I cant brag enoug about these guys, David came in and fixed a bathroom leak that was damaging the basement and got the job done fast and knew exactly what he was doing, they saved me tons of money compared to a known company that wanted to cost me an arm and a leg to get the leak fixed. Honesty, professionalism and fair prices is the least I can say.

No Stars! This place is a scam!!! The same thing happened to my family! My daughter and her children are homeless from a last minute notice (28 days)that the owner decided to sell the property, after charging OVER $8000 just ONE YEAR ago, when she signed the lease!!! After a few months, they charged her a $500 plumbers fee when the bathtub was clogged! They havent been honest with reporting to the credit agencies, and have not returned reference verifications needed to rent something else!!! Pretty much preventing her from renting now!!!!! The place was left immaculate, and yes, she has over 40 pictures from when she moved in, and a 4 minute video of when she moved out! Slum lords like this need to be reported to anyone who will listen, because its greedy, dishonest businesses like this that are very much to BLAME FOR AMERICAS FAMILIES BEING HOMELESS!!!!! Absolutely Sickening!!!

We moved in in January of 2020. It has been the worst experience Ive ever had with any rental company. When we moved in it was an older house there was a lot wrong with it the records all over the place from the previous tenant who clearly was afraid to live there since he had so many security cameras all over the property. Tina informed us that she would take care of everything that was wrong with the house to include all of those cords because we had so many children she never did come in and have those cords removed. Every time you make a maintenance request they charge you $40 per maintenance request so everything that was already wrong with the house we had to pay maintenance fees to get that stuff fixed what it should have been fixed before we moved in. At the end of our lease she gave us less than 24 hours notice before she came in to do an inspection on the home to determine whether or not we could renew. When she came in she complained about literally everything and stated that we would have a 30-day notice which we never received. Then she called us and stated that she never received the keys back from us. and then served us with a 10-day demand I stated to her that my child had covid and that we were on quarantine and she put the 10-day demand on our door. In the 10-day demand Tina stated that we did not return our property by the end of the lease which was January 31st 2021 however they were not renewing leases at that time and so she did not even come in to do our inspection until March of 2021. When we did not leave at the end of the 10-day demand she did served us with eviction papers and we had 3 days to move out of four bedroom house we are currently homeless staying in a hotel room with four kids. I would strongly suggest that you do not rent from this company ever.

I applied for a property about 4 weeks ago!! I was told that there was only 1 other appplicant who had applied for that property. Once i applied i waited about 5 days and didnt hear back from them!! So I called and was told the person who handles the application process is on vacation and wont be back for weeks and then i was informed that over 25 people applied for that rental and I was the 25th person to apply!! I was extremely frustrated that they encouraged that many people to apply and lied about how many people where in line. I then asked for my application to be taken back and the fee to be refunded. The woman who i talked to said she will refund it back to my card and I will see it in a few days! Fast forward 2 weeks and i have not received my refund!!!i than called and after being told by 3 DIFFERENT people that my application fee will be refunded if they dont process my application, i was told they dont do refunds!!! I was super mad i was told false info and ended up calling back later. I was then told yes they will refund me and it will take a few days...now im sitting here a week and a half later and still nothing!! The people working here dont know how to do their jobs and no one can give me a straight answer!!! I have called every single day multiple times a day and now NO ONE will answer my calls!!!! Dont waste your time. They are milking this property to get as much money as they can out of people!!! Its a total scam!!!!

BUYER/ SOLDIER BEWARE- Colorado CASA PMI released my Personal Identifiable Information (PII) to their previous tenants who are now trying to sue. This Property Management Team left me with hundreds of dollars of HOA fines that continued for months while stating they were resolving the issue that never got resolved. Notice all the “1 Star” reviews. They are there for a reason.BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! I never knew the tenants!!! How can I take back there security deposit if you all where the property managers!!! Do not trust these guys!!! I told you... they have no integrity!!! CASA PMI rendered us the entire deposit because our home was DESTROYED due to you all not managing our property while we PCS’d to our follow on duty station.

Absolutely awesome! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and ready to help, even before you are actually their tenant! Best place in town! They respect your privacy as a tenant and offer great customer service. You wont find a better place to rent/buy from in the Springs!

I have used Colorado Casa as a property management company for many years. They have always kept my property rented. Now I am using them to sell my property and again I have nothing but good to say. They have sold the property quickly and at the current market price. They are very knowledgeable and I would consider using them again in the future.

Weve been renting with Colorado Casa for a little more than a year and have been very impressed with them. When it came time nind a new place, they were extremely helpful in not only giving us some choices but making it possible to see a property at the last minute. Theyve always done their best in responding to maintenance requests as well as answering questions weve had regarding a number of different topics. When it comes time to buy, we will definitely go to Colorado Casa first to find our home.

This team is just amazing, We started out renting with them and ended up buying to benefit us in the long run. The process was not easy and we must have looked at 20+ houses. Boris was amazing throughout the process, they dont force you to buy. Boris really took the time to show us around. When it came down to the wire my husband deployed and they still made the home buying process easy. They walked us every step of the way, told us what all we would need. Jason checked in on us every week to make sure we were on point and where we needed to be. Jorgette was also a big help, showing us potential houses, what the numbers were for us and probably the biggest part, closing! She doesnt back down and will get you what you want! Easiest process Ive ever gone through, even with the husband gone! Thank you to the entire Colorado Casa Team for all your help!!

Wasted 100$ because the representative I dealt with lied to us about some of the qualifications , they never told us we may have been missing information or called to confirm ANYTHING. They let us think we were all good to go after submitting our applications, not to mention completely unreachable at the office prior to getting our denial letter. Im upset we were denied for no reason ,and they wont refund because the app has been processed. Basically did zero follow up . After getting the email I called ...very confused... the lady on the phone was EXTREMELY !!!! rude when I asked questions or for clarifications about the letter because literally all the the things listed didnt make sense or shouldnt have applied to us , she got an attitude and tried to blow me off and send me somewhere else to find out .I obviously am not a property management company nor know all the ins and outs of their company so all I wanted was simple answers. Did not warrant her response. Terrible experience.

Colorado Casa is trash. This company has a great business image so I was excited to work with them on getting a house however I was very disappointed. They are all so disorganized, no matter who I was working with; one lady in particular scheduled multiple viewings at the same time so mine got canceled. I told her it was fine, and when I finally got to view a house she was in a terrible mood the whole time because apparently she made the same mistake twice & had to cancel somebody elses viewing. Thats unfortunate but definitely dont take that out on me. On top of a disgusting attitude, the house itself was disgusting. There was no way the house had been cleaned in weeks: dust, dead bugs, alive bugs, dirty carpets, marks on the walls, the list goes. Nonetheless, we got the house & then I met a lady named Amber who was very friendly. She magnificent compared to everybody else. Overall this company sucks & did not make me feel valued at all. I wouldnt recommend them to anybody.

I would give them no stars if I could. They charged fees that were not even mentioned in the contract to my tenant, they had high price maintenance, and they did not attend to the property properly which resulted in over $2,000 damage. On top of it all attempted to blame us for their neglect. I have all emails to support my claim. They have such a high turn over in employees no one seems to be aware of what is going on. Awful company, we trusted them and truly regret ever hiring them as our property management company.

This place is the absolute WORST property management, SLUM-lord in the State of Colorado. They place you into inhabitable homes with mold, druggies, and flooding. They refuse or lose work orders. Dont even rent with them! No matter how much nicer you leave the place, than when you moved in, they will steal your deposit and make false allegations against you. I wish the owner of the property could see the type of things that go on there. Fair warning!!! Look elsewhere!!!

Im a military member so I move around alot and have worked with many nice people over the years everything seemed fine at first I called them up did everything over the phone so when I drove to Colorado Springs I would have a house to move into immediately the weekend before I was suppose to move in the house the bathroom flooded and the carpets were a mess they had someone come in and soak up the water but the carpets were still a mess. So when time came for me to move out I had spoken with one of the ladys about not paying to have the professionally cleaned since the house was a mess for when I moved in we agreed on if I rented a rug doctor and cleaned the carpets well that it would not be an issue. So upon receiving my deposit back $330 short I call and speak with the same lady she proceeds to tell me we never had an agreement thats problem 1. Problem 2 during the hail storm we had last year at the end of 2016 my basement window was broken they came over threw some ply Wood up and called it a day 4 months later I move out and the window still was not replaced. Oh and if you are looking into buying a house and want to break your lease its $2500 talk about steep and you are still on the hook for the remainder of the months on your lease if the property does not rent. The maintenance guy curt is nice does what he can with what he is provided but other than him the maintenance upkeep from this company is terrible it is a buissiness with no integrity lets just say I would not recommend this company when there are so many others out here in the springs to choose from.

This company is horrible! They took me for $150 in application fees. They tell you one thing, & then theyll tell you something else. Also, theyre taking 5 or 6 applications per property! Thats unethical. I advise people not to trust this company with their rental needs.

I DO NOT reccomend working with this company for anything! I was renting a house from them and they were rude and very disrespectful! I would not trust to buy a house from them.First couple months no real big issues.I was being charged a $10 maintenance fee I didn’t know about therefore didn’t pay and kept getting charged $100 late fees. Whatever got the issue taken care of.I am a military member and it took a few months for my BAH to kick in and what not. Well the military separated my BAH into 2 checks instead of all on one. So I had asked Nicole if I could pay half on the first and half on the 15th. She was super rude and snotty about it stating we’ll i am military and we don’t have that issue. Everyone’s situation is different. Whatever I just paid extra so I was able to pay half and half each check. She could have just nicely responded with a No and brief explanation.Then come August and I have a leak in my ceiling. Not terrible at first. I call Nicole to let her know also had sent her pics of it. She doesn’t really say or do anything. Couple days later it gets a lot worse I take more pics and send them to her. Oh okay well get someone out there. It ended up being a faulty washer they had in place before I moved in. I had to deal with their contractors calling me a liar and disrespecting me in my home. She had made the comment to one of the workers saying oh yeah this is where the leak was a few years ago when we bought the house never figured out what was wrong.... awesome so they basically patched it up a few yrs ago and called it good. Fast forwarding a few months. I end up breaking my lease because the house was not in livable conditions. It’s almost Nov now and they have not fixed the HUGE hole in the ceiling and plus I had carpet that was ripped bcuz thy have to replace some of it. There were nails sticking out of the floor from the seams of the carpet. I had told them about it multiple times hoping they’d send someone out to temporarily fix it. I had called Nicole’s boss about it and she was very rude and snooty as well. Basically told me the hole in the ceiling and ripped up carpet wasn’t affecting my living. I have a 6 year old who ran around. But I guess the nails sticking up out of the floor aren’t an issue or hazard. It’s now been a couple months since I have moved out and I’m still fighting to get my deposit back. They ignore my phone calls and my text. When I do get a text it’s pretty much one word text not really telling me anything.Also reading the other reviews. I think it’s very unprofessional how they have bashed people on their reviews. If they have an issue they should really take it up personally with the person.I forgot to mention. When they were drying the house out from the leak the company brought in 3 huge industrial fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the leak. I had those running constantly it spiked my bill. I talked to Nicole about it she started I’d be reimbursed for my electric bill. I never was.They also put in a “new” washer and dryer. Went to go use it and it wasn’t new by any means the dryer knobs had been switched with stove knobs so who knows what else had get ghetto rigged. Also her husband is the one who delivered the washer and dryer. He does not care about other people’s property. He scuffed up the walls so bad getting he stuff in and out. And instead of using the driveway for thre dolley he went through the grass with the washer and dryer running over a couple of my solar lights and not caring. He came inside and was like oh did I break that? Disrespectful is all I can say.

They will show the place while you are in it still underlease will change your notification 1650 if your asking for time to get urself together to move out they dont waste time on putting up the for rent sign and if you are a renter they charge you 50 for every thing if if its a maintenance call they charge you to keep there place up I will never ever rent from them again poor customer service

We have been working with these people for more than 3 years now. I find Jorgette to be very honest and responsive when I contact her. She runs her own business and like any business sometimes good help might be hard to find or hard to keep so there have been a few people working with us over time. However, I have always received answers to my questions and I appreciate Jorgettes straightforward attitude. Like any business, nothing is perfect but in my experience these people are pretty awesome.I just sent them an email asking about a payment that was made to my account. I expected to hear back from someone tomorrow or Monday, but my phone just rang and it was Jorgette! These people are down to earth and they dont put on airs. I read the other reviews and I dont understand what happened to the people who are not satisfied. The truth is, there are some people who will never be happy and will always criticize. Perhaps that is the case?

I bought a house 9 months into my lease I told them a month prior to buying it that I had bought it, they then threatened to sue me if I didnt pay the remaining 3 months of the lease I paid the 3 months I had the entire house cleaned from top to bottom, they then say since I didnt submit receipts they couldnt count it. They then kept 90% of my security deposit and sent the remaining 10% back to the house they rented to me 3 months after I moved out, when I called to ask why any of this was happening they refused to talk to me and constantly said they were busy, when my wife called they told her that I had a tone that was threatening and told her that If I ever came to the office they would call the police on me...I work for the United States Post Office, I have never been arrested in my life or committed a crime...by the way they also rented us a house that didnt have heat in January or February because the thermostat was from the 70s according to the heating people, they then proceeded to charge me for the upgrade to the rental property, also the living room had 2 different shades of paint and they rented us a 3 bedroom house but told us it was a 4 bedroom even though the 4th bedroom wasnt finished remodelling for 2 months and didnt have a closet or a working bathroom. I have told any and every person I know about colorado casa realtors and being a mailman I know a lot of people. And I will be posting this review to any and every review site for your company in my free time.

Im going to give a fair review listing all of our experiences with Colorado Casa Realtors, but read this in its entirety to get the entire picture:We moved from Nebraska and needed a place in a pinch. Jorgette was more than accommodating to listen to us. She even waived the application fee for my wife and adult daughter due to my being in the Service.So, we arrived very early in the morning and couldnt start moving in until Sunday (when they are closed). Nancy, the property manager, gave us the code to the lock box.There was damage to the property which was pre-existing (we knew most of it as we rented it sight unseen and was disclosed prior), but they said the property owner wouldnt not pay out of pocket due to destructive previous tenants. They assured us it would not be held against us. We lived there for five months and there were maintenance jobs that had to be opened due to the overall condition of the property. However, Nancy and Jorgette were very professional and immediately handled those issues.When we moved out, I spoke with Tami, Colorado Casas finance official, about some concerns that we had and she said she would speak with the new property owner (it was sold while we were living there). When we asked her later what the property owner said, she said he (the property owner) would work with us depending on the condition that it was found in. This would be based on comparing the inspection sheet when we moved in to the final inspection sheet upon moving out.I should also bring up another experience. Our daughter has a heat condition and near the end of our time there we had to install a window A/C unit to ensure she didnt have to go the hospital. A neighbor knocked on our door and told us that the HOA did not allow the window units where we were living when they are visible outside to others and immediately brought it up to both Nancy and Jorgette. At first, I admit we were furious at this revelation. However, Nancy and Jorgette guided us through the process on the Federal law that would mandate them to accommodate her condition. They handled the situation very maturely and professionally.Lastly, we moved out due to buying a new home. Part of the lease agreement was a break lease fee (as in most every early lease terminations). My realtor reassured me it would be paid by the seller at closing and a check would be cut to Colorado Casa. However, at closing it was not in the authorized disclosure and the sellers agents were not risking their realtors licence on having any payment outside the disclosure. This was all on my realtor and lender (even though most everything else was excellent throughout the buying process). This was due to too many misunderstandings on what was allowed with a VA loan between my lender and realtor. After closing, I had to explain to Colorado Casa the situation and Jorgette called everyone out on how the process got broken.Jorgette had us go upstairs to her office and straightened everything out. She took her valuable time to call an associate, the VA and our mortgage processor. To say the least, she is exceptionally knowledgeable and she will right a wrong without putting up with anything. Our realtor and lender met together later on and agreed to each pay half of the early termination due to the mistake not being on the sellers end. The realtor cut a check and had it mailed on Wednesday, but it still hasnt been received. Our account still reflects the amount due for the break lease, but Jorgette said we had no reason to pay out of pocket to clear our account by the end-of-the-month due to it being on someone elses end and to wait for the check to arrive to clear the account.From our experience, there were inevitable problems along the way, but Colorado Casa has been very professional, understanding and will go the extra mile to right what is wrong.

The WORST company I have ever dealt with. Employee turnover is outrageous, extremely disorganized, they NEVER return your calls even when they say they will, Jorgette has got to be the rudest person I have ever met, extremely unhelpful, and if you have any kind of issue or complaint they screen your calls and refuse to talk to you!! They have very shady business practices and are quite frankly crooks!!! RUN AWAY as fast as you can!!!!!

Very poor service on repairs. Not gettin things fixed before we moved in, tellin is things are on the list to be fixed and then never fixed. Then charged us to have them fixed when we moved out. Never again will i used colorado casa again.

The experience I had with this company was the most awful I have ever encountered. The owners are oblivious to the on goings of the company. They are attempting to steal my deposit and when I call to confront the situation all I get is the run around. They even went as far as to reject my calls. If you have a claim on my deposit that you believe to be true, why not answer the phone when I call to settle the matter. Very annoyed.
