we moved further North. Everyone is always so nice and knowledgeable. I have never felt like I am being swindled. They seem to genuinely care about their customers. I would highly recommend checking them out for your car needs!

Steve was amazing. This was my first time at aspen auto clinic. Steve took the time to walk me through everything, he did a full inspection of my daughter car and explained everything. The price was really fair and the information he gave me really helped. I will definitely be bringing my cars back to Steve. It’s so nice to finally find a place that I can trust.

I moved out to Colorado Springs a few years ago and Aspen Auto Clinic has been the first shop I really trust. They are always super helpful and do their best to make sure you’re satisfied. Steve at the front desk was very helpful and even reached out to my warranty company and was able to get things covered by my warranty company that normally aren’t. Aspen Auto by far has the best customer service I have ever experienced. I would 10/10 recommend using this shop, especially the location on jet stream.

Three things really stand out to me. My son left my BMW keys on top of his car. They fell off two blocks from his house. A tow truck driver found the keys and returned them to Aspen after noticing the locality card. Aspen immediately called me.The second item is my 2013 BMW X-5 and oil leaks. To help with budgeting Aspen worked a plan out to fix the three leaking gaskets one at a time. I haven’t seen a drop of oil on my garage floor since the last gasket was replaced.The third involved my 1997 Volvo wagon which had a right wiper that stopped working. Byron, a BMW and Volvo expert, knew what was probably going on and walked out to the car with a socket wrench and fixed the problem on the spot

Rebecca was friendly, communicated well, and took great care of me from the front desk and Rich was respectful, detailed, let me in on his thought process, and made sure every issue (and there were multiple) was addressed in a way I understood. They were all professional, efficient, and friendly. I felt like I was in good hands and will definitely be back!

I took my Honda Pilot in for an oil change and the Road Trip Special to the Jet Stream location. Their mechanics there thoroughly checked over every inch of my car and found several critical issues that needed addressing right away. I was impressed with the photos they took of each issue and how clearly they explained what was wrong. The whole team was so professional and really took care of me and my car. It runs so much better now! I would highly recommend Aspen Auto to anyone needing car repairs or just a general tune up!

Front desk forks very informative with a vast range of knowledge. Their professionalism is outstanding and I would recommend them to my family members and friends. Trustworthy, honest staff. I was having an issue with my transmission and one of the front desk TECs spent time telling me later that he was able to do the research on the particular type of transmission that I have. His findings advised that a high-end transmission fluid would cure the the problem and recommended that I only use a particular grade oil to service my transmission. I requested the service be done immediately. So the Tech ordered the special custom transmission oil on Friday late afternoon and had it delivered to his residence over the weekend. This was so I could get the transmission oil change on Monday morning at my last minute request. Thank you for your service and going the extra steps to get me back on the road with confidence. This issue was corrected. Excellent customer service.

Customer service focus is lacking and has become insincere. I won’t be going back. I’ve used Aspen Auto Clinic for around 10 years with various vehicles and a variety of repairs. Over the last couple of years the customer service culture has decreased and isn’t up to par. I inquired about getting a 5 pack oil change in my last visit (like I have invested in for many years) and the manager on site at Jet Stream gave me various fluffy reasons why those are only available for VIP customer now...and the 3 packs are only for purchase online. Be that what it may, the way in which he and the associate explained this to me as a long time customer was rude and obnoxious. After investing thousands in this local business, I have no more time, patience, or dollars for this type of attitude and customer service.

Steve and his team at Aspen Auto Clinic did not disappoint at all. I hit curb while driving in the snow and did some pretty serious damage to my wheels and rear axle. I was able to get in immediately to have them check out my vehicle. Steve gave me a call once they had a diagnosis on my vehicle and gave it to me straight. We worked with my insurance (USAA) and were able to get everything fixed within two weeks to get me back in my vehicle. I really appreciated how well Steve and his team communicated because I called multiple times to get updates and they made sure my car was in good hands. I have a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL.

Scheduling my service was fine though they called to reschedule since I was going to wait for my auto service. They told me on the phone that it may take 1.5 - 2.0 hours. It took over 2 hours and then they seemed more interested in getting me to agree to more work/dollars than being happy to provide the service for which I took my car in for. While I understand that they are trying to bring other necessary services to my attention, too much efforts to sell me other services is a turn off and just further extended my waiting time.

Simply the best in town so far in my experience! Ive been to several other shops in Colorado Springs and Denver since 2001 and was totally impressed by the caliber of services provided at Aspen in comparison to the others. Every staff member I dealt with there went above and beyond with great customer service. The service advisor Nate is top notch and accommodated getting my car in and completed sooner than I had expected. Prices seemed very reasonable in comparison to other shop visits Ive had in town, but Aspens work warranty is better at 3 years. I met with Byron the BMW specialist who worked on my car. I was really impressed by his expert knowledge of the vehicle and the solutions he provided to get the car up and running. No question ever went unanswered and there were never any hidden fees when i picked up the car after the work was completed. My car is the BMW 530.

Great Customer Service. Straight forward on what repairs need to be done and at what cost. We had an engine light on and expected the worst for repairs. With the experience it was determined the spark plugs needed to be tightened. Apparently where we had them replaced did not torque them properly. What we expected to be a $$$$$$ item was a minimal cost. I some how suspect if we took it somewhere else we would have been raked over the coals. Great job!!! I know we will be back!!!

Clean shop, good customer service, but they definitely over charge for their work. They quoted me $8000 dollars for a 2007 volvo V70 transmission. This quote was $2000 more than dealer quoted and dealer gave lifetime warranty. They also quoted me $1000 each for each control arm, which is $100 for OEM. I understand they have to up sell, but this is highway robbery.

Service was prompt and professional. The parts invoice included a Crankshaft Sensor for $269, where AutoZone / OReilly sells theirs for $76 including a 2-year warranty on the part. Not sure if its worth this exorbitant mark-up on parts.

Overall Aspen Auto is very good. They have a great team there now and provide clarity in the work they do and the techs they have are honest.They keep me well informed on my commercial rigs to my personal ones. They take pictures to show me and prove they did the work as someone who knows the importance of preventative maintenance and service at a value it’s a great place to. As of 03-26-2019 they have improved with a new service coordinator and consistent techs that do great work. If your leaking for a cheap fix that won’t last this isn’t the place. They provide good pricing and good service with a great warranty on what they do.

First, Marcia is awesome as a service writer and working the front office. Straight shooter, responsive, and customer focused. Aspen should pay her more if thats what is takes to keep her. Same with the technician, Rich. Rich is a wrenching wizard. Gets it done right the first time, and ON TIME which is critical for me. This team has worked on two of my Jeeps. Not the cheapest shop in town, not even close. If you want cheap, call another shop. If you want quality and service, call Marcia and have Rich do the work. Kudos.

Im satisfied with your work, but Im still struggling with the constant up sale and services. Im not sure I needed premium rotors on my Edge, or even needed new rotors to begin with. No apparent attempt to mic them and maybe turn them to make them smooth again. Answer given was no, that make them thinner and they overheat again. Jury still out!!

While my husband handled a lot of the logistics with the car, I can speak to the high-quality service of the shop. I have been to a decent amount of car shops, and this one is by far the best one I have been to. Wish I found it sooner. The staff was great at communicating, friendly, thorough and extremely informative on what was going on. And bonus - they even offer a shuttle service to drop you off at home and pick you up if you need it.I do think its important to note though that we did go in knowing what was wrong with our car and even brought in our own part. My husband typically works on our cars, but he didnt have time for this repair. So, I cant speak too much to them having to solve an extremely difficult situation, but for what we needed, they were great, fast and communicative.Would definitely go back.

Ive taken three cars to these folks, and two were Saab (sob story)...but they didnt give up, and they didnt charge me unless they fixed the problem. Customer service is awesome, I worked w/ Diane last time I was in and was only there for an oil change...they threw in a free tire rotation and she took the time to explain where my lock nut key was (where she found it, and where I should keep it), and gave great advice on making sure it gets returned to me if I ever have my tires rotated somewhere else (you have to have the key to remove tires, and if it gets lost you are SOL). Ive worked with some good dealers as well, but Aspen treats people like people, not just customers.

I have used several Aspen Auto Clinics over the years depending on where I was living at the time. As a whole, I find them to be honest and helpful. My recent visits have been to the Jet Stream location for general maintenance. Steve provides great customer service and is a tremendous source of knowledge and information. He kept in touch with me via email, text, and phone. When they inspect your vehicle, they give you a diagram of what should be done immediately and what they recommend but can be done later. I found this to be really helpful. Steve even rated the suggested items for me so that I knew what to address first and what could wait until my next visit. And, of course, they always offer a ride if you need one. I am happy to have this Aspen Auto Clinic in my neighborhood!

Moved here in July 2018 and have had an incredible experience with these guys. I want to share a quick story: I had a bad flat and had my car towed to them late one night. They gave me the best price they could for tires, but when I found a deal with a tire-specific distributor, Aspen Auto voluntarily helped fill up the air in my car so I could drive to get the cheaper deal! To me, this speaks volumes about their “customer first” mentality. If you’re military, they provide a discount and are always incredibly professional. Special shout out to Philip for all the great customer service he’s provided me.

On my 560 mile trip to CSprings, the AC died. Friends arranged for me to get the car in at 7am the next morning. Aspen had it all working well by 5pm and accommodated my unavailability to pick it up that evening since I had to pick up relatives at the airport - using a friends car. Aspen did not offer a loaner car. They did a thorough check on what all the car needed beyond the AC, some of which we declined. The price tag I understand was not unreasonable, but I did feel a shock when it was quoted.

I have been here a few times over the last few years. I like it. I have tried several specialty and import shops; many of which were always extremely hit or miss. I am scared taking my car in to the shop most of the time; after some of the things Ive experienced. Unfortunately for me, I like to keep my cars operating at 100% all the time, and it can be tedious to say the least. Aspen has been great so far. They seem well priced for the service you get. Some places are more expensive, and not reliable. Havent had any issues yet here, and my cars have done well after taking them there. People are friendly. The first time I went there, Patrick drove me home and to get my car. I think I was having a bit of work done that took a day or two. I lived about 40 miles away. He was very cool. That being said, there are only a few places in the country I am not afraid to get service at.

I am very satisfied with the service I received here. I have an older car which had recently started leaking oil pretty badly. Throughout the process of getting it fixed they were communicative and upfront with the cost of repairs. I felt the pricing was fair and quality of their work good (no more leak). I also had them do a maintenance inspection which they were running a special on. The inspection was very detailed with lots of pictures and notes.

Excellent customer service! I went in for a front end alignment on my truck. I had my pups with me and Eric and his crew are all animal lovers and let me bring the pups into the waiting area. Just now-EditI took my daughters car in to have her snow tires mounted. Well, what do you know they did a free inspection of everything else. After trying to blow $3500 of sunshine up my ____ I got the car back. The turbo no longer worked and it threw a check engine light on the way home. I also noticed the brakes had no assist. Thanks, Aspen, all trust is destroyed.So I think about the symptoms and sure enough, they pulled the vacuum hose apart. Hmmmm one of the many things they listed as needing repair was the vacuum pump had a leak. If you ask me it looks like it was a covert attempt to extract money by sabotaging my daughters car.Sad and angering at the same time. They missed the real things that I know are issues.

I dropped my car off for an oil change and diagnostics on my transmission. I told them I needed to pick it up Sunday with an extra key. When I called Friday afternoon to see if there was any news on the transmission and was told they were working through things still and asked if I could wait until Monday morning to pick it up. I said that would be fine, but I would need to have it ready no later than 10. When I arrived at 10 to pick it up they told me they weren’t quite finished. I told them I really needed my car to which I was told that the oil drain plug was still out. So after my car being there for three plus days they were just barely doing my oil change. I lost all trust and respect for Aspen Auto clinic. Honesty is the best policy in my book.

Living in Iowa having limited knowledge on car repairs I was a littleworried when I got a call from my son living in Colorado to help find a car repair shop for his truck. Ive always used Repair Pal shops in the pastand had good luck so I looked at the ratings here which all were great!I decided to give them a try. Took my truck to them for some work on locks when someone had tried to steal my car. They quoted me a price I thought was too high. I told them I’d think about it and talked to Midas, my normal mechanic about it. They ended up saving me about $300 and did the same thing Aspen was planning on doing. Two stars because I’m sure they would have done fine work, but $300 is quite a bit of savings I got going elsewhere.

I had an outstanding experience with Aspen Auto Clinic. The clinic staff was friendly and courteous. The mechanic conducting my free no obligation inspection on my vehicle was exceptional. He confirmed the problem that I had reported and identified other potential problem areas. He provided suggestions to save future labor costs during this repair. I love the estimate by text message that includes photos of the bad parts. The price seems reasonable, and the mech seemed to really know his stuff. I’ll go back because they’re better than the Volvo dealer and some other shops in town I’ve tried!

I was traveling to Colorado from Florida for a hospital emergency .My car window got stuck and I took it to Aspen Auto Clinic because my family members live near the shop and take their cars there.The repair was over $1200, all but about $200 was covered by insurance.I picked up the car and headed back to Florida. As I was driving, I noticed a loud shaking noise coming from the window. I also noticed that there was a large stip of window tint missing from their repair.I called the shop, got the machine. A few days later, I called again. Got a text back. the guy was very nice, told me that they would make it right.When I had a conversation with the man, he told me to bring the car back in. I explained that I was traveling on the road and could not do that.I asked if I could take the car to a local shop to verify and look at the issue. No response. I sent several text messages with no response.I finally disputed the $213 with my credit card, and sent in a report to my insurance warranty.Do you know what Aspen Auto did? They sent information to my bank to show verification that they did the repair, and they disputed my dispute, stating that they did the job.To fix their workmanship, the repair quote was much higher at the Lexus dealership , so I took the car to two other repair shops , who all verified that the repair was not done properly by Aspen Auto Clinic.We are not done with this issue. I come to Colorado often, and my family and the Wright family will not be taking our cars to this shop again until they make this right.A customer should not have to beg a shop to fix their error, so do the right thing, Aspen Auto Clinic.

I have come to trust Byron at the Aspen Auto Jet Stream location with my vehicle service needs. It is no fun having to spend money on vehicle repairs, but I appreciate the staffs professionalism and friendliness, and Byrons expertise in determining the root cause of a problem and fixing the problem in a timely and cost-effective manner. I mostly appreciate them not trying to sell me service I dont need, like what I recently experienced at the local dealer. Thank you. If this level of service continues, I will be a loyal customer for years to come.

If you need a diagnosis, go elsewhere and BEWARE of misleading information. They claim that they give a free diagnosis unless they have to take apart an assembly. Thats fair, but its not true. If they hook your vehicle up to any scanner, they will charge way more than their time. They charged over $300 for a scan that took 30 minutes. Totally unfair.

I never have anything bad to say about this place, and I still dont. Took my car in for major repairs and Juan and his staff took very good care if me. Spent a nice chunk of change, but it was worth the investment. I have a 2006 Pontiac and a 2007 Chrysler Van that I will be taking in for major repairs. My car needed serious repairs and now it runs like a dream because of them. As always, I am very happy with Juan and his service staff... thanks Juan.

I brought in my vehicle after another auto shop had not fixed the original issue and also created another one which the other auto shop couldnt figure out what they did. Aspen was diligent in spending the time to find both problems, fix them and at the best rate possible. They are miracle workers!

If I could give Aspen six stars I would, they are exceptional. I worked with both Phillip and Eric who kept me in the loop the entire time on my repairs. Ive gone there for a few years, getting great service; but I think they have gotten even better lately. Kudos, keep up the good work. I will continue to look at Aspen for any of my car needs.

He explained in detail what needed to be done to my car and followed through on the schedule promptly. Called to ask for a general vehicle checkup and was greeted by well spoken and courteous representative who scheduled me an appointment in short order. There were some maintenance issues to take care of and I was notified within ~1hr of the appointment. I was told which things they recommended foxing now and which ones I could do later. Pick up was smooth and the work was done in a timely manner. I have been using Aspen for years and continue to be very satisfied. This after giving the Toyota dealership too much business w extremely poor results and customer service.

I have been going to Aspen Auto Clinic (on Mark Dabling) for several years. They have always made honest assessments and have charged what I believe to be reasonable fees. I am always met with the utmost of courtesy by the receiving maintenance personnel (in this case, Juan) and, at the end of the maintenance, given a thorough appraisal of what was accomplished AND what maintenance will be coming due. I always feel like Im in good hands with this clinic!
