My car started overheating and steaming on highway 25 so I had it towed to Midas. It was 11:45 pm so I completed the early bird drop off form and left my keys. The next morning all called the shop around 8:30 am to check in and provide more information. I was in the process of moving and needing to hit the road ASAP. Eric answered and let me know the mechanics were already assessing my car. I was excited by this news as the Midas team started checking the car first thing in the morning. Eric called me about an hour later and let me know my radiator fan died and needed replacement. He was friendly, patient, and willing to take the time to explain the repair and cost. He sent me an email with the quoted price and worked with my financial limitations by searching for potential coupons and discounts. Once I approved the repair, he and his team completed the car quickly so that I could get on the road (car finished around 12:00 pm). I appreciated his kindness, willingness to work with me, and efforts to make my repair a priority. My car is running excellent and easily made it to my 825 mile moving destination. This place is outstanding. They were really busy and I needed radiator hoses they got me in and done in a couple hours. Extremely accommodating very friendly. The service manager Eric was awesome. Didnt give me the run around, didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need. Answered all my questions. Im just blown away at how awesome this location is. My accord starting making some fluttering noises so I thought the muffler was starting to go. I dropped it off with Eric as I had a second vehicle so there was no rush. He called me the next day saying the muffler was fine just two small holes they could weld up. Lets just say the price was perfect and they could easily just charged me for a new muffler and I wouldnt have know the difference. Great service and an honest shop....hard to find now-a-days!

These guys were just amazing! They were professional all time! I was going through the Colorado springs and my AC compressor was broken. They reapaired it on time as we agreed, for low money (500$ cheaper than were other offers). All time I had information about the situation. Eric was so kind and all time I had a feeling, that he really wants to help me - not like other places, where they want just your money. Most of other places, they refused me, becausethey dont have time or spare part what I need. They didnt! I regret that I dont have such a place in my town! Thank you guys, THANK YOU, Eric! Mann these guys have done work on my Hyundai genesis and i have to say they have done a SUPERB job with it. My car was a nightmare first going into this shop and now its come out running fantastic! WE LOVE DOUG!!!!After being on the road with a spare, recently after learning we had a flat tire, we decided to try out midas. We rented a car from hertz for vacation and hertz wouldnt help or even answer the phone to help us. When we pulled into the midas parking lot we were expecting to have to pay a lot of money for help with our tire. Doug came up to us in seconds and proved us wrong. Doug not only helped plug the tire hole, but he even filled all of our tires with air! He even gave me a demonstration of how to fill the tires with air! And after all that he didnt charge us anything! Thanks so much DOUG! You saved our vacation! Doug deserves the world! Always choose midas they truly care about you and your car!

So I stopped by to have a shock checked out as my left rear shock felt like it was acting somewhat strange. They looked at them, determined that the left rear shock was blown, and then advised that I should take it to the dealer as it should be covered under my warranty being that my car is somewhat new. Turns out they were right. Eric was a real professional and could have taken advantage of the situation and sold me a pair of shocks that my dealership covered. This is my new go-to place for service in the future!!! Great experience.

All staff are nice and professional. They do not try and make you get services that you don’t need. They are always transparent about services and prices. We have been going to them for years for all car repairs because we TRUST them to make sure our family vehicles are running the way they should be.

They tried to charge me $900 to replace my shifter bushings on the steering column and my automatic transmission cable. Parts are around $60 of it... That would roughly equate to charging me 10 hours a @85.00|hr. for a 2hr. job. Things like this arent greed at a managerial level but corporate policy. Or more broadly stated, what is wrong with the world today. We need to begin to rekindle an old FDR pastime, the fireside chat, albeit in digital format. Then begin again not merely asking asking, but solving these questions. Together.

Management and crew are honest and reliable! Am very picky with who maintains my car. Recommend to make an appointment since they are usually booked, and they know many of their repeat customers when they walk in the door. Will also provide recommendations for future maintenance needs.

Made an appointment, brought my own oil and filter. They were very easy to work with and my service was very quick. The car was clean (no oil spills, or grease) and everything was as I left it after the service (seat settings, radio, etc.). Happy to use them again!

These guys where able to beat the rest of the shops in the area by 30% in price. We had a friends and family discount because we had a loyal customer recommended them to us, they did.a great job my truck is working as it should.. I originally went to Midas for a transmission leak and a serpentine belt replacement on my CR-V. After the fast resolution of the issue I realized on my way home my vehicles front axle was shaking while reaching 60 mph.I took it back to the shop explaining the problem and work I had done and 10 minutes later they realized my half shaft needed to be replaced and didnt previously notice the issue. However, rather than charging me for the labor they deducted it as if it were still that original service.I tell you this story because to truly judge a service, you dont judge them by their perfection but instead by how they handle mistakes or things unnoticed. Things to this nature happen and the fact they went above what had to be done as a service speaks volumes.For this reason I couldnt recommend them more.

The best customer service Ive ever had!! Eric was so helpful over the phone to give me a quote on a new alternator and a run down on how they work. He went out of his way to help me and sent one of the mechanics to come rescue my dead vehicle from across the freeway and got it to the shop in the snow storm. He ended up getting my new alternator for cheaper than his original quote as well as a great deal on an oil change. The first mechanic I went to (before my vehicle stopped working) was going to charge me $150.00 just to diagnose my vehicle. Midas and ORileys do it for FREEE!! Also, fixed my vehicle in the same day and in just a couple hours! Thank you!!!!!

Im changing this review to 5 stars due to their response to the issues I had experienced after an alignment gone awry. This was customer service at its finest. Not a hint of attitude, just completely took care of my problem and I will definitely return for more service knowing that they stand behind any work thats done by them and if theres an issue they seem to be more than willing to fix it immediately.

I called in to see about getting my starter repaired and AC coolant looked at roughly half way through the day and before a holiday weekend. When I got to Midas and spoke with the Service Manager, Eric, he let me know they would try to do their best to get it in before they close. With the shop closing at 4, I called to check-in and see how things were going and Eric gave me full details on what was wrong, price, and that he would call me once the repairs, a new battery and new coolant, were completed.Eric and his team stayed after closing to go over everything once more and the price he gave me over the phone was the final price. Eric was very thorough and cared about helping, despite staying late and cutting into his weekend.I highly recommend taking any car troubles to Midas, Eric and the team here!

This place is the best in july we went on vaction to Colorado springs from south Arkansas after 8 wonderful days there we had a over heating issue with my van they put new radiator in and water pump I left something else messed up brought right back they fixed that issue for free plus thru in a oil change for me also .....I was so grateful for the staff ...we made it home safely and van still running great....thanks again.

Ive used them several times and theyve been honest and fast. Once my car started making an awful sound around my front tire while I had out of state guests. This was a couple of summers ago, soon after one of the terrible hail storms. You couldnt find a rental car in town for love or money. They had me drop it off and gave me a loaner. It turned out that when I had to drive through a flooded intersection the previous night, a floating stick got stuck somehow. They removed it, checked everything over, and charged nothing. Good people IMO.

The staff there was very accommodating and explained everything that was happening to us and potential problems that they would check on. Our car drove away good as new after less than 30 minutes. My girlfriend and I are on vacation and ended up hearing a weird noise and we couldnt figure out what it was we checked out Firestone first but they wanted to charge us $60 only to look at it but found midas instead and we are so glad we decided to stop here instead they guys that work here at this midas location really helped us out a lot they had awesome customer service kept us up to date on everything going on every step of the way and even took me back to show me what the problem was which ended up being lug nuts being loose once they noticed a couple were loose on one tire they went the extra mile and took the extra few minutes and went around all 4 tires to double check the rest and found a couple more we cant thank them enough they really helped us out now we can go back to enjoy our vacation and know we are safe thanks to them definitely would recommend them to anyone that needs help with their cars especially if your out of town they really go the extra mile to make sure you can continue your trip and make it home safely!!!

I have had my car worked on here previously and today they proved themselves once again! I had an engine misfire and they were very upfront about what needed replacing and how much it would cost. It was done very quickly and the service staff are simply amazing! I strongly recommend taking your vehicle here if you want honest car repair!

I went in to get an oil change but I had to reschedule and make an appointment. They did let me know I needed new brake pads before making the second appointment. Staff was attentive and nice, but it took 4 hours for the brake pads and oil change to be completed even with an appointment.More of an inconvenience than anything else, but they did explain that the brake pads were a lifetime guarantee and didn’t try to do additional sales tactics or techniques to try and make me pay more.They actually applied two coupons to my order which was nice.The front desk guy named Eric cares a lot and really tries to connect with customers which is awesome to see, but it just is a huge inconvenience to have to wait for 4 hours unexpectedly.

I took a boat trailer to them that was giving me issues and they took it with open arms, they are fast to work and keep you in the loop. They are fair and most important they hold to their values. Very good service. Very friendly staff who were willing to work with me to get my vehicle to last long. They helped me learn more about it and what condition it was in and they allowed me to see it being serviced which helped A LOT from my perspective since I really will only go to a place that allow that since I want to know the vehicle inside out. I dealt with Eric and Xavier. Eric got me a very good deal on everything combined and Xavier helped me with knowledge of how to take care of my vehicle and what was going on with it technically.The following was done: Brake Flush, Power Steering Fluid Flush, Coolant Flush, F/R Differentials Oil Exchange, Transfer Case Oil Exchange, Automatic Transmission Flush and Oil Exchange. They also helped me when I came back with a brake issue that needed the one caliper replacing.Highly recommended from my one experience with them.

The team at this location is awesome. They squared me away with a very competitively priced oil change and warned me about a potentially catastrophic problem. Bad struts had worn down the insides of my tires to almost nothing and could have caused me to loose both tires while on the road. Had the struts replaced a few weeks later and they dropped me off at the office when I brought the car in. Hats off to these guys and gals.

I just happened to break down right out front of Midas, and man am I lucky I did! Nate and Eric both helped me SO much. They checked out my car, got it finished within a day, however when I picked it up and drove it for a day I found the issue wasn’t solved. They took COMPLETE responsibility for not finding the issue before giving my car back and handled the situation with such grace. I will go back to Midas for any problem I have in the future!
