I used Parkeys in the past to service my furnace. I stopped using them years ago because I had a guy come out to look at my water heater and he was extremely rude.I wanted to give them another try this year and have them look at a stack pipe on my roof. The lady who took my call was extremely rude and disrespectful. I called the next day to cancel my appointment. The representative I got was apologetic for the other ladies behavior. I thought that was the end of it. Not even an hour later the rude lady called me and said they canceled my appointment. She was combative and hateful. In a way I felt like it was harassment because I had already canceled the appointment with someone else. Will never call them again.

We needed a gas line capped off. First off, they answered the phone, not many did. Then, they were able to get someone out in a day or two, when other places were a couple of weeks out. Finally, the price was good & they did a great job.

Our heater went out at night, their answering service were polite and helpful. We asked for them to come out the next day which they did in the morning at the scheduled time. Installed AC system. Unfortunately system did not start. Service came out same day and pinpointed the problem (bad relay). He ordered a replacement circuit board at cost. Installed it next week with a new thermostat. Very professional, friendly. Would highly recommend

I had a leak in my crawlspace and was so worried about it. From the time Greg walked in the door, just his manner calmed me down. He was the best! They did a very good job on replacing my furnace. The city inspectors checked their work and said it was the best work they have ever seen! Fast and friendly service! They have finance options if you dont have the money upfront to pay.

I received a text asking for feedback on Greg T.s recent visit (a small plumbing job), but in order to use it I had to sign into Google, which is always a pain in the neck, and today wouldnt recognize the email address I offered. The fact is that Parkeys service is always first-rate and reasonably priced. In the past they have installed a/c, repaired the hot water heater etc. and we wouldnt call anybody else.

This company responded to an emergency plumbing leak that was between the floors of a duplex. They let me know the time window for repair using great expectation management. Eric arrived on site and even though we were his last stop of the evening he was professional, Courteous and found/repaired the leak in an hour. Given that this was an emergency call, I thought that their rates were very competitive

Tom,We are very impressed with the high quality of work performed by Tom during our AC Installation. He is both experienced and knowledgeable. He was attentive when coming in and out of the house to ensure that no mud was brought into the house. He cleaned up the area where he was working when he was done, and the outside unit looks amazing.

Chris arrived promptly, put on his protective booties and got right to work. He explained what he was doing, step by step. I had a build up of mold in the humidifier drain tubing, and replaced it with a larger diameter. Obviously, Chris knows what he is doing! He was courteous and pleasant throughout. I will definitely request him for further service calls on my Parkey’s installed HVAC system.

My hot water heater went out. I called Parkeys. The office staff was extremely helpful. The technician called me between jobs to find out my details. He also stopped by in between jobs to verify the size of my hot water heater & to shut it off! It was replaced the same day. The professionalism & communication of both the office staff & the technician were excellent. Ill definitely use them again. I highly recommend them!

Every winter we have Parkey’s come to check the furnace and make sure we are safe for the cold weather. Each year they arrive on time ( always with a call that they’re on their way), check things out , install a new filter, make recommendations if needed and conduct themselves professionally and politely. I have complete faith in their service and will continue to call them year after year.

We had someone come out to install a dual valve between our sink and dishwasher. We were charged a total of $313 for 10 minutes of work. The guy screwed a valve in, reconnected lines, and left. We were absolutely overcharged and taken advantage of by this business. The $79 trip/diagnosis fee is more understandable, but the remaining charges of over $200 is completely unethical.

I had been without heat for 5 days and after paying another company 100 dlls to tell me a fuse had blown, i was afraid nobody would actually have experience with a tankless water boiler. Rick was so patient at explaining, punctual, and just went the extra mIle to make sure i understood the problem. I plan to never call any other company and to stick with Rick if I need their assistance again. I am a very grateful customer.

Keith gave a good initial assessment. Then Eric came the next day to replace a corroded pipe on boiler system. Both were professional. Along with replacing the pipe, Eric resolved an issue we were told was unrepairable (air in radiant heat system pipes).

Mike was polite and efficient and detailed in the inspection and service. We will be using Parkeys again for sure.

I have used Parkeys off and on for many years. Keith is a very nice person and seems to be knowledgeable about my heating system. He said I needed a new Control Board since it was overheating and it would cost $500. I had a second opinion and they said they did not feel it warranted a replacement at this time. Their price to replace it if it did need replacing was $200-300. If.and when I need it replaced I will go with this company. They r a reputable company as State Farm Insurance and Leap uses them. I have had Parkeys repair my heating and AC in the past, and most recently they repaired my gas fire place. Always on time, professional and helpful. I always use these guys now for HVAC repair.
