This shop was incredible. Im used to mechanics trying to squeeze every penny out of me while giving me vague answers for my car needs. Gabe explained everything to me as if I were standing next to him looking at the engine and even offered for me to look for myself. He worked with me on the price and it was an overall great experience. If you want someone to take care of your car and your peace of mind, this is the place for you.

I brought my car to this place after visiting multiple other places and Ive finally found someone who helped me understand the issues with my car. They were very professional when dealing with my problems and were quick to help me understand what needs to be done. Not only did I get my car serviced quickly and efficiently, but they also helped me understand what every issue was and its diagnosis.

Hello,We were on a road trip and had a 6ft metal rod hit our car on the highway and it tore a part of the underneath plastic covering of my car. AAA recommended Johnnys Star Auto Repair as a close place to go to repair the car.We pulled in expecting to wait for the repair, but someone attended to the car right away and to boot, offered to do it for free!!! This was the least professional experience I have ever encountered regarding the auto business. Do not take your vehicle here! I dropped my car off last Wednesday morning because my brakes werent working well. The woman at the front desk let me know that they would check on my car that day, and let me know the status, and an estimate. I never heard back from them.I called them Thursday to check the status, and he said he didnt have time to look at the vehicle. He told me it would take about an hour, and they would give me a call.I never heard back from them, and had to call back Friday. He told me he looked at the brakes, and he could get it done, but not until Saturday.I called Saturday to check on the vehicle, no answer.Monday morning, I called to check on the vehicle, and they still told me they didnt have an estimate! They asked me to call back in an hour. Once I called back, they told me they would have to order another part to fix my vehicle. They never called me once. I ALWAYS had to call them to check in, and my vehicle never got fixed. After speaking with their lead mechanic, he refused to hear my claims, objectified me, and repeatedly cut me off mid-sentence.Save yourself the trouble and DONT take your vehicle here!!

Referred by a friend that has had really good luck with them, but ours was completely opposite! They put a bandaid on our car and charged us $1,200. Went back to try and discuss this with them and get it fixed and they demanded we get off the property. Went to another mechanic and they said that used parts were put on our car. I believe that new parts were put on and shown to us and taken off.

Johnny has took care of several vehicles for me and I have never had a problem with his work. My vehicles have always been in and out of the shop in a very timely matter and that means a lot when they are work vehicles, the prices just cant be beat for the quality of work that he does...

Johnny got my van in and got the air conditioner fixed very quickly when we were visiting town on a time crunch. Very friendly, communicative and fair priced.

Went about 6 months ago my bmw wasnt starting they found out if was the fuel pump and they said they replaced it !! which it was a lie i went to california and car broke down again a reputable bmw shop showed me that the pump was never changed ! and they charge me 300 for the pump.. i had to pay an additonal 700 to get i replaced. if you dont believe me i can show you the old pump they never replaced. dont go there!!!
