We moved in here end of August and couldnt be happier!!! Great location, quiet, and overhead parking are key to this complex. Whenever we have an issue we call Destiny and it is promptly fixed no questions asked. The maintenance team is also very impressive. I have lived in many apartments and never in my life have I seen an apartment complex with such a professional repaid team. They are real experts, very knowledgeable, and will tell you how you can fix things yourself if ever need be. The fireplaces are also great in the cold weather.Seriously this place is quiet, which is nice sometimes in this crazy world.

The Glen needs to bring back the security group to monitor the parking lot. I have has one of my hub caps stolen and my car broken into (luckily I didnt have anything of value in my can and just had to clean it for the mess that was left) other than that the glen is an alright place to live.

Please do not ignore either my rating or the overall rating for these apartments...I ignored the low rating before I moved into these apartments because I assumed that everyone was complaining over unique issues until I finally realized that so many people are upset over these apartments for good, legitimate, and common reasons.I have had innumerable issues with The Glen.1. One of the landlords at these apartments attempted to form a personal relationship with me the day I had my apartment leased to me. He used the phone number I provided on the apartment paperwork to contact me. It was incredibly unprofessional, and him doing that immediately put me in an awkward situation. He had all the power to evict me from my apartment if he wanted to. He wanted me to hang out with him on several occasions and even asked me to be his girlfriend about a couple of months after I moved into my apartment. I was 19 when I moved into The Glen, and the landlord stated he was 29.2. My roommate parked near the entrance of these apartments and had his wallet stolen out of his car. This proves that this is not a safe area to live in whatsoever, and I would feel uncomfortable living here if I had children.3. The landlords here do not thoroughly inform you that you have to pay a separate utility bill. I had a member from Colorado Utilities knock on my door one morning informing me that I had to pay hundreds of dollars worth of utilities. He came to my door and informed me about this before abruptly cutting my utilities off because he stated that it is a common issue for tenants at these apartments to not realize they must pay Colorado Utilities as well. My two-bedroom apartment cost me around $1,500 a month because of rent, utilities, WiFi, etc.4. The landlords do not answer the phone often.5. These apartments do not have a microwave.6. The landlords do not take responsibility for anything. I am not afraid of admitting fault, but these landlords here pretend as if the tenant deserves all the blame regardless of the situation.7. Admittedly, one of my roommates was a felon, but he still lived at these apartments for months. All the paperwork about how safe these apartments are is misleading. You could move into these apartments and live right next to a criminal without even knowing it. Again, I would feel extremely uncomfortable living here if I had children.Do not trap yourself by moving into these apartments.

So far weve been happy and weve been here for a couple of years now. Location wise its probably one of the best in the Springs without paying over $1500. The wifi was a little wonky but its the ISPs fault not necessarily the complex. Overall the Staff has been very respectful and friendly. This is our first apartment 2x2. The maintenance team is incredible. They are constantly busy but are always friendly and will help you with pretty much anything. It may just be me because Im chill but pretty much every day they are excellent. In regards to the office they are responsive and with any discrepancies they handle it professionally with understanding. Again could be me but no problems. The downside is dogs use the bathroom a lot and many people dont clean it but the staff takes care of it which is awesome. Neighbors can be noisy especially if youre on the first floor but thats everywhere in apartments. Overall very satisfied especially with the maintenance team! Thank you.

Recently moved in and Lisa was an awesome help. I have not experienced any issues with any of my neighbors they all are welcoming and friendly. My children also found a few kids to play with as well. The front office and maintenance always go above and beyond and always give an ETA of when things should be fixed (if needed), The location of the property is awesome directly across the street from the mall and surrounded by shopping centers and restaurants.

I lived at Advenir at Briarglen for the last two years and was very happy there. The staff in the office is awesome! They are there and ready to help you with whatever you need with a smile. Maintenance is friendly and usually comes the same day that you need them. The grounds and pool are kept clean and there is always Starbucks coffee in the Business Center. I would recommend living there to anyone.

I’ve been here a little over a month. The day I moved in the hot water heater and dryer were inop. The maintenance guy was all over it the next morning at 8 AM. He fixed the hot water heater and ordered the fuse for the drier. The fuse was suppose to be there the next day but got lost in transit so he swapped out the whole drier for a different working one the following morning. The courtyards are kept extremely clean. The only downfall is the 30$ WiFi we have to pay even though it never stays connected and is completely horrible.

I just moved out about 1 month ago. My experience living in this complex gives me mixed feelings. Let me start off by saying the comment below me about the phones are 100% correct. If you are needing to ask a simple question dont even bother calling. Youre better off going in, because you wont get a call back until 3 business days later. The only positive experience I can say about living here was working with Jake in the front office. He was always kind and professional, addressed any concerns I had. Just promote Jake to head manager because everyone else who works there is as useless as a box of graham crackers. If you want to live in a complex that you can basically get away with anything, this is the place for you. If you dont feel like putting your dog on a leash, or enjoy listening to dogs bark all the time, this is your place. Also parking is a nightmare, hope youre handicapped because that is the only spot that is usually open. I have made complaints before to the office and nothing is ever addressed. On the positive side while living here the apartments were nice, good appliances, and if anything ever broke they always fixed it in a timely manner.

Do not rent here! They will nickel and dime you and never answer your questions/ concerns. They will also tell you one thing like they accept money orders (even have sign hanging in office) and then say they have changed their policy when you bring in money order. The rent may look affordable from initial get go, but they add things like mandatory wifi fees ($30), property taxes, multiple common area utility fees, etc to your rent each month. This makes it more expensive to rent then any other apartments in the area and this property does not even have central AC, just wall units in the living room that are not sealed properly in the building. Trust me, go somewhere like Cottonwood Creek etc. DO NOT RENT HERE, you will regret it.

Me and my husband recently inquire for apartments here, after the tour me and my husband were going to look for more places as we were not happy with the ratings. The white lady who was there convinced me to leave her a post dated check of $400, our agreement was if we dont come back that Friday or call then we arent interested or we wont be moving in. This chick twisted our words and said we asked them to hold the place for us. How so if we didnt even bother applying for the Glenn not signed anything. I never heard of that in my entire life! Screwing people with families is not cool. If I can give these people 0 rating I would. I called the lady and she sounds like I owe her money. Would never recommend this place, run if you can. I wished I read the reviews first before looking at the place. We were forced to write a check and ended up being a scam.

I have lived here for 3 years, and the office staff has been wonderful throughout this time. Jake has been instrumental in getting the small details taken care of that makes a world of difference to us residents. for example, he helped get a new handicap parking spot that was needed by our building, and also helped get a dogy station place in our area. Jake is always very professional and an advocate for the community, which makes me want to stay here even longer.

When we moved in a year ago things were good. However, they had a change in staff and things went down hill from there. It was always impossible to get anyone on the phone or find them in the office. The Wifi that is mandatory is horrible! I hope that you dont have your water heater go out because it will take days or up to a week until you have hot water again (this happened twice for us). Shady characters started moving in and our mailboxes were vandalized and our car was stolen from right outside of our apartment. They will also nickel and dime you with random fees every month and then make up stuff to keep the most from your deposit. Not at all impressed with them overall. If you can find another place to rent I would recommend you to do so.

We moved into The Glen in February 2017 and were very happy. Unfortunately what I learned is that the only thing you can count on is that your rent will go up every year, and office staff will lose whatever paperwork you turn in so keep your own copy. Also, surprised that they did not schedule me for a move out walk through and instead told me to leave my empty apartment unlocked with the keys in it. I received a bill for minor damages that they sent to collections 10 days earlier than they stated they would. If you receive a bill, know that the collections agency will settle it for half of what is owed, while the Glen will be adamant that it is the full bill or nothing. I wasted time trying to settle with the Glen and ended up paying less to the collections agency than what I offered to the Glen. Just your standard disappointing and unorganized managed apartments.

Horrible, just horrible. The location is great and there apartments, although a little pricey, are in okay condition. The problem is with the staff, they are pretty bad at anything clerical. I had a roommate leave without notice, just a month after we moved in. He left around mid April. I luckily had a friend who wanted to move in. I told the manager that my roommate left and I found a replacement roommate, and signed a new lease. Sounds simple enough right? Well, the leasing office kept my old roommates on all correspondence, in fact they only had my old roommates name on the correspondence. My name isnt even on any rental statements that are sent in the mail. I keep being told his name would be taken off but he has not been taken off. This guy is not even on the lease. The monthly fees pretty much fluctuate so Im having to guess what rent will be month to month. I cannot even sit down and talk to management because they are not their on saturdays, the only day I have free. No one ever answers the phone when I call the office... I even tried creating an online profile with them so I can see my rent online or even pay it online because their system wont send me a registration email, which the receptionist tried sending several times. Then we have the most recent annoyance..I received a 3 day notice to pay because I was short $14 on Octobers utlities/fees(which would not even stand up in a court of law because it has my old roommate listed, not me or my new roommate). After all of this, they have the audacity to leave me a 3 day demand of payment over $14. What a joke. I would gladly pay the monthly fees in full if I knew what they are going to be.

These people never answer their phone in the office. I have called and called several times for a lease related question and there is never any answer. As I was calling I walked into the office and noticed everyone sitting around and phones ringing. If you leave a message they wont return your call until 3 days later. Today I noticed my license plate was bent and about 10 others around me were stolen. I called several times to notify them. After no answer I walked over to the office to find one woman inside with no other tenants just stuffing her faace. I suppose thats why she cant answer the telephone. Anyways, I notified her about what had happened and she said that if I wanted to be a good Samaritan I should call the police myself. Kind of the apartments responsibility since this happened on their property. The cars without plates will be towed. My lease ends next month and Im so happy to be gone. These people have no idea how to run an office or perform simple tasks. The manager just hides in the back office even when several tenants are waiting with questions. The only one in the office with a brain and customer service skills is Jake. Hes great at his job. Bye bye advenir.

Looked at a lease here. We lived at the Parc and that was a nightmare so i dont know why we wanted to try here? Maybe i was drawn in by how cute and how convenient. We decided to put down a deposit, and was promised that we could get it back anytime (not within 72 hours). We decided not to live here because of our experience at parc and they refused to give us our money back. THANKS. If 72 hours is your policy then maybe MAKE THAT CLEAR.Edit: your leasing agent specifically said anytime. I dont remember any papers presented to us saying 72 hrs, but maybe I was mistaken (the application DID not say this at the time). Dont really care if thats the standard elsewhere when we were told anytime and theres no rush.

The windows and balcony doors have leaks that the maintenance and apartment authorities are not willing to repair after repeated complaints. Finally, the apartment management and staff in the main office are very rude and not at all helpful.Update after 4 weeks: No repairs done even after the owner responded below! My wife and I lived at this complex when it was under Advenir and it was wonderful. We lived there for 6.5 years. Then the owners of the Parc complex bought the property and it went down hill. They fired the office staff and it got worse. Then they gave notices that they were not renewing leases for people who lived there for many years, with no explanation. They did not even offer us to stay. When asked they said they did not have to explain. We called the main office and never received a phone call back.Well you actually did us a favor. We now live at Peaks at Woodmen which is such a much prettier and well run complex. We have a pool, hot tub, carwash and a fire pit. Beautiful scenery and a staff that cares about their residents. This complex went from a five star to a 2.5 rating.

My name is Cristian Ruelas Im the owner and operator of Honest Living, LLC Landscaping Division. Im also a disabled veteran who happens to live at the Glen at Briargate, today on Tuesday the 13th I entered an argument with the lady Tracy who happens to work in the office over a note she posted on my work trailer which happens to be parked in the free parking spaces here on the premises. Apparently there have been some complaints about my shock sensors going off warning people who set it off either from people driving by with a loud base or even when its bumped by people passing by. My trailer had been broken into three times and Ive had thousands of dollars worth of equipment stolen from me which forced me to have the alarm system installed I spent 1700 dollars to prevent this from happening which is my preventive measure. As well as being extra attentive to it and notifying the office when this happens so far the apartment have done nothing but nod and confirm that its happening. When I confronted Tracy the lady who put the notice up her response to me was to figure it out and park somewhere else beside the free parking spots which are open to everyone when I told here I would not because I live here and I need to protect my property. She could not give a reasonable solution besides for me to figure something out and that this was private property so basically what she said goes. I argued with here for several minutes and she did nothing but basically tell me to take it back to car toys and have them install a quieter alarm and to turn off my shock sensors which I told here would defeat the purpose of the alarm and cost me more money to default my system. This was a ridiculous argument in my eyes not only because I have the same rights as anyone here to have an alarm on my vehicle just like everyone else and parking in the free spots which are for everyone as well I dont see what I am doing so different that I am being neglected by Tracy this way. Its unfair and I want everyone to know the type of treatment I am receiving from Tracy at the office who continue to harass me on the topic.

I have lived at the Glen since it was called Advenir At Briargate(around Dec.2015). I originally rented my apartment threw a guy named Jake who was outstanding with customer satisfaction and handling common disputes. My lease recently lapsed so I had to renew and through my time at Advenir I had a pleasant experience so I didnt think I would have a problem. Wrong, ever since I renewed Ive had nothing but complications with my lease and the new rental staff. First my lease gets lost so they charge me a $360 month-month fee. Then all of a sudden my maintenance request stop getting answered. Still waiting on them to fix my dryer , garbage disposal ,over the oven vent, as well as the screen & sliding door. So I go in and talk to Tracy Dumol to instantly be belittled and told Im not paying my bills without given any answers to my maintenance request or complications with unknown charges. So at this point Im enraged and disappointed I renewed my lease with a company who clearly doesnt care how they treat their residents. Then I go to pay my bill and boom Im charged a late fee On May 3. Im at work trying to get ahold of somebody to dispute yet another mysterious charge (rents due on the 3rd how is a late fee assessed the date its due?). Of course nobody answers and I left a message 2 days ago Tracey still hasnt returned my call. This place is a nightmare your better off looking elsewhere unless its your last resort.

I lived at Advenir at Briarglen for 15 months. During that time, I had complaints that consisted of neighbors being loud and smoking pot which then made my apartment smell of pot which is not pleasant to me. Parking is atrocious and have had my reserved spot occupied by visitors which then caused me to park a block away. Dogs constantly barking at all hours of the night and just loud tenants in general. These buildings are old and not updated which for the cost of living in these apartments is unacceptable. I have recently moved out and just got a letter in the mail which stated that I owe them and will not be receiving any of my deposit back. I have lived in many apartment buildings and have rented all of my adult life and have ALWAYS gotten my FULL security back. They are charging me for the carpets to be cleaned, which I completely agree with, but the mirror in the bathroom has a crack in it which happened after I had moved out I should not be charged for that! They are also charging me to replace a counter that I had a glass fruit bowl sitting on and because of how old and cheap the counters are, it left a ring. I have never had problems with any counters in any other apartment building. How could a glass fruit bowl leave a ring on a counter????? I would not suggest living here as they will charge you for the normal wear and tear of the old buildings and you will more than likely never see any of your deposit back. They also got rid of the only office person that ever got back to me in a timely manner. After she was gone, no one would even acknowledge that they received an email from me.

I am very delighted with our new apartment and the community that surrounds us. Moved in just about 4 months ago and the office staff have been wonderful. Jake and Tessa both are very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood has just about everything you could need; such as the Chapel Hills Mall that is directly across the street with many shops and restaurants and fast food places right around the corner. Wal-Mart, the Library 21 and School District 20 are all within walking distance. Mature landscaping was my selling point here at Advenir at Briarglen. Its so sad to see so many places do away with their grass and trees that give it such a peaceful and home like atmosphere. Now a days you get pavement and parking lots and pebbles and rocks. Nothing like green grass and full trees to read a book or have a picnic with family and friends. They do have a playground for the little ones. Also a tennis court and basketball court. There is a heated salt pool that could be warmed a bit more if you ask me. However it is always clean and beautiful. No Jacuzzi thats a bummer. They have a small work out area mostly cardio and weights. They do accept pets. For the most part owners pick up after them pretty well. Its good to see dogs around and I think Ill be getting one around November myself for my son. All in all I think this place is great. Ill try and post another review later into my lease.

This place is an absolute joke. I lived there with my gf for only 4 months and even in that short period, they still managed to screw up everything. They took 4 months to fix her AC, it took several days and several reminders for them to come up and check on that, as well as the dryer which was also broke. The stairs leading up to our room were all old concrete except for 3 random, flemsy wooded boards, which is probably illegal. Our deck was rotted and chipping away so we couldnt even go out there without feeling like were going to break through. Then when we moved out they double charged for utilities. Dont let the fancy website fool you because the manager and her clueless, uneducated staff are a bunch of forgetful morons.
