We were in from out of town and experienced problems with our brakes. Courtesy was able to get us in for an evaluation and fix the problem in one day. They also gave us a ride to and from their shop, despite being shorthanded that day. We appreciated their help!

I have used Courtesy several times for 2 different vehicle I own. The first vehicle was BMW that needed normal scheduled repairs. The second vehicle was for an AUDI Q5 that had a check engine light on. The engine light turned out to be for an intake air temp sensor. They trouble shot the issue and discovered the issue was that some wildlife had crawled up into the engine and chewed on a wire. Courtesy Automotive fixed the issue quickly and did not replace any parts that was not needed.Their prices are very fair and so far they seem very competent and I will definitely be using them again.

We took my Acura in and we were happy they found the issue. However, they called my husband and said it would cost $330 so we approved the fix. Then, we went in to pick it up and they charged us $478. We told them whoever called us had said it was $330 and they said that wasnt right. They also stated someone would call us and its been 2 weeks with no call. Very disappointed in this place as they seemed to have good reviews. I would recommend going somewhere else before they charge thousands over what they say on the phone. Or make sure you get a written and signed statement on what they say it will cost to fix your car.

We have had a truck and car in for wheel alignments, both jobs werent really up to my expectations. I may try a business that only do wheel alignments, to see if they can get it right. Other then that, all the other services they have provided has been great! They balanced our drive shaft great and swapped out a differential for us at decent price with no problems. I also had some motor and transmission mounts swapped out on my buick. This is a great mom and pops shop that you can trust, I just wish they gave better wheel alignments.

As a Retired Disabled Veteran I looked for a Veteran owed location to take care of my needs as I’m done with the over priced shadiness of dealerships . I highly recommend for any service. Had my transmission and radiator flushed. Competitive pricing. Good job!

Initially scheduled to get freeon in my car and on the way to the shop my ground wire crapped out on me. Had these guys replace the wire and everything was good but what was really awesome is my ac unit wasnt getting enough charge but the freeon was fine. Now most shops would put in the freeon and charge me for both, but these guys were honest and it it saved me $170 and I just want yall to know that wasnt lost on me.

The only reason I didnt give my review 5 stars is because I waited over an and a half for my headlight harness to get in after being told I would only be waiting about an hour for the work to be completed. They did however make it right. I was compensated and given a nice discount after all. This was fair and they were courteous and apologized after the inconvenience. I would like to suggest though that in the future, if you know you will need to wait for a part, have it in before making your customer wait longer than necessary for their vehicle to be repaired. This will save both you money and the customers time especially if you know the customer is willing to wait in your waiting area. It doesnt automatically mean they have all day to wait just because they opt to. If you know they will be waiting in office, make sure you will have the part needed or just make sure to have it in advance. Maybe ask the customer right off if they would be waiting there or leaving before they come in for their appointments for vehicle maintenance. Although Im glad I saved money due to this inconvenience, my time is important to me. I hope you will take my suggestion into consideration. I have otherwise received great service from this location. Thanks again!

I recently went to have my battery tested and ended up getting a new one. It went very smoothly, the price was extremely competitive and the work took less time than expected. Got my oil changed here yesterday. Made an appointment. They said it would take 1 hour. Less than an hour later they were done. What impressed me was after the oil change I asked them to check my brake fluid to see if it needed to be flushed and replaced. The Lexus dealership said I needed to replace the brake fluid. The Courtesy mechanic checked and said the brake fluid was fine and to check the brake fluid again in 20,000 miles. Lexus personnel go on mileage whereas Courtesy personnel actually look at the vehicle’s condition. I trust Courtesy. Thank you Courtesy.

Absolutely GREAT experience! My alternator was going on me real quickly, and these guys (Ian at the desk especially, he’s awesome) got me in at the last minute. They called with an estimate for a new alternator and battery, and unfortunately my funds just weren’t going to cover it this week... I let them know I’d pay the reasonable diagnostic fee and pick the car up, and bring it back next week after I got paid. They called me back, offered to put my old battery on a long charge overnight, and got the alternator price down just a little. With a small loan from my dad, it was doable, and they went ahead with the work. I couldn’t have covered the job otherwise, and I really appreciate them working with me. They ended up getting it done that day which wasn’t expected, but there was a small miscommunication and I never got that message... had to borrow a car to get into work that night, and that was fine... but they went above and beyond and gave me a free oil change in the future for the miscommunication. They even offered to give me a ride to get the car the next morning, which thankfully wasn’t necessary! I picked up the Element the next morning, and it’s starting well (and staying started!). I’ll be back, and my father will now probably be going into this shop as well. Highly professional and a great experience. Thanks!!!

After rescheduling several times I still received fast friendly service from Mike and the guys. I showed up more than a half hour early and they got me right in . It was my first visit for an oil change and it was fast! My appointment was at 2 but I got home at 2:26. I chatted with Mike from the East Coast and sipped on green tea. They were honest and fair and didnt push any extra work on me even though I need it. I really appreciate their professional friendly service. I got a great deal on Groupon and I will definitely go back for my more intense repairs that are necessary.

I needed to get my shocks replaced. Sent an email request later in the evening (after 7). Within 30 minutes had an email acknowledging my request and the next morning immediately got a call back. Brought my truck in the next day. Within two hours my shocks were installed. Great customer service, good environment and overall great place. The entire experience was top-shelf! I initially inquired about a series of repairs I had been told I needed by a couple of different places. I was promptly replied to with an estimate. I scheduled an appointment and was in within a day. I was greeted by Mike. He has a pleasant demeanor and was very clear on everything they will look at and then advise you of what is found. In the end, not only were the repairs done splendidly (no repeat issues or new ones!) but I was told that one repair a shop tried to sell me was NOT needed for at least another 15,000 miles! It could have been an easy $500 repair, but the honesty of Courtesy Automotive has secured my loyalty. I would HIGHLY recommend Courtesy to anyone I meet. Even if I didnt like them.

I have already recommended them to 3 people and one is getting a repair done. Mike runs the shop with integrety, honesty, professionalism, respect to the customer as well as sound advice.I had two repairs done to my motor home while spending the summer/fall in Colorado Springs. The first was a steering issue that had me losing control twice on the highway. I had spoken to 5 other mechanics some that do not do chassis work and those that did wanted to do extra work that was not absolutely necessary at this time. Mike had his technician do the inspection and stated what I absolutely needed and showed me the old parts while explaining why I lost control of the steering.The second repair was a last minute change of my serpentine belt that was original to the motor home. He again showed me the old one and that indeed it was dry and cracked the entire length of the belt.It took me a long time and listening to other mechanics in town that did give some sound advice, but were also looking to make a bigger job out of what was actually needed. Honesty and integrity can build great success. This is what I see with Courtesy Auto Repair.

They evaluated my problem and told me what I needed to have done. Replaced radiator cap. Analytical fee seemed high since I gave them quite a bit of information as to what was wrong.

Took my 99 Plymouth with a 193k miles to Courtesy. Worked with Mike, great guy. Before he even agreed to look at it he went out and listened to the engine to make sure it was worth saving. After that he ran a diagnostic and identified a blown module in addition to the blown head gasket I knew about. I would highly recommend them for auto service on any vehicle thats outside of a manufacturer maintenance program. Plus they do oil changes super cheap. Side note: cleanest automotive shop bathroom I have ever seen.

I got my motor replaced here about a year ago they were very reasonably priced and very honest with what needed to be done with my truck and about a year later something was going on with my truck in the motor and they replaced the part at no charge under the warranty I had. My husband, 2 kids, and I were on vacation in Colorado from Ohio when we broke down in Colorado Springs on our way to Cripple Creek. Luckily it was right across the street from this repair shop. I walked over (every bay was full and so was the parking lot, I did not think they would be able to help us today, and oh yeah, did I mention this was a Friday around 2pm, see store hours) and explained that we were from out of town and stranded. Dale (the owner) immediately sent one of his guys over to take a look at our car and he reassured us they would have us back on the road that day. His technician was very knowledgeable, figured out the issue in just a couple minutes in the 7/11 parking lot, and talked us through everything under the hood. He literally ran back across the street to let Dale know what the issue was and came back to help us get the car over. Dale got quotes together and parts ordered before we even got back over to the shop. I couldnt believe it, we were back on the road by 5:30!! These guys are amazing and have the best service of not just any auto repair shop, but of any business I have ever encountered. They are honest and will get the job done right! We drove home 1200+ miles the next day and had no problems! I wish I lived there so I could give them my repeat business as a thanks. Thank you Dale and to your guys for getting my family home safe with the least amount of hassles possible.

Ive had my truck serviced by Courtesy for many years now and Ive been very pleased with every type of service from oil changes, routine maintenance, and even tires. In fact, I got a great deal on a new set of tires a few months ago and just had a problem recently with one tire showing low pressure so I took it in expecting it would take the rest of the day but they had it repaired and I was on my way in under an hour!! Thanks to Mike for getting me in and out on such short notice!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had an appointment got there early went for a walk got back an hour and a half later and my car had not been touched. It took them another 45 minutes to an hour to get to my car and change my oil. 2 weeks later the shield that protects the oil filter feel off. When I went back and brought to their attention I was told that the part would be ordered, I would get a call and it would be installed. After stopping in several times to see if the part had come in, 3 weeks later it was finally in. There was no call I just happened to stop in again, no call from the shop, and I was handed the and told that they were not going to install it. I was then told that the shop had lost enough money on my car and they were done with me. I am a senior citizen and feel like I had just been crapped on and if I could give a negative 5 star revue at the beginning of this I would do it in a heart beat. I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy!!!!!

We had taken an 11 hour road trip to Colorado Springs and the check engine light came on at 5pm after we arrived. We called Courtesy Auto and explained our situation. Dale said he could get us in early the next morning and they even let us use a loaner car so we could go sight see while they did repairs!Amazing service!! Do NOT go here! This shop use to be owned and run by Dale and Mike. Those two took care of you! It was recently bought by someone else and they do not care. They did not call me with the diagnostic of my car, I had to call them the next day to find out. They also told me they had no answer for me and told me to just watch my car but we’re fine charging me $115.00 for no work being done. I would steer very clear of this place!!

Im usually quick to post not so good reviews when a business sucks scissors, but today, I am overjoyed to extol the virtues of, of all places, an auto repair shop.Our family had been going to a repair shop for years and years since I was a wee little one. When the owner died, his son took over the family business. Indeed, for the first few years hubby and I were married, any time there was a vehicle problem, we knew we could take our cars there & get them fixed promptly, correctly and without being gouged.With all of hubby’s myriad health problems, the possibility of him doing the “guy work” on our vehicles went from slim to none (and slim went to lunch). So it was a relief to know that at least someone was there who could take care of any car problems we had. Well, the son died a few years back. Since then, we’ve been pretty much at the mercy of any mechanic we could find.Recently, the A/C in the truck went kaput. I am not a big fan of 2/55 air conditioning (two windows down and drive 55 to cool off). We stopped in to two separate places and I almost needed Valium after the quotes we got. On a whim, I called Courtesy Automotive Service Center and explained what was going on. Dale asked if either of the two places had checked two relatively common problems before quoting me and I told him they had not. He made an appointment for me right away.This morning, I showed up at their center. The first thing I noticed is that all of the people in their very full waiting room were all repeat customers - and the owner and manager, Mike, knew all of these people by name. One lady even brought in cupcakes and pound cake for them. Within a very short time, they had diagnosed the problem and it WAS one of the inexpensive options that the other two shops had conveniently “forgotten” to mention.While I was there, they also checked the brakes for me (at no charge). I thought it was because they were squeaking as they pulled the truck in, but they informed me that that was part of what they do as a courtesy for their clients. I had been told that I needed new brakes all around by a third shop several weeks earlier, by the way. They said that the rear brakes needed adjusting and cleaning - but other than that the brake system was good.To make a long story somewhat shorter - for less than ONE-FIFTH of the prices quoted to me by the gouge-happy shops, I now have kick-butt air conditioning, non squeaky brakes and a giant smile on my face. Plus, I have now found my new forever trusted mechanics.I cannot say enough good things about Courtesy Automotive. Consider this the Judi seal of approval along with my heartfelt thanks.Dale, Mike & Toby - you guys rock my socks off.

I have taken my car here for years and always get great service. Last week the shifter on my car went out while I was driving and I immediately thought it was a problem with the transmission. I towed my car and they diagnosed it right away saying the shifter cable had come loose. They attempted (and succeeded!) in fixing the issue without having to replace the whole thing. As a single woman its always been difficult to find a good mechanic who wont overcharge me. Their commitment to customer service and keeping costs low to their customers is amazing! Great service, fast and friendly. I recommend anyone I know takes their vehicle here.

I recently acquired a new vehicle via craigslist and within the first few weeks started to notice some issues on starting up the vehicle. I brought my car to Courtesy. They took a look at things and very clearly laid out all the concerns and issues - kindly letting me know the degree of seriousness of the issues and how long I would have before I truly needed to deal with them. I greatly appreciated the clarity and honesty in the diagnosis as I was not able to address all of them immediately. I felt no pressure to deal with things that were not of immediate necessity and the work that was immediately necessary was completed quickly and the car is running beautifully. Although it isnt exciting to know that I will still have to invest more money on some other issues - it is comforting to know what I will have to do as I can plan and budget for these things over the next 6 or so months. I could not be more pleased with the service or the honesty. I cant see myself going to any other garage - I feel blessed that I was able to find such a quality garage.

What a great experience! I was in from out of town when my car broke down. I found these guys online and was pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service and knowledge of the tech that helped me.They had me in and out and back on the rd same day!

This is the BEST Auto Service I have ever been to!!!!!!!! Mike is particularly excellent!!!!!!! They provided FANTASTIC SERVICE from the time I called to bring my Jeep in, until I picked it up after the repair!!!!!!! They kept me advised on everything and repaired my Jeep with the utmost care and professionalism!!!!!!!! I would highly recommend them, ask for Mike :) !!!!!!!!

I took my truck with a 6 lift in for an alignment. They told me I needed to replace my lower ball joints to do proper alignment to insure it would remain aligned. They gave me a quote of $756.94 just for the lower ball joints and $159.95 for alignment. I was charged $28.50 for an alignment check but Dale informed me I would be credited that amount when I bring it back for an alignment. During the alignment check a technician brought me into the shop and said he can fix the camber and align the truck. I replaced the lower ball joints for a cheaper price. I brought it back for an alignment, but it was brought to my attention they could not adjust the camber after all and could not align my truck. They charged me full price for an alignment (it did include the deduction of the alignment check) for a total of $130.00. And now my truck is not aligned, after the fact they told me they can align it during the alignment check.They charged me for a service they did not fix. When they told me they can fix my alignment during the alignment check. I, the customer, should not suffer for their mistake.I would not recommend Courtesy Automotive Service Center.

Best thing about this place it is a Veteran owned business!!Always helpful and employ people who know cars and will help in anyway they are able to!! Better then any other shop in town!!

They did the 60k service on my 2013 Ford Mustang GT. It hasnt driven this good since I bought it, and I got an unbeatable quote on a new set of tires as a bonus! These folks have definitely earned my business giong forward! Big thanks to Mike & Kyle!

These guys are so fantastic. They did an excellent job on my Jeep, wait time was short, waiting room was comfortable and stocked with drinks and a clean restroom, and the customer service was the best Ive experienced in this city and all the other ones Ive lived in(in particular the gentleman from Philadelphia was so incredibly helpful and kind when both my phone and tablet died and I couldnt pull up my groupon). I couldnt recommend them more highly if I tried. They absolutely have a customer for life with me.
