We moved out of state and they were able to get our car fixed with our warranty in Florida. Very professional, very courteous. They also went above and beyond to stand by their work and that work ethic is priceless in a trustworthy shop. I highly recommend this shop as they have a work ethic that you dont find too much anymore.

Had a tricky diagnostic with a ‘15 Ford Escape (most vehicles I’ve had serviced in the past 3 decades were imports at this location).Knocking sound coming from front right at slow speeds and turns. Was very subtle, but not the kind of noise anyone wants to hear from steering linkage and suspension.They tested different components and narrowed down to upper tie rod on the right side. They replaced and all good, knocking was repaired.Import Specialty has always been my go to for diagnostics and technical repairs for the past 3 decades.

This place didnt even bother to write down my appointment, and were ultra rude about scheduling another, the guy David who works there accused me of making the whole thing up. Waited 2 weeks for an appointment they never bothered to even write down.This place came highly recommended by my domestic shop owner, and I was going to bring both my Volkswagen and my Volvo here, but if they cant even be detail oriented enough to write things down and be polite on the phone, Im not sure how they could do good work on cars

After some research and refusing to pay dealership prices I took my A7 to them. In the past Eric had some issues with a mechanic that is no longer with them. But they stood by their professionalism and integrity. These guys fixed the issue without any hesitation and they were honest( I felt to me). They will be the only company doing any work on my vehicle. Remember if you want to pay to play be ready for the price of any work being done.

I depend on Import Specialty Auto for all my Audi needs. I work mainly with Erik and Curt who are always communicative and respectful. I am not mechanically inclined so I need to ask a lot of questions and they always treat me with respect and explain everything to me. They have been taking care of my 2012 Audi A4 for the past 6 years, everything from brakes to engine diagnostics, and I get my oil changed reliably here. I would highly recommend them!

I called early in the week to get a diagnostic test on my Audi. They said they could look at it Thursday morning when they do their diagnostic tests. I waited patiently all week until Thursday and dropped off my car at 8 am. I waited all day Thursday and Friday till a little before noon for them to call with any information. I finally called them and was told they would not be able to look at my car until Monday because the technician they wanted on my car would not be there until Monday. So, just brought it back home. I’ll just have to pick at it until I figure it out.First, no communication. They weren’t going to call to say my car would not be looked at for 5 days. Second, it’s an import specialty shop with only one technician with the ability to diagnose my Audi? And finally a whole week wasted. I could have taken it some where else if I would have been told they wouldn’t get to it until Monday, a week after I called them in the first place. I was really hoping this shop would work out so I would have a reliable shop to take my Audi to. I guess I will keep looking.

So I had an issue with my car that 3 mechanics prior were unable to properly diagnose. ISA was recommended to me and I couldn’t be happier I found them! They took the time and did their due diligence to finally uncover the fact that a previous mechanic installed parts improperly causing the issue I was experiencing. I can’t say thank you enough for finding the root of the problem. I’ve definitely got a new mechanic now!

These guys do excellent work and provide great customer service. I knew from the minute I made the first phone call that I found the right place to service my 2003 BMW Z4. I had multiple issues which they resolved completely. Good turn around time as well. Dropped the vehicle off on Monday and picked up on Wednesday. Couldnt be happier with the work and service. I even made the trip from Pueblo, and Id do it again in a minute. I highly recommend them for BMW service!

They told me about the Starbucks within walking distance... I may walk to it sometimes. I enjoy quietly doing computer work in the waiting area to wait for my vehicle. I think there is coffee available.

Excellent service at a reasonable price. They were able to drop the labor for an a/c repair since they were already in that area to replace a valve cover gasket. Saved me several hundred dollars! Also, the free loaner car was great!

Took a while to update this reveiw but i found out a while down the road that they didnt torque my belts right or replace the belts i asked for specifically, so i had to do the timing belt my self after my damper fell off 🙃

I think if a business is over their head concerning repairs they should let you know instead of continuing to charge you for labor. Very disappointing service. Poor communication except for Eric. Also we observed a customer complaining that they were not wearing masks. They just blew her off. Such poor customer relations. Not going back, ever.

Theyve been around forever and know what theyre talking about. You can talk every detail over with them for sound reasoning before making a big decision. I live in Albuquerque and had bought my Daughter an XC90 and gave it to her this last Sunday. She was reading through all of the repair records, that I had not because original owner didnt say anything about any problems, but she found notes of the Angle gear leaking. Monday morning I called and talked to Curt to get it set up for her to take it in. She dropped it off and then later that afternoon she received a message that the car was ready. I called them to find out what was found and was relieved to find out it was just a super small seepage and not really anything to worry about now. They are the kind of shop that I was hoping they would be for being honest and not trying to rip customers off. Im now a happy dad knowing I have found a shop that I believe in and she WILL be taking the car there for any & all repairs, oil changes, etc from now on! Winslow BMW said that I needed extensive gasket replacements on my 2 year old car. They also said I had suspension damage and parts needed to be replaced on the right side of my vehicle. I baby my car and have not had any accidents. I took it to Import Auto to determine if this was the case. They said that the only thing wrong with my vehicle was a slight leak around the oil gasket, nothing to worry about! If not for Import Auto, Winslow BMW, would have tried to charge me over $5000.00 in unnecessary repairs!

I recently took my Lexus in to ISA, Im a repeat customer and have always felt very taken care of. Theyve been monitoring my front axle boots for about a year now and said it was very minor until recently when they showed me that one of the boots had finally split and I needed to replace it at this time to save the expense of having to replace the entire axle assembly. I have full confidence that they have my best interest in mind at all times and feel confident bringing my vehicle to them.

They replaced the electronic air suspension on my Range Rover Classic at a cost of $5,000. The air suspension doesnt work quite like I expected. They did their best so Ill still give four stars. Pikes Peak Rovers near Platte and Academy is a far better choice for anyone who owns a classic Range Rover or Land Rover vehicle.

They evaluated my vehicle and could have sold me the $1000 worth of repairs needed and I wouldnt have known any better. Instead, they let me know of warranties that had been extended and sent me back to the dealership to have it done for free. Thats how you earn trust and a long time customer. I will be using them for all of our repairs moving forward. Absolutely excellent service.

Bad experience, I went in the shop for program some headlights, gave them car info...said they can do that. Turn out it more complicated, they could get it working on my car still charge me 147$ for the work wasnt done. I understand time were wasted on my car, but 147???.... You have to cut your losses when necessary. Not my place to bring my cars to.

I know its petty but 3.10 for a gallon of window washing fluid. I filled it up last night. Then 1100 for brake job? 54000 miles 2015 c300? No. I cant abide passive what would you call it? Thought they were better than a dealer....cant trust anyone...makes me wonder did they change the oil or rotate the tires?

I have been going this dealership for 5 years I thought they were fair, first problem I had was before I deployed, My car was stalling, after 1000 dollars in repairs nothing they fixed worked, quick google helped me find problem myself, turned out to be a gas intake part, cost me 60 dollars to fix and about half an hour of work. Just recently they charged be 170 dollars for a 60 dollar headlight bulb. I thought these guys were honest but turns out they’re not. My fault for telling them to change a bulb without asking them the price, I trusted these guys.

If you want excellent service at great price this is the place to go.

Im conflicted... they were nice to me and professional. They let me use a loaner car while they were doing work on mine. However, they did not complete my car by the end of the day like they said they would and I did not receive a call telling me they were going to keep it overnight. Once I got my car it continued having the same problem immediately. I had already paid them $1,000 so they really did not seem concerned about getting my problem taken care of. I took it to the dealership afterwards and they told me the work that was performed here was likely unnecessary, and that the real problem I had was a little $50 piece in the fuel system. I did not go to Import Specialty Auto to use their loaner car or give them my money for no reason. I took my car there to have it fixed and it was not. Im sure they are reliable for other people, but my particular first-time experience here cost me a tremendous amount of money and did not fix my car. Thats a fail.

Mechanics are insanely knowledgeable and dont recommend things your car doesnt need. As a former mechanic walking in for the first time, they were honest and straight to the point.

My 2012 BMW had a pretty scary warning message. We were able to get the car in immediately. Unfortunately, a part had to be special ordered and that took time. Thankful they let me use a vehicle while I was without. Kurt was able to help and explain the issue. As another put it, not cheap but fair.I liked that they have been around since 1978, made me feel they were reliable.

They charge way to much don’t go here they wanted to change my front brake pads for 600$ and change my valve cover for 746$ I can get all that stuff for 80$ at auto zone they will try to take ur money

1st Visit: Very courteous on the phone, same with in person. They did not have any loaner cars for me when I dropped off my vehicle for an appointment. I was told they will expedite and get my car working as soon as they can, and will take about an hour. The car was done in an hour. Also, my plastic cover under carriages screws fell off over time and half of it was hanging almost scraping the road. Without me requesting, they replaced the plastic screws missing for free. That indicates they go above and beyond with their service. They also offer military discount. Todd, service manager, also gave me a list of recommended maintenance as a precaution for my car that their mechanics saw while working on it. They are family-owned, professional, and shows care for their customers. They made me feel welcome. Surely I will return and update my review as needed. I recommend them vs going to a big dealership.

Your vehicle may have had minor issues but well leave with a diagnosis like mine.I have a 2004 Toyota 4Runner that runs like a champion! 3 weeks ago it was overheating and I took it to Import Specialty to take a look at it. I believe they resolved the issue at the time but since the weather is getting colder I try to use my heater to find out did not work. I thought it was the heater core or low coolant but was told by Import Specialty that my head gasket for failed and I needed a new engine. The only problem that I had with no heat. Ever since they touched my vehicle now I need a new one. Im so blessed to have multiple vehicles and my 4Runner was barely used but if you are a family that has one vehicle do not go here!I noticed that I smell antifreeze coolant when I pick my vehicle up 3 weeks ago but figured that it was normal because they just worked on the coolant system. The vehicle does not have any type of noises it runs smooth and strong. To be told that the vehicle has a bad engine was very disheartening!The service at Import Specialty was pretty bad also. I know that they may have positive reviews online that could be people who they know or friends or family but as far as customer service they were horrible!I would not recommend using Import Specialty to fix a bicycle let alone a Toyota 4Runner!

Ive taken my Audi to Import Specialty Auto for several years now and I am always pleased with the workmanship, and the courtesy they afford their customers. Their fees are much lower than standard dealer fees and Im perfectly comfortable leaving my vehicle in their care. I highly recommend all the staff, from reception to mechanics. My car was in and out of the shop from 08/20/2017 to 09/29/2017. They were to fix the hard starts and engine lights. It was never fixed.August 1, 2017 dropped off car for pre-purchase inspection. Four items noted. Purchased vehicle based on report.Car was running fine and thought I would get recommended service completed.Week 1 August 20, 2017 dropped car off for recommenced service ( brake fluid,spark plugs, value cover gasket)When returning home from shop the engine light turned on. The car would not start. The engine light was on. Upon inspection noticed that a hose line was not connected to value cover. The car has not started correctly since then.Week 2 return to drop car off to fix hard start & engine light.Pick up car. Next morning hard start and engine light on.Week 3 car return car to shop again. Hard starts & engine light on.Week 4 still have hard starts & engine light. Return to shop for the next 3+weeks. They installed and reinstalled various parts ( that I may or may not needed) that were to fix the hard start problem. Picked up car September 29, 2017. September 30, 2017 car has hard starts & engine light is on.They never fixed the problem with hard starts & engine light on.

I needed repairs on my Mini Cooper since there is no dealer in the area I was happy to find a place where the technicians actually had training and proper tools to work on it. There were systems in place enabling me to drop off the vehicle the night before at my convenience. I took advantage of that. I was contacted before any work was done and all the service was explained to me as well as the cost. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. The repairs were done in the time frame that I was given which made the entire process fit into my schedule without any issues. I am happy with the work done and will return as well as recommend it to others.

I took my car to Import Specialy Auto for the first time recently. I was referred by a friend who said they will save you money and do quality work. A little hesitant, I took my car there and was told before they do anything, they would quote the prices and ensure I received the best price possible.I received a call a few days later from Todd who let me know exactly what was wrong and explained in detail what needed to be fixed. There was no pressure on having them do work and he assured me they could fix one thing or fix everything, whichever I decided. I decided to fix all the problems (struts, oil leak, disconnected front arm) and received a call later about the vehicle being complete. Todd assured me that the vehicle would run smoothly and I would notice a huge difference in the handling and driving. If not, and the same problems continued, I would be able to take it back and they would fix any issues cost free.After three days, I have had zero issues with my car. The handling and driving have improved and the engine is now running smoothly.On top of this, I requested them to look at my tires and answer a few questions I had for the upcoming winter season. The staff immediately helped, were extremely friendly, and customer oriented. Although I was hesitant to bring my car here at first, the quality work, affordable prices, and customer satisfaction will ensure that if I have any car issues I will be taking my car to Import Specialty Auto.

My parents have relied on ISA for keeping their Volvos running, so naturally I turn to them to keep my Subaru going. Theyre great at explaining things and their prices seem transparent. The guys are always professional and kind. Ive had two times when something they did had to be revisited, but they didnt charge me either time. Only complaint is they arent open on weekends, but they make up for it as far as Im concerned.

I have found my car repair shop! These guys are great! Eric G. is the guy I wound up with, and Im thankful. Not only did he alert me to a warranty replacement item that the dealership didnt, but hes been good to call me for everything. I called for quotes on multiple items to be fixed on my car...he called me back promptly after getting my list, and has been wonderful to work with. While my car was there, he called me multiple times to alert me to things, and made sure to get my approval, twice even, about things I wanted fixed. When I picked up my car, Eric was already gone for the day, but the other guy (sorry I didnt get his name) was just as awesome. He took the time to show me what the headlight bulbs I need look like (Xenon bulbs for an Audi) and explained to me how they work. Theyve been so much more helpful and better to deal with compared to Phil Long Audi. I would totally recommend to anyone with an import car to be worked on. Much cheaper than the dealership, and quite a bit faster from my experience, as well as forthcoming about items (IE: items under extended warranty). So glad I found them and saved some money and time.

Had a front brake job plus oil and filter changes on my 2010 Land Rover LR4. Cost was $200 less than at dealer. I was attracted to ISA by their web site and the reviews of other customers. Eric made a prompt appointment for me (two weeks wait at dealer) and when I showed up explaining I had to wait for the vehicle, he shortened the service time from the four-hour estimate to two hours. The entire experience was very professional. I have found a new alternative to dealer service in Colorado Springs.

Everyone at ISA is incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. Theyve helped me with me 2014 A4 on multiple occasions, saving me money on discouraging me from unnecessary repairs that other shops had recommended. If I need anything more than an oil change or brakes done, I go here (and thats only because I do those two myself).

Brought the car in for a wheel bearing. After an hour they came out and asked to check the engine. I thought they might be trying for an up-sale, but since I am aware of the potential situation, I agreed. That was the best $65 Ive spent. With the info they gave, I was able to get $4000 of engine work done free under warranty by the dealer. Thank you for the heads up call to check it.

Im so glad I took my Subaru to these guys! Its been a bit of a problem child (my Subaru) and they ended up having to replace the engine and the turbo. They did an awesome job! Now it purrs like a kitten. Thank you so much for everything guys, I really appreciate it!

These guys are amazing! I needed new rear brakes and rotors for new Mercedes SUV and they had the parts in stock and replaced them on the scheduled day and my car was ready by noon... which would have never happened anywhere else, a week passed and I started feeling a pulsating with my braking again, called them, they had me bring my car back in and completely replaced the rear components again, due to defective parts and sent me on my way. My car was always completed as promised, the estimate was spot on and they are just super nice guys!! I will be using them for all of my maintenance needs!

I took my maturing Volvo (XC70) to ISA last week with several different issues. The biggest concern was my oil trap. Eric assured me that wasn’t an issue but did point out several issues that did require immediate attention. I was able to pick my car up same day after the mechanical issues have been fixed! I did need to bring it back in for a fog light that needed to be replaced, but they were able to get everything done in a timely manner AND Eric was upfront about all costs. I will definitely be returning as issues may arise!

Bought a power steering pump from these guys and they seemed to do quality work but the bill was almost $1000 to replace a 475 part. Very expensive, I feel like I was taken advantage of. Especially after doing a little research and talking to other mechanics. I would recommend trying to find another cheaper shop.

After finding Import Specialty Repair on the web, I decided to have my BMW repaired there. I am totally pleased with how they treated me and repaired my car. Todd in particular went out of his way to give me a loaner car, and transport my car to the repair shop and back thus saving me hours and hours of driving. Thanks Todd...The mechanics and shop managers were excellent during a recent heating and cooling repair that had to be made to our Subaru. After several shops in Pueblo had looked at our vehicle and were unable to make the correct diagnosis or repair. we took our problem to Import Specialty Auto , in Colorado Springs.ISA was on top of the repair very quickly, performed all the needed maintenance and paid extra attention to every aspect of the car that needed attention. The repair was made in a timely fashion and completed in a professional manner. All the work performed was of the highest caliber.A month after the original repair another issue developed and the shop was very helpful and co-operative in assisting us . The vehicle was inspected and repaired as fast as possible, with the entire staff working to correct the problem as needed.I can highly recommend this establishment and the staff as very qualified and service oriented...They did a great job for us and we will use them again.

This is the very best auto mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My 2004 BMW had a mystery problem. The tech at ISA went step by step, checking and re-checking. They put in parts that didnt solve the problem and pulled them out and did not charge me. They explored every idea I researched through Bimmer Forums, etc... in the end we solved it...after many trials and errors. They told me they would not give up if I was willing to keep going. Curt was wonderful to communicate with and the tech working on my car was very knowledgeable. They had the latest BMW software and were willing to go above and beyond. The car runs great now and at 160,000 miles Im hoping for at least another 100K and will use ISA as my mechanic from now on. (PS.. I live 4 hours away from their shop).

I was very pleased with the recent service from ISA. There was a rather puzzling problem with my Subaru. Kevin went the second mile and researched the issue, ordered the part needed, and repaired it with excellence and at a reasonable cost. I especially appreciate his integrity and pleasant customer service.

Went to this shop because it seemed to have good reviews. However after my experience, I would say this place is overpriced, slow to do repairs, and just plain disappointing.I had just bought a car and took it in for an inspection. I was told about a couple of issues, but it is clear that the mechanic did not do a full inspection of the car. I know this because I have found multiple issues (mostly small things so far) that were clearly not caught by the mechanic. So now I have to take the car to a different shop to get an inspection done properly because I cant put faith in the diagnosis that I was given.The repair I did have them do took almost 5 days to complete, and cost quite a bit more than it should have. Ultimately, I left feeling taken advantage of, ignored (I did not receive any status updates or phone calls the entire time, unless I bugged them) and overall displeased with the shop as a whole. I feel like they just didnt want to be bothered with my business. Such a shame, because I would have spent quite a bit of money at this shop repairing everything on my car.

So each and every interaction I have with this auto shop is excellent. They always rank the issues my cars have and some can wait some can not. I am always given top notch service. Eric and Kurt are professional and knowledgable. Most of all they really take a pride in making my cars safe for my family. If you want a back street discount surgeon, well this is not the place for you. If you want the best auto care, Import Specialty is it. I have used them for almost 20 years.

They really seem to know what they are doing for imported vehicle. I have an older Volvo. They were reasonably priced. In fact, for the same repair they charged a couple hundred dollars less than Christian Brothers quoted me.

We have been searching for a reputable auto mechanic for our Lexus 350RX and our Infiniti G35X. ISA has been honest, professional and they do excellent work! Unlike another auto mechanic in town (starts with A), we were not told we needed repairs that werent necessary. Nor were we overcharged for the service they did complete. We highly recommend Import Specialty Auto for your luxury car! Ask for Todd! He is the BEST!

This is a very reliable, excellent shop. My only experience is with my Volvo S80, which has some complex systems, and I prefer to avoid the dealer across town. ISA is an excellent alternative, much smaller and less corporate, but very knowledgeable, at least for me, in the 2 years Ive been going there. Once or twice a very odd specialized thing required the dealer--but that was unusual. Some people have commented on price, but I find theyre very comparable to the dealer, usually a little less, and I dont expect to get my Volvo serviced at a discount place.

These guys were my second opinion shop for a suspension issue and they did not disappoint. My initial visit was to diagnose the problem and make suggestions for my MB E350. After spending hours under my vehicle but finding no obvious signs of damage, then re-balancing my tires, the problem persisted. But this was somewhat expected as they had explained the issue was difficult to determine without eliminating possible influencing factors. When I tried to pay they told me there would be no charge as they werent able to fix the issue. Yet their technician spent hours under my car, they re-balanced the tires for free and spent time explaining possible causes and the options moving forward. Outstanding and impressive that anyone would do that. I am returning to have them continue working the problem. This is my shop moving forward. Thank you to all the staff members who took time to speak with me. They went above and beyond.

ISA is the best place I have ever taken my car for service. Everyone is super helpful and does their best to keep you informed about what your car needs. Its the only place I will take my old Audi! My car runs great because of the service they provide. The loaner cars really help someone like me that lives out in the county and has a hard time finding rides. As someone who is new to the area, and state of Colorado, I am so thankful that I was referred to the team at Import Specialty Auto.After bringing my vehicle in for an unexpected mechanical failure, and them having it for several days to diagnosis, they were able to find and resolve my original issue/concern.Further, they informed me of other concerns that my ten-year-old vehicle needed to have address related to safety.All of the information Eric presented to me was upfront, no hidden fees/cost, and he was able to prioritize issues that needed to be resolved now, and items that could be replaced later on.You dont always get that level of honesty from a mechanics shop or service advisers.Thank you Eric, and the mechanics who worked on my vehicle! Eric was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions and gave lots of suggestions to help me avoid replacing my engine unnecessarily...even though they didnt have the facility for my size vechicle. Spoke with Eric and he was very helpful in explaining what procedure and materials (fluid) they would use to change out the transfer case fluid on my BMW. They are informative, professional, innovative, and prices are very reasonable. Ill be using them again.

I cant say enough about ISA in Colorado Springs. Long story short, I was driving through on my way back to Seattle and needed immediate repairs to my Volvo C30 to safely make it back. Kurt and his team at ISA provided unmatched timeliness and service in getting me back on the road. They fit me into an overbooked schedule, got me in and out in under a day on a fairly invasive repair, were unmatched in their communication and knowledge on my vehicle, were very fairly priced, and overall were a pleasure to deal with in a stressful situation. Im picky about who works on my cars, and needing an emergency repair put me in a tight spot in that sense. ISA not only made me comfortable but followed through in a way very few shops I have seen do. I wish they were in Seattle so any future repairs I need could be handled by them. Google doesnt provide a 6th star on their scale, but if they did ISA would be getting one. Thanks again guys!

I have had both my wifes and my daughters Audis worked on at ISA and never had any issues whatsoever. Its nice to have an option to the dealership that does just as good of work, if not better.

I was told by a local dealer that I needed a new DSC Module that cost $1795 for the part and labor. So, I went to ISA for a second opinion, and they diagnosed the issue as needing a $137 steering angle sensor. They replaced the steering angle sensor and a bad wheel speed sensor. The car runs perfectly again. Note to self, dont waste time going to any dealers while in Colorado Springs.

I took my ‘07 BMW X3 here at the end of January. I was referred here by someone I knew and was expecting a better experience. Eric was great, very patient and thorough explaining everything to me so no complaints there. However, there was a few things I was not satisfied with. Originally I was suppose to get a loaner and when I got there they didn’t have one for me, I ended up calling an Uber and as it was on it’s way, they realized they had one saved for me. I had to cancel the uber and got charged a cancellation fee. After I picked up my car, I went home and noticed the interior of my hatchback was not put back together AND they left their work drill in my vehicle. I thought this was very unprofessional. The shop was inconvient location to where I live and I never received one apology. In addition, I got a burn hole in my leather seats on my drivers side. I noticed this when it burnt my expensive north face jacket using the heated seats. Therefore I had to pay even more money to get a patch to cover the burnt hole. I will not be coming here again, the lack of attention to detail is ridiculous. I have pictures of both but do not see an option to post. Like with all body shops, take reviews with a grain of salt and have your own experience to judge!

We were passing through Colorado Springs and needed a minor window repair done on short notice. Eric was super helpful, got us in right away, and 30 minutes later we were all fixed and on the road again. Great customer service, honest employees. Thanks!

I brought my car in today for the first time after the Mercedes dealership wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars for my 50,000 mile service on my E350. Import Specialty Auto charged me $95.00 for inspection and oil change. Todd was very nice and extremely knowledgeable and has gained us as a customer going forward for all of our cars and our two sons vehicles as well!

These guys are awesome!!! I was visiting (from a place with no snow) and slid into a curb. Bent tie rod! I didnt know where to go so went to sears. they said it would be 2-3 days before it was fixed...I called these guys and he rushed it for me. He said it would take most of the day, so they dropped me off downtown and picked us up 5 hours later when they had me back on the road! All the guys were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. The guy who dropped us off even drove us around a few block to show us where everything was. They really made and out of towner feel welcome.

I have had my 2000 Audi Wagon fixed by ISA twice now, and both times all employees of the shop have given me excellent customer service. After a large repair, the check engine light came on the next day. Slightly perturbed, I took the car back in. They investigated the problem IMMEDIATELY, which turned out to be a small leak in my secondary air hosing (provides extra air to the catalytic converter for a cleaner burn). They fixed it at no charge to me, and I was out in 45 minutes.All shops are run by humans who make mistakes, but ISA showed a superior level of care and consideration to me, their customer. Expect the same when you bring your vehicle there.

Very professional and friendly. Work was done much sooner than expected. They communicated when they found other things wrong with my car and asked if I wanted to include those findings in with the original work order. Thank you!
