Ive been working with Brian Galetta for the past few years in regards to Association Master Insurance policies for communities that I manage. From basic association insurance questions to assisting with navigating a major hail claim, Brian has always shown superb knowledge, communication skills and commitment!

If there was minus stars I would give it. We have been with Brian for somewhere between 3-5 years now. We have seen him once when he came to sign us up and one other time. No one has contacted us in any way for 2 years or longer. But the insurance keeps going up all the time. I called one year when it went up and talked to his secretary and it was the biggest mess so I have not called anymore. But every other insurance agent we have ever had, and we are in our 70s, has had a review once a year but not Brian Galetta. Very disappointed.

This will be a strange review because Im not actually a client of Brians. I check in for a new quote every six months hoping to be able to switch. Why? Because while I dont care much about insurance companies, I like Brian very much. Hes the guy I go to when I have a question about insurance and I always get a clear, knowledgeable answer from him. I have know Brian for a while and use farmers insurance for my recreational policies. He is honest, accurate, and very knowledgeable. Brian is one of the most honest amazing insurance brokers Ive ever met... After consulting with me and explaining that due to my multiple recent insurance claims I wouldnt be able to switch to Farmers. Even though this brought him no benefit he sat with me for a few hours and helped me adjust my USAA policy to save me money because no one from USAA was willing to do this.
