I have lived at Austin Park Apts for over four years. They are tucked away in a well established residential area ,yet within walking distance, to all your every day/ retail needs. Tall trees and well maintained sidewalks surround the property on two sides and urban wildlife is abundant. Birds, squirrels and rabbits are frequent guests, even deer show up, now and then. Parking is adequate, laundry facilities and trash removal is reliable. Residents are friendly and tend to renew their leases from year to year. We have an exceptional management team this year. Elise,our office manager, is professional, kind and very attentive to any concerns or issues that may arise. She promptly returns phone calls and emails and encourages suggestions/ideas that you might want to contribute. Our communal areas are kept clean and David and John, do a great job of maintenance. Most requests are solved by the end of the day, unless a part needs to be ordered. After a year and a half of the confusion and disappointments a global pandemic produced, it is so refreshing and reassuring to know, you can rely and depend on the people managing your home. Quiet, clean, centrally located complex in Colorado Springs. This place is a gem of a find! I moved here sight-unseen from out of state last year. Im thankful to have landed in such a great place. I cant say enough about our amazing manager Elise and the extraordinary maintenance team of David and John. I have never rented from such incredible people. They work hard to make this a wonderful community to live in! Maintenance issues are fixed right away.A few other nice features: we have A/C, a tree-lined pool, and a great community of neighbors. I love the trees around the complex--it feels like a taste of nature while being in town.

Lived here since 2007, great place. People are friendly and its kept up well. Elise and David do a great job running things every day. Its quiet here... not much else to add. Yes I recommend!

Affordable, clean and quiet. The office lady, Eliza, is so nice and helpful. The apartment has plenty of space and is in a great location of town. I will continue to recommend Austin Park!

Austin Park is in such a great location, with an awesome price point. Right off Austin Bluffs and Academy, you will be close to everything. The staff strives for success, and it shows. We have been their flooring provider for many years and appreciate their support.

Be prepared for a rent hike at every renewal to the point it will cost you more than what they offer new renters - that right there is a total disregard for their residents.

My husband and I lived in these apartments for about two and a half years. Before we had an unfortunate roommate problem and had to leave. but with our lease getting ready to expire with our current apartment we are moving back in November and cant be more excited. The management here is great The maintenance staff is great we are so super excited to be moving back to Austin Park. The best experience in an apartment we ever had cant wait to be back home.

I LOVED living at Austin Park. It was my first apartment and the first place I grew as an individual. The staff there has always been flawless and the maintenance team is on point. I recommend to anyone looking for a starter home to apply here.

Great place to live! Quiet , Friendly neighbors

We moved into this complex 3 years ago Bridgett was the manager at that time and she did a fantastic job. Everything was clean and smelled great. The grass waa green and the pool was clean. Then she left....the managers after that were uncaring about the cleanliness, the grass and was so hard to reach. The most recent manager Bo has done an amazing job of bringing this place back. The halls dont smell like pot they smell clean the halls are always vacuumed the grass looks better and we saw him cleaning out the pool himself. Just wow! You could tell that he cared about his job and the complex. Unfortunately he is leaving but alot of us here will miss his hard work and attention. As for the apartments they stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer. We have one of the older apartment so the counters are old and so is the carpet. The rent is affordable for a 2 bedroom. As with any apartment complex the walls are thin and you can hear everything the neighbors do but the neighbors (for the most part) are nice and friendly.

This is a very nice starter complex for anyone who is looking for a nice decent apartment. Its small, but quiet. I have been living here for almost 6 months now and Kody and Travis do a very good job keeping up on maintenance. Security is on the property throughout the night. The only things I could say that could be improved are the sound installation, they are very thin and you can hear the neighbors talking. The pup pouches tend to run out a lot so there have been times I take my pup out and theres no bags I can use to clean up. Everything else is great and I enjoy living here. I recommend it to anyone that is looking for affordable living in the middle of the city.

I have a renovated apartment -- new appliances, counter tops and new carpet -- for a very affordable rate. Neighbors are not loud, parking is plentiful and the complex is in a convenient location. Coming from Seattle, Ive been pleasantly surprised. Been here for a month and am very happy.

Ive lived here for almost 3 years. Ive actually liked living here! Its been a safe place for me and that says a lot. Since I moved in we have had 5 yes 5 different apartment managers. The first one was completely useless, the second Dimmi never answered the phone and promised things she couldnt deliver, the third Cody..... Omg he was the absolute worst my AC broke and I am disabled and can not be hot, he took his time fixing my AC knowing my situation then he screamed at me calling me names right in front of my dying mother which made her so upset she had to go to the ER. Then there was Bo... Now I know there are good reviews about this man but he was just as bad as Cody. Bo may have vacuumed the halls but thats all he did. If you complained about anything he pretended to write it down and did nothing I mean NOTHING! Now we have a new guy who is actually pretty nice and is fixing up the property shocked! The maintenance man Travis is actually pretty cool, but he is good friends with some problem people here at the complex and lets them get away with anything and everything. This should not happen and is illegal. We have called Widener many times leaving messages but have never heard anything back. There is a car alarm that goes off daily all day all night. Our car has been broken into so now we have cameras in our windows and in our car to catch and take down these idiots that break into cars. However, there is a security company that drives by at night once.... So its up to you. Ive told you just a few things to 🤔 consider. Its up to you. Owner please dont write me back, if your customer service cant get back to me then it makes no sense. But I have to say thank you for providing a semi-safe home.

I wrote a nice review about this place on 2018 but I feel like doing a bit of editing now.Its an OK place to live and its NOT a complete bargain, good prices but you will find better prices with better environment in Springs, just do your homework. The staff is friendly and prompt. Heat insulation of the walls were incredible , I often times did not turn the heater on. The sound insulation however was not that great, you can hear if your neighbor has a good stereo sound system and their conversations or their fights- Most of the neighbors I met are nice people, they mind their own business. The location is great , you are close to almost everything. Gym, shopping center, restaurants are just a short walk away.I had to cancel my lease and go to Europe for personal reasons. I knew I had to pay a cancellation fee , I agreed. They came and checked the apartment. They only warned me about stove which must be cleaned otherwise theyd charge a fee.On my last day of moving , I spent all day long cleaning the apartment including kitchen, bathroom and of course the stove. Im very tidy person myself, I do not wear shoes and I do not allow anybody entering the apartment with shoes on, I have no pets ever.So, I cleaned it all and moved everything but had to leave one small desk. I sent an email to the management(Kody Walker) that they can keep the desk for themselves or give it away. Otherwise, the apartment was just like I moved in the first place. He didnt reply to my email.AND, they charged me $125 for apartment cleaning and furniture removal and $65 for carpet cleaning! and they never budged on lease termination fee, even though I clearly stated it was an urgent health matter that I had to move out.So, everything about these apartments are mediocre including management. They do not know the meaning of professionalism If they didnt charge me that extra during move out theyd earn my heart and Id probably move there again when I got back to USA. So they got my $185 but they lost me as a customer forever.Im actually very happy because the apartments I live now are not far from that location, has a better price. has a balcony, top floor, no pets and wonderful neighbors and good management.

Very expensive for a one bedroom apartment. Our heater was literally broken all winter long. They would come in and try to fix it repeatedly. It was fixed when winter was over. After Cody left so did we. No one was ever in the office and I had to call maintenance to get ahold of staff. They overcharge for a 2 hour cleaning and made sure to get our deposit and some after we left. I tried calling to set up a payment plan after we left and my calls went unanswered. Im very disappointed with our experience living here. I will never recommend Wiedner to anyone. Sad I even have to rate with one star.

I moved in 3 days ago an my bike already got stolen. Fantastic welcoming committee. Edit: the staff are incompetent, the apartments smell terrible, and dont expect to get your deposit back. They charge me 2 hours of labor to wipe the dust from the window sills and re-clean the bathroom mirror. Absolute garbage.

There are always going to be problems wherever we stay, we all have our own way of being. But Austin park, a diamond in the rough. Been here for 3 years, and still counting. The are isnt the best. But Austin park is.

Its too noises and the hallways smells like pot there are people walking around the building late at night doing who knows what . I have seen ladies walking around late at night wavering down cars as they drive by ..Once a woman asked me if I needed a date .Management just doesnt care I am happy to be out that place. Good luck to nexts person that moves thier.

My experience wasnt terrible, however, the hallway walls leaked Several times. Not sure if upstairs had plumbing problems but it was gross. The hallways are hardly ever cleaned and smell BAD! They refuse to take partial payment if something comes up and refuse to work with you. I was in the hospital over the 1st three days of the month, got my rent in by the 4th and still incurred ridiculous charges. The one bedrooms are tiny! The first week I lived here there was SWAT surrounding our building for a murder suspect upstairs. There are cars in the parking lot that dont move, with flat tires and broken windows, crashed non running vehicles. The heater/air conditioner worked when it wanted to, the tub had a constant drip causing me to have to clean the tub with bleach daily (because of mildew/mold growing) so that my young daughter didnt get sick. The coin laundry is expensive and there are only two of each. Staff was nice and outside looks good but thats about it. Happy to be leaving this weekend! Its a good place for a single/first timer to live. lol

This place wouldnt be worth living in for $300 a month. Extremely dirty and the hallways smell terrible all the time. Worst experience Ive ever had at an apartment.
