Jake (owner) is the most honest and trustworthy mechanic weve ever known. Hes stayed late several times to help us out when we were in a bind, and has given us great advice for maintenance and even purchasing new vehicles. Hes gone above and beyond what normal mechanics would do. Stop looking for your next mechanic, you just found him.

This place over charged me by nearly a thousand dollars. During this time no one has that type of money to just keep fixing their car. After the problem was supposedly fixed the issue still occurre multiple times. I took my vehicle to another place and they found the issue in about an hr and fixed it in under 30 minutes. The problem was only a thirty dollar fix. This place is a straight scam. At the end of the day faithful auto cost me over two thousand. This includes a rental for multiple days, towing after the fact I got it fixed and missing a couple days of work. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
