This is my auto insurance broker/agents office. One of his offices. His staff is always friendly, professional and courteous. Plus hes provided me with some of the least expensive insurance I could find for the coverages I wanted.

The girls in this location are really great. Polite and so helpful. The company itself..not so great. I have several issues with them regarding inconvenience and lack of understanding particularly during this pandemic. Customer service from the actual company needs work.

Not very familiar with customers and forget trying to do anything by phone

They are not a good insurance company I had to do all to get the other company to pay for my damages and National Insurance didnt represent me or did anything about my case I switched to USAA much Trustworthy company! Run from this people.

This place is awesome. The only reason I left them is because I got an oversized van that they cannot insure. Otherwise I wouldnt have ever thought about switching.

Came in to buy insurance for a car that was just purchased. The ladies did an amazing job in getting me signed up quickly and left me with no questions. Very friendly people!

Do not go to this insurance place they will literally will continue charging your card I keep taking money out account for months without even telling you and say it’s because you have to walk in there and tell him you don’t want them to anymore I won’t recommend it The people there trick you into doing auto pay just so they can take Money out of your account without you knowing

My husband received a call on Friday saying his payment would be collected from his bank on Saturday. And Monday comes and they didnt take the payment out because he didnt sign up for it to be taken out of the bank even though it has always been taken out like that. And why would he receive a call that it would be taken out!? They dont even have the courtesy to call to let him know. He found out because he checked his bank to make sure they took it out. And now they are saying he has to take the car in because they dont know if he didnt make his payment on purpose because he got in a car accident. And one of the ladies there is so rude! But of course my husband took the car because we dont want it to get repoed. These people dont know how to do their job.

On the door it says the place is supposed to open at 9am. Ive been sitting here along with another person waiting for them to open. Its now almost 930 and still nobody is here

I havent had issues so far. They are good at calling ahead to remind me since my schedule is hectic it actually helps
