I had a urgent issue with my apartment plumbing and had a work order placed. Within 1-2 hours there was an maintenance worker (Roger) working on the issue. Kelvin, with the leasing office, knows his stuff and answers all questions I ever asked him with on the spot responses that were accurate.

This place is awesome! Kathy was with us every step of the way through our moving process. We were not able to see the actual apartment we were moving into, but Kathy provided detailed information & answered all of our questions to put our minds at ease. The whole staff was very accommodating & responsive. We love this place & it exceeded our expectations with the outdoor balcony, fireplace, spacious rooms, & our private storage room. We also love that there is an apartment newsletter. It can be a bit challenging to find a parking space at times, but overall this place feels like home.

There was no parking near our building when we arrived for our U-Haul and our car. The parking lot is too small and akward for the # of residents we have here. The hallway light was out so we had to unload our belongings in the dark. Our porch light was also out. The front area to walk in is inconvenient and seems unmanaged. When we first walked into our apartment the smell was incredibly bad. It smelled like cat piss. All the appliances are out of date. There are 2 different tones of shades. The old ones they left and brand new white ones. The shelf in the closet is broken. First impressions are everything and we were not impressed by any means with this location. Will be looking for another place to live ASAP.

BEST APARTMENT COMPLEX IVE LIVED IN! Abbey, Kathy, and all the staff were always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with any maintenance issue regarding the apartment. My wife and I loved receiving weekly emails regarding activities going on, as well as when the food trucks were visiting our apartment complex. The gym and pool are well maintained and cleaned every day. If you want to live on the westside of town, this is the place for you! Youll love it!

I moved here sight unseen amidst covid and could not be happier with my decision. I was looking for great quality for a fair price & location. My spot is bigger and nicer than my friends who are at other apartment complexes and they are paying more than me. I hardly ever hear my neighbors, above, below or otherwise. Management have been very responsive and appropriate in the last 3 months since Ive been here.My only complaint is that they havent opened the amenities (just recently opened gym by appointment) but I wish the pool was open as it is nice out and poses a negligible risk for covid.

Just moved into Camelback Apartments! They’re so so so nice. I haven’t had a nice apartment like this in about 10 years and as soon as I step foot into my unit I felt home. So cozy and warm. My puppy seems to LOVE it here and the window view lol. I must say I’m very impressed with the staff and their social distancing awareness-it’s on par and that’s something every community should be doing with masks, and following guidelines etc. also any and every time I call for a question the staff is very friendly and seems to enjoy answering my questions rather than getting annoyed lol. That’s always a plus. A+ complex and staff! Very easy move in process too.

The ladies in the front office, Kathy, Gabrielle and Paige have all been phenomenal since we moved into Camelback Pointe apartments. They made our move so much easier and were so welcoming! The environment feels safe, we love our mountain/city views and the neighbors have been tremendously awesome. We even had trouble with our dog and Kathy, on her own time, helped us. There aren’t words to describe our level of gratitude. The work you do is so amazing and thank you for everything that you do!Gabrielle was tremendous in helping us through our difficult move out of our previous apartment complex, which had safety concerns for my family and I. Also, she is very understanding of our situation. She is always so helpful to us.Paige is always a friendly, welcoming voice to talk to. She made my initial interaction wonderful and is probably the reason we are here right now. Thanks again you lovely ladies!!

The place is absurdly over priced for its highly outdated and unmaintained apartments. the cabinets in my apartment are literally falling and rotting apart. Appliances are very outdated and in poor working order. put in a work request to have my dishwasher fixed and they didnt do it. Ive had to fix the dishwasher myself, the patio sliding doors, the ceiling fan, install the living room blinds, there was water damage throughout the apt that wasnt fixed, and if you hate spiders dont move here because there were hundreds of them in my place which I sprayed for myself as well. the outlets on the walls in my apt are cracked and pose an electrical hazard, the concrete stairs are falling apart and completely coming off the stairwells (only a matter of time until someone is seriously enjured), the list goes on. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PLACE!!!IN REGARDS TO THE OWNER REPLY:I have copies of all emails sent to you along with the photos. Ive spoken to yall on the phone as well. No excuses on this one...

The location gives easy access to I-25 and locations both East and West. I am very comfortable and enjoy living at Camelback Pointe.

The staff here is second to none. We needed to move during Covid-19 and we weren’t sure how move in would go, when we would move in, etc. Kathy, Gabbi, and everyone here was so helpful, friendly and patient throughout our move in process. Kathy even helped us out on the worst night of our life when our pet of 13 years needed to be put down. 2 of our neighbors helped us as well. We appreciate everything everyone here has done for us and would highly recommend this apt complex.

I tried my best not leaving a review. But 2 days into moving in my car was stolen right from the complex. Was not even checked up on and had to reach out to them to send an email to the other residents, im having a real hard time having a positive experience and I dont feel part of the community. Apparently vehicles get stolen here on the regular. While were at it I slipped down the stairs due to ice that is left unattended on the steps leading out of the building . Not even a month in and im already wanting to leave.

I have lived here for a year and half. My lease is ending and I am only leaving as we need more space. The only real complaint I have is that the apartments themselves are a bit dated, however any maintenance concern we have had were handled quickly. The staff is wonderful. They really do care about their residents and know what is going on with them. The property is well maintained but would benefit from more sidewalks. There isn’t a play ground or very much outdoor space. I can say honestly it is a very safe complex. I have had no issues in that area, security patrols often at night and at most we have had one loud party here and there but nothing serious. I can’t say everything has been perfect but I feel they still deserve 5 stars for always doing their best to get as close to perfect as possible.Update: we just welcomed a baby and the complex sent us an amazing gift basket. They genuinely care about their residents.

Ive been a resident at Camelback Pointe for about a month, and Ive already had to submit 6 maintenance requests. The maintenance team is very friendly and good at what they do, but that doesnt justify all of the broken things that Ive found out about since Ive moved in, not to mention how much time I have to wait to get something fixed.Another trivial issue that doesnt seem significant but has become a pet peeve of mine (no pun intended) is the copious amounts of dog feces lying around the complex, including discovering a few piles on a flight of stairs that I almost stepped in. The residents here seem incredibly inconsiderate, which is a problem that unfortunately cant be solved unless I sit at my window 24 hours a day with binoculars surveying every person who goes out to walk their dog, and it seems like every resident here owns one. It would be convenient if security cameras were installed so the culprits can easily get caught, but then the staff would be indirectly admitting that this place isnt as great as it seems.

I have been living here with my husband for 2 years now and it’s been such a great experience. My husband actually deployed for the first year so I had to go through the process on my own and they made me feel comfortable and welcome! It was just my dog and me for awhile and we fell in love with this place. I also hate being alone, the location of this place and the people your surrounded by make you feel very safe. The maintenance team is amazing and so friendly, they always wave to me when I drive by them and whenever I have an issue they are always helping me right away! Can you hear people above you? Yes. But it is an apartment which will happen no matter where you go so if that’s a deal breaker, I recommend a house lol. A few other things that are nice is the pool area and they will have barbecues out there and they make you feel like family. The inside is nice, huge bathtub (which I was excited about) and the views all around this complex is gorgeous. The atmosphere of this place is amazing, even on my birthday the office wrote a happy bday card from each person on the staff and put it at my front door. So sweet. This place is my first apartment I’ve lived in, and I was in a hurry to find a place since my husband was deployed and other circumstances and this place instantly made me say YES. it’s literally right down the road from King Soopers, a Starbucks and the location is beautiful. Our lease is about to be up and we are sad to leave, but we just need to be closer to my husbands work. Thank you to this place for making me really feel like I’m home, and taken care of. I am so sad to leave, but this is the place I would always recommend. Thank you thank you!

I lived here for only 6 months- there was some good and some bad. My apartment was awesome- clean, spacious, and it was always quiet- never had any complaints about the noise. They are pricey apartments too, so I wish the appliances were of better quality. Downside was that the hot tub was never operational, the pool was freezing, and the C/S at the office was pretty non-existent with the frequently changing agents. I didnt really mind those things because I never really had problems or used the pool area that much. if I could still afford it, I would move back

Great place to live at. Slightly pricey but close to Downtown, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, etc. King Soopers and a couple restaurants are 5 mins walk away. Lots of things to do. Quiet and safe place. Never had issues with people stealing packages. My friend who lived over at Oasis had their mailboxes broken into on the daily. They eventually had to redirect mail to the Post Office. No issue with that here. Neighbors are awesome. Management staff are friendly and maintenance staff are quick. Tom, the manager, is an amazing fella. He was willing to work with us when our lease ended earlier than the closing of our house. He made sure we kept the same rate for the extra 15 or so days we needed the apartment. We did get some of our deposit back. They took a little over half of it for carpet cleaning and some repainting. Its pretty common for apartment complexes nowadays to find any reason to take your entire deposit. Im happy Camelback has integrity. Now for the negatives:- Our heater broke down A LOT. Maintenance would show up (to their credit usually the same day), ignite the pilot light, and it would work for a few days before breaking down again.- Our dryer would burn clothes. They told us they were going to replace it but they ended up cleaning it out to save money. It still burned clothes, just not as often.- Windows and doors expand with the seasons and are super hard to open. Almost broke my key in half one time trying to open the door.- Lightbulbs go out pretty often. Just go to the front office and they will provide you with extras. The heater and dryer were a big deal to us and we probably would have given a 4-star rating but Tom and the rest of management made it hard not to give 5-stars.

Hope you like having to park as far away a possible from your apartment. Everyone seems to not work and never go anywhere, and if they do work they get home around 4pm. You may even have to park in fire lanes or in the nearby shopping center.Hope you like your neighbors, youll be hearing every footstep they make! Theyll be littering all over and rarely pick up after their dogs. Theyll smoke in front of your windows and litter their butts all over. Management wont clean it up. And management will take forever to get things done. Youll have to go in multiple times to get them to actually do something. To get a light bulb changed it will take a week, at least.Looks nice from the outside, but really bad architecture when you think about it. Kept in poor condition. My carpet, upon moving in, had scorch marks and stains. A majority of the outlets had grounds broken inside of them. The kitchen floor was peeling up in areas you may have not seen. And prepare to pay for heating, it will literally be swept through the cracks--poor weatherstripping and windows.Felt welcoming at the beginning but then felt like I was being robbed of my moneys worth. Ive never had issues with management and repairs are done swiftly. James and the staff hosts cooking contests, food truck night, movie night by the pool, BBQs for the residents making the complex fun and lively; also easier to get to know neighbors. And it feels good to trust the really nice repairman, Ken, when youre not present. The location is ideal with parks just 5 minutes away and Kings Soopers across the street. There are no extra dumb fees (such as extra water for the pool or grass) like other complexes. It almost felt like this is a famous complex since it stands out from everywhere in the Springs and everyone seems to know this place.Parking can seem scarce late night, but I ALWAYS found a spot in the complex accompanied by a short walk to my unit. Do not live here. The prices are too cheap to be true. If the abortion clinic across the street isnt a deterrent, the lack of both management and a competent maintenance staff leaves much to be desired.Every issue so far - not one has been fixed, although the complex is well aware.- Kitchen vent fan does not work.- 0 garbage disposal- bathroom vent fan doesnt work- my kitchen floor dips, it feels like you will sink in the middle.- roof shingles have been flying off the roofs of almost every building, the parking lot is littered in shingles. Im sure they smacked some cars in the parking lot.- my window is broken and can NOT lock. It wont lock. It barely closes.- carpet is stained and smells like death.- since there was a leak downstairs, the maintenance staff believed it was best to tackle this issue from above, even though there is no standing water on the floor anywhere. THEY LET THEMSELVES INTO THE APARTMENT, 3 SEPARATE TIMES, 3 DIFFERENT DAYS, WITHIN A WEEK OF CHRISTMAS, BEFORE THEY EVENTUALLY LET THEMSELVES IN BY BREAKING DOWN THE FRONT DOOR. YES, THEY WILL BREAK YOUR FRONT DOOR DOWN, DURING HANUKKAH FOR SOME PEOPLE.- and if that doesnt scare you, the pilot lights will go out if there is the slightest wind over 20mph. have fun smelling that gas. Its woken me up a few times by now, Ive been going to bed with the gas shut off.- Id seriously consider sleeping on the streets compared to this.If you enjoy taking dumps without a working bathroom fan, this is the place for you!Update:It has been 3 months since Ive moved in. Not one thing Ive asked has been fixed, other than the washing machine, which had hot water coming out when cold water was supposed to and vis versa. I ruined clothes washing them like that. Overpriced, and not worth the headache. We felt welcomed in the beginning. However, after a while, we began to see that we were paying way too much for what we were getting. Open parking is nice in theory. But when almost half of the parking spaces are covered spaces that you have to pay monthly to use, finding a spot in the evening feels like you were 20 minutes late to a sold out concert. When we decided to terminate our lease early due to finding a house there was a termination fee, which was expected. What was not expected was an extra charge for cleaning the carpets. So what did I pay a security deposit for? Not to mention the monthly pet fee. So after $1000 plus in rent and last minute charges we assumed we were all done with them, especially since I personally dropped of the last checks and asked them if we were all paid up. We were not so lucky. Here it is almost 6 months later and we have a charge of $93 dollars for extra cleaning and maintenance. It must be the broken bedroom light that we put a ticket in for, that was never fixed. (Yes I did try replacing the light bulb). So, after all that I have to say that the apartments are nice, but if you are claustrophobic you may want to pay more for the bigger apartments.

This complex is way too over priced for the quality and maintenance of this place. They will not mention that they will be building a district hospital next door later this year when you tour. I moved in in the middle of july.I paid $1300 dollars a month and on the first day I had no cold ac and it was not fixed for another month after notifying them. It also stopped working for another 2 weeks when I turned it back on after winter. The staff is disrespectful when you go in to the office to complain about an issue like a leak in the ceiling that still hasnt been fixed after 2 months and now 1 year later still has not been repaired. They will come and go out of your apartment as they please and tell you about the next day.I personally have been towed out of my reserved parking twice and several of my neighbors have been towed out of reserved parking spots that we pay extra for and fined for it because maintenance wants to repaint the curbs.Obnoxiously loud cars race up and down the road outside the complex and you hear every second of it. You cannot see around the blind corners throughout the complex and just hope that no one flys around and clips off your bumper. The apartments are cheaply built and do not carry a $1200 a month price tag. Any breeze over 5 mph (at least once a week) comes down the drive way and whistles outside the bedroom windows. There is dog poop and dead patches of grass every 5 feet. The people that run these units do not deserve to have your business

What is apalling is I dropped a note Tuesday re how dirty the apartment was. (That was after trying to find someone in the office)I had to go back and tell them how disappointed I was with the place. I was told this was not their standard and someone would be down Friday to look. FRIDAY? Decided to clean anyway so I could shower in master and it wont drain.
