Wish I could give them a 5. It was a very good experience, I really like the staff. However, the first thing they asked me what was kind of pedicure I wanted and I said the only thing I cared about was callus removal. They didn’t seem to understand so I said that and if they could do some hot wax. So they said I wanted the “spa” experience. Everything else was good but they did not remove any callus off my feet. Furthermore, two of my nails on my hands have small blemishes or bubbles. Had i noticed before I left I’m sure they would’ve fixed it.Very clean and good service.Update: my nail polish is peeling off on my hands not even a week later. My friends fingernails fell off the very next day. Her toe nails have already began peeling as well. Unfortunately it was not worth what we paid.

I had my nails dipped 7.14.21 its 7.17.21 two have broken. After reading the owners response to other ladies Ill give them a try to repair them. Stay tuned for the response I witness poor customer service when I was there which has my anxiety through the roof.Update: Good news and bad news. Good news, my nails were fixed at no charge... Bad news you get what you pay for. My pointer looks like a thumb nail, oh well Im done.

So the first time I went here, they did a simple ombré nail set (photo on the left). I had to get a refill so when I went in for a refill, the nail tech that assisted me, at first told me she couldn’t do what I wanted, which was a refill, and just a light baby blue color. Once she sat me down and started the refill, she kept sucking her teeth, shaking her head, and huffing and puffing. Said she couldn’t do what I wanted, which was probably the most simple thing to get at the nail salon. She kept pulling my hands very aggressively and you could just tell that she did not want to assist me or even be there. She finishes doing my set, and I look at my nails and this isn’t even the shape that I had before. When I tried to tell her anything, she would get up and walk away or just ignore me. This is so disappointing, I will never come back to this “salon”, and make sure that anyone that I know, to not go here. Do better, and get real nail technicians who enjoy their work.

I started going here two months ago when I moved back into the area. Its great because its very spacious and nice inside. There are always 8-15 nail technicians, so you almost never have to wait. Ive had my fills done by a few different women there and everyone is super nice. I especially like when Vivian does my nails but she isnt always working when I can go. There are multiple different pedicure options to choose from.They do also offer eyelash, tinting, and waxing but I havent tried those services myself. Be advised that while you can pay for your service with a card, tips are only accepted in cash (cant add on your card) - theres an ATM if you forget but best to be prepared 😉

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. Last time I was here this lady had a problem with the same lady I went to today and she’s very rude 1.. 2 I don’t believe she knows what she’s doing... I didn’t like what she was doing I said something about it and she told me not to waste her time. I told her I’ll go somewhere else to please take it off and this is how she left my nails... absolutely will never use this place again.

My toes were very well done, but when it came to my nails the nail tech did not listen to what I wanted and got irritated with me when I asked for them to be cut down. Very unprofessional and I was extremely disappointed. On another I have had my nails done for 3 days now and all of a sudden one of my nails fell off. Poor quality nails for the price that I paid. On a positive note this salon was absolutely beautiful inside.

They were supposed to do a Gel Pedicure, Dip Full Set, Eye Brows and Eyelash Extensions. I have been going to this location for the last 6 years getting the same services. That was when they were Angel Nails. I noticed a big change in attitudes. I felt like I was on an Assembly Line. I told the receptionist the four services I needed, and she called them back to the technicians. I was put in the Pedicure chair, I was not given the menu to choose my pedicure service. I was just given the basic, I kept waiting for the menu, and then she was applying polish??? What? I wanted the foot mask. I was given Grapes and Watermelon which I was never able to eat....reason being, another technician did my full set DIP, WHILE I was getting my PEDICURE!! I never even had time to turn on the massage feature on my chair. All along Im sitting there with my hands and feet being worked on, drooling over the grapes and Watermelon on the plate right next to me that I cannot touch. Then the good part comes and my feet and nails are done. I saw the technician dump my untouched fruit in the trash while Im at the nail dryer. Now Im wondering why the eyebrow and lash extension person has not ome to get me. I go to the front desk to ask about my Brows and Lashes, the technician tells me I have to come back for those services because my dipped nails took too long to dry and now they have no time to complete my requested services. REALLY?? NO APOLOGY!!? She told me my total and asked if it was card or cash. SAD!! They dont give the same service as Angel Nails! I did leave the Nail and Pedicure tech a tip because they did do a satisfactory job. HOWEVER, I am not returning for the services not rendered. I will be looking for another Spa to give my business to. I refuse to be on an Assembly Line because the bigger Spa now has Bigger Bills to pay and is failing with CUSTOMER SERVICE! I left that establishment fuming at the disrespect.

Inside is confy an looks great. But I paid 65 dollars for basic black paint bc my tech couldnt shape it design my nails in simple army fatigue. It was a disappointment since I drove a hour to get there.😔

I’ve always been told to never get lashes done at a nail salon but I made an exception because my friend’s looked really good. When she told me she got them done here I was surprised. So I gave it a chance. The first time, they looked nice except there was I constant discomfort on my left eye toward the front near tear duct. Then after a week or so it began to itch really bad. Around two weeks it was time to get them redone as I was told by friend and the woman who did my lashes to come back in two weeks. And of course by that time my lashes were starting to look funky. So I came back in and waited over an hour just to be told that they were fine and “I didn’t need them fixed”. I had to argue with the woman just to even end up getting a “touch up”. I was completely unsatisfied and came back that same week...waited a long time again...and told her I wanted them taken off and redone PERIOD. She had an attitude and rushed the process (but not nearly as bad as this next and this LAST time...) so those rushed ones didn’t even last a WEEK and I came back once again (at this point I’m in there each week) to get them taken off and redone. I was told to just WASH them off in the sink with warm water. I looked at her like “what???” And she kept saying to do that and she will show me. Keep in mind I’m new to these things so although that did sound crazy I’m TRUSTING the person who’s JOB this is and should not tell me wrong. All she cared about was getting me out of her face within the shortest amount of time and didn’t feel like waiting to soak them off. While doing this she was having me pull the lashes out along with my own! In short dang near all my lashes came out during that process. I was so upset and she acted like it was no big deal and rushed to slap some more on me which look absolutely ridiculous. So please do yourself a favor and skip the nail salon lashes like they say. Especially this one because she obviously hates doing them.

Came in the first time and was pleased on how it looked and professionalism. However, after THREE days , TWO nails had came off. I went to get it replaced and they charged $8. Okay, but why are they coming off after 3 days.. I said well maybe it was the person. So went back to get a fill because it was almost that time and plus another nail had came off. 4 days later, a nail came off. I’m about done. NO reason why nails should be coming off before you need a fill in.

Nice atmosphere but expensive chared me for my nail shape... coffin extra, gell on toes extra 15 gel on nails extra 10 eyebrow way 10 no tweezers. Total =$120 for a full set pedi and eyebrow no tweezers. Um no!

I paid $70.00 for a gel pedicure and acrylic set removal... My gel had peeled off one of my toes overnight. I went back the next day to get it fixed, which was a HUGE inconvenience. They made me sit and wait. Noone apologized. They just walked by and looked and talked about me while I waited. The next day, another toe started peeling... I will NEVER go there again.

I have used this place in the past and had awesome service on a busy day $170.00 later. But whenever you’re not using full service like just a color change here their attitude and prices alongside with customer service is horrible. I was gonna be charged $75.00 just for a gel polish change..like what.. it doesn’t match the price in the brochure and the technician was rude because I wasn’t getting a full manicure and pedicure. I have in the past and the gel never last and the pedicure was all of 10 minutes. it’s always over $100.00 . And It’s not the point of paying for good service when that’s what you actually receive. I truly recommend asking prices up front. And I get it’s labeled a spa and rent space maybe expensive but GEEZ..

Just calling to make an appointment and the lady on the phone wasn’t all the way rude but told me to walk in because Tina is on vacation. I asked if I still could make one, she asked me what I wanted but I couldn’t even finish saying what I wanted because she ended the call. Don’t like the vibes already. Still willing to go to my appointment because this place was recommended to me. I moved here from Texas and looking for a nail spot with a great nail tech to, I’ll be loyal but damn, treat me right the first time... I’ll update once I finish with my appointment.

Ambience is great, but they are way to expensive. You can ask for pricing upfront, and then somehow the charge ends up $25 more with no explanation. I dont like the mystery around the price. Spent almost $80 for a gel mani/tips with 2 colors.

Firstly, apparently not a single person in the building knew how to do tips on toes. Okay fine, I’ll live. Then I go for my full set with a different person and the lady doesn’t know how to do ombré. Showed her what I wanted instead, too embarrassed to post what they came out like. Get home to look at my eyebrows that I got waxed, missed hair everywhere. Don’t recommend, mad at myself for even paying let alone leaving the tip that I did. 0/10 recommend until they get real professionals

Kim was fantastic! I enjoyed the atmosphere and the time she took with me. She didn’t rush the message which happens too often at other places. I was very pleased with my experience and plan on making this my new pedi palace!

My experience here was amazing! I recommend this nail salon 100%. The service was very timely. And my pedicure was amazing I got the spa pedicure and the wax portion of the pedicure felt heavenly. After I got the wax my feet felt like clouds. My nail tech was amazing I definitely recommend coming here my nails look amazing they Were shaped very well and had no imperfections in my eyes. When making your choice to get your nails done definitely give this place a chance. Not only is the service great but the interior is amazing as well.

From the greeting to the pampering was excellent! Miss Lily took care of me! The hot stone pedicure was very relaxing! Very spacious! Very clean! Just absolutely an amazing experience!!!

I went to get a fill in and came out looking like I needed one still. The tech was in a hurry and didn’t even paint my nails all the way but charged me $45. Won’t go back.

I went in today for the first time. The place looks very nice and professional. The only service I got today was a pedicure so I felt comfortable because ...how can you mess up a pedicure? I asked for a acrylic over my big toe nails because I knew they were kind of short. The women who worked on my feet didn’t even clean the toe before putting down the acrylic. She just used the sand drill. No cutting of the cuticles or extra skin just layed the acrylic on top . I let her finish because I just thought maybe she has a different order of ways she does things. She continued on with the pedicure but it wasn’t till right before she told me she was putting on my polish I had to ask her was she going to cut the Extra skin or cuticles to any of my toes...when I showed her the extra skin that she didn’t even bother removing she started to catch a attitude....I kept quiet and let her do her job ...then when she applied my light color nail polish I realized you can see the dirt from underneath my nail through the polish because it was so light! She did t even run the little tool to get underneath your nails or nothing ! Didn’t cut or scrape the cuticles or anything! When I told her about it she just blew up with a attitude telling me next time I can ask for someone else. I didn’t yell or scream or catch attitude back.. I kept it direct at the issue. I asked for the manager which I then showed her the dirt you can visibly see on the side of nail. The lady made a scene for everyone. After the manager spoke to her the lady asked to fix it....after that point I was embarrassed and respectfully declined. Paid them $65 and got out of there .I like the looks of the place....but won’t be coming back here...

Money does a great job on my nails and is personable and fast. Thuy Does my pedicures and she’s wonderful. Never had ever. Highly recommend you make an appointment especially on the weekends. They tend to be packed. I prefer to go during the week.

I made an appointment for Sunday morning because I heard good reviews for this company. When I arrived I was the first one there the establishment is absolutely clean and beautiful. The man greeted me and asked me my name but couldnt get my name right even after telling him and another worker about 10 times. I even told him that I was scheduled for an appointment and showed my phone. I checked in while he was asking my name. The lady who did my pedicure was amazing I loved her she made me forget about my initial interaction. While getting my pedicure I received a text saying my appointment was canceled. Although the lady who did my nails was nice but she didnt listen to me when I told her what I wanted done to my nails. I just wanted a cut down and fill in. She cut my nails down further than my real nail and didnt shape it the way I wanted. She was so quick with doing my nails that a few days later I can feel my hair getting snagged under my nail.

Beautiful and big salon however, front desk was not welcoming. The teens at the front need some customer service skills. They didn’t give us a wait time, we waited over an hour. Pedicure was the bare bones minimum (no hot towels, no foot scraping) and dip manicure was rushed. My colors weren’t what I picked out for hands and my feet. For $95 i don’t think it was worth the service i received. My friends and I were very disappointed

I wanted to like this place because it is closer and seemed to have great reviews; however, I am not a fan. I was immediately sat down after another guest just left without the area being cleaned. The technician wiped out a dirty bowl with a cotton bowl and then soaked my nails in it. She did not shape my nails after the dip. I left with an already chipped nail. The dip started chipping off only a week after. I have never had dip chip off before. I may try it again and see if I can get a different technician. If I do, I will update my review.

I just had an excellent pedicure experience at TL. Everything the technician used was sanitized, she took her time, the job was thoroughly done. My biggest praise is that I did not get nipped! Almost everywhere I go at least one of my toes gets cut, and I don’t play when it comes to infection. Also, the massage with the coconut service is AMAZING, definitely lasted more than 15 minutes and smells wonderful (if you love coconut). I will definitely be coming back. 👍🏻👍🏻

I came in about maybe 3 days ago, I got 5 different colors and asked for a reshape for my nails because my prior set were “square” shaped French nails and were bulky. I asked for them to be coffin but they look more like ballerina shapes nails. They’re also not even the same shape or size some of them are even lopsided. The paint has also started to chip on one of my nails. Also when I told the man that my nails were uneven he didn’t stop he just continued to file them down and was rough with it.I hope this business can do better when training the nail techs.

They got all that space for no reason lol. No organization on who comes in first. Little girl at the front desk just tell you to go anywhere but don’t tell nobody. The pedicure was wonderful! But the same girl did my nails and it’s like they were rushing her to do somebody else cuz they were so busy!I had my nails on for a month no problems no breaks and I got a fill in there and 6 out 10 nails broke within the week. You ain’t gotta worry about me going back!

Mindy is the best! She is always on point with my nails.She knew I had been recently hospitalized and needed a little extra oomph to get back to ME. Mindy offered some subtle sparkles (cause Im color shy) and fixed the moustaches on my forehead that were holding my eyebrows hostage! Shes the G.O.A.T.

I mainly went to this place because of the rating (highest rate in the Petersburg area). The salon is beautiful and spacious but my experience was horrible. I ran in for a last minute pedicure prepared to schedule for another day because I knew the salon was closing soon. I asked who I presume was the owner/manager of the establishment if they were taking anymore clients and if not could I schedule an appointment for a later date. He insisted that I stay to get the service and proceeded to call out for any available tech. After a brief pause in the salon, a lady stepped up and approached us. At that very moment that little voice in the back of my head was screaming don’t do it. Long story short, I stayed and received the most rushed service ever. The rushed service isn’t the problem...it was the end results. The polish job was terrible and to add more insult to injury the tech knew and didn’t attempt to fix it. Part of this experience is my fault for sticking around instead of leaving but the other part lies somewhere between greed and mediocrity.

By far the best pedicure I’ve EVER had! You don’t feel like you’re in a strip mall either! Everyone was super nice, the place was clean and the massage chairs for the pedicures were the best ones I’ve ever sat in. I’ve gone to many places over the years but no more! This will be my go to place for all services needed!

The salon was beautiful and very clean. I got a pedicure and waxing service, and my technician was very gentle as most waxing services are painful but she was gentle.The pedicure treatment was very relaxing, I will definitely be back in the future.

My son and I visited for the first time. Told the receptionist what we wanted and were told to pick our color. The man who did my pedi did a pretty nice job except the towels were Too hot and had to be removed. The lady with my son decided af a certain point his service was over because Men Dont do this part I was told after waiting 15 minutes or so for them to finish with him. 2 of the workers spoke together about it and started giggling.

The technician did not get my cuticles, he did not buff nor shape them. On toes and nails. He polished great and massaged wonderful! But he did not manicure or pedicure at all.Eyebrows done great

Made my 1st trip here on 2/6/2021. Receptionist was very nice and acknowledged my friend and I right away. I made our appointment days prior for Mani with dip polish and Pedicures. We were told to pick our colors and taken to the pedi chairs promptly. I chose the coconut pedicure, which didnt even list what was included for $50. My friend chose pomegranate and received hot towels on her legs and the warm wax. I was asked if I wanted that when the lady doing my pedicure, saw my friend having it done. I said well yes, most places Ive previously gone its just always been part of the service. She said, you pay $10 more dollars (which was only for the wax). Im so confused at this point, my friend didnt pay extra and the only difference was the scents we choose. Throughout the pedicure I was asked several times if I was getting my nails done. Which I responded yes. She asked if I picked the color, I showed her and told her it was the powder. Then she asked a few times if my friends was the same. Which I responded no and told her the color she wanted. My friend by the way had her own lady. Once finished with my pedicure I was seated at a table for my nails next to my friend. She was then taken to another spot to get her nails done. I was shuffled to 5 different chairs before speaking up, after I saw walk-ins being taken ahead of me. My cuticles were never trimmed, my nails were cut uneven and not squared nicely at all. The powder dip doesnt even go to the edges of my nails, theyre uneven and the surface isnt smooth either. The nail tech had appointments for pedicures waiting and others walk ins requesting her as well. I feel she just rushed through the process. I spent $110.00 and expected so much better than what I received. My friend however had a great experience. Lucky her... I will not be going back.

I hated it here the service was so cheasy they had all kind of designs on the website wen i went inside they didnt have no one to do designs. They didnt do my dip acrylic correctly. My nails are thin and badly shaped. I hated it and they charged me 70 dollars for a plain basic set with no designs. I will never go here again and i dont recommend nobody else go here either.

This nail salon has absolutely terrible service. They will get you in the door by saying you have a 20 to 30 minute wait,, when in reality you’re sometimes waiting over 1.5 to 2 hours just to begin getting your nails done. There is no organization as to who is seen first when dealing with walk ins. The nail technician I was paired with poured clearly used acetone from a previous client into a bowl for me to soak my nails in. The liquid had very visible pink chunks from someone else’s nail removal process in it, and when I questioned her on whether she had just poured someone’s used liquid into my bowl she said “no it’s not used”. I then pointed out the pink chunks out to her which were clearly blatant and she responded with a very dismissive “oh sorry”. This was completely unacceptable and unsanitary. They take in far too many people at once and often times the person who is supposed to be doing your nails is also in the process of doing someone else’s nails along or a pedicure. The station that I was sat at was clearly uncleaned, and in the age of COVID-19 this is absolutely Inexcusable. If you’re looking for professionalism, cleanliness, and timely service, I’d advise you to take your business elsewhere. If Zero stars were an option, I would absolutely have rated them as such.

My second visit and Tony did an awesome job. I love how they texted me 10% off any service for my Birthday. My new nail spot.

Enjoyed a Mani and a Pedi with my ladies. Our Pedis was done in the VIP room where we were served fruit and wine. Such a lovely experience.

Last weekend I had went in as a walk-in and waited about and hour and half. I was placed on a list my the manager and he lost the spot where he had written down what needed and told me I’d have to wait another hour. I decided to leave an schedule an appointment for Saturday. I got to my appointment and only the pedicure done and had waited for 30 minutes for someone to come do my fill. I asked the manager who seemed to not care how long would I have to wait since I had an appointment and I had seen 2 problem who came way after I did get seated. I made this aware to the manager and he still said I’d have to wait. I explained to him what I seem and he still looked and acted as if it was no big deal. For two weekends straight the manager had proven he needs better managerial skill in the position that he is in.

The very best. Everyone was do friendly and nice. This was my first visit and I was so amazed. Mindy is such a down to earth person. I will definitely be returning. Very satisfying customer, thanks Mindy!

My pedicure was horrible. The tech rushed through it, the polish was all over my skin and she didnt even trim my toenails. They also did not require masks and some techs werent wearing masks. They also did not clean and disinfect after customers were in the chairs. I will never go back

I have been going here since moving to this area and I must say it’s a very nice looking nail salon. However, the service really sucks. My nails are always falling off and the gel nails mess up within hours of getting them done. I’m so done!! I’m currently looking for a new nail salon.

My experience at this nail salon was pretty amazing. I was a walk-in, during the weekday, greeted and serviced immediately. Neat IPad checkin process as well, as a new customer I entered my phone number a few details about myself choose my services and that signed you up for what I assumed to be a rewards program when returning . It was very busy inside and everyone was wearing masks appropriately and spaced comfortably. I was approached by Jack who advised he would be performing my pedicure as well as putting on my acrylic full set. Before we got started he offered me a complementary drink and served a fresh small plate of fruit. I enjoyed my Spa pedicure from Jack, it didn’t feel rushed or quick. The hot wax felt great on my feet and the massaging afterwards truly made it worth the price. Due to this being my first time here, I was hesitant to get my nails done because I like them a particular way ( I always get pink and white acrylic very small short cut nails with a longer layer of white and a very dark pink filling on the base) Jack assured me he will deliver great results and he did! My toes look beautiful , as well as my nails they are short, even , shinny and functional! Needless to say I am sold and I will be returning to see Jack! The entire environment was relaxing and clean. I appreciate the fact that I watched every technician thoroughly clean the area before moving onto the next customer.

I do not recommend it. I have been there a few times and the last 2 times were awful. Today I went there for a fill-in and was rushed while searching for colors. She told me all the color samples were the same. Not sure of her name but she sits 2 seats over from Mindy on the same row. I think She grabs samples and said I can look at her station. My nail is a broken nail and she said she would fix it and did not repair it but threw acrylic on and thats it and moved fast to get me out of her seat so she can take another =r customer. I could find gold and asked if they had it in the store and some of the colors I saw earlier were not on the sample. gel polish. She said they have thousands of colors. But made no effort to assist me. I opted to find regular polish which was not what I wanted. My nail is broken even more this morning and now I have to go somewhere else for repair.This shop is only based on the number of customers and not the quality of their work.

I walked in without an appointment and was greeted immediately and was ensured I would be helped soon. I was seated immediately by Mandy she was pleasant and made me feel very welcome for my first time. She spoke with me the whole time and not her co workers. I highly recommend this salon if you like to be treated like a customer and not looked upon differently because we don’t share the same culture or we don’t understand there language please go to them very very professional .

I went with a friend for the first time at this establishment. The manicurist cut me 4 times!!! She didn’t even notice until I started bleeding, and then her response was “you must have sensitive skin!” I will NOT be back.

It was great experience even when I didnt like the nail polish on my toes. I came back the next day and he fixed it with such detail. Didnt charge me again I still had to tip him cause he took his time to fix it with a better color. I will definitely be back.

Amazing services. A tad pricey for kids, but considering the atmosphere, Im not surprised. A bit busy, but usually able to get right in and out, with only minor mistakes.

My husband and I went to receive a mani and pedi. I also wanted eye lash extensions. I had to tell the technician to clean our seat. It looked like crumbs were in the chair.My husband paid for all the services. However, when I sat down for my manicure the tech told me I needed to pay. I also told her I had a business call and should we wait to do my nails. She said she would be finished by the time of my call. When my call came in I excused my self but she continued to talk with me even after I stepped out of the building to continue my call she followed me and keep talking.When it was time for my eyes. I told the tech I needed a brow tint and lash extension. She did not sanitize her hands prior to touching my face. There was no prep on my eyes. She told me I would need to wait 10 minutes for the tint to take effect. She left the room came back in less than 5 minutes walked up to me wiped the tint off. I told her that it was fully tinted she said she couldn’t do it and walked away rudely saying you don’t have to pay for waxing. ( she said I needed brow waxing for the tint)

Today I got a pedicure with gel polish , and the lady who polish my toes got paint everywhere and I told them she took me back to clean it but you should see it omg it still looks awful 😢 I will never go back to this overly price and don’t provide the work to back it up … yes I have picture to show

I went to get a pedicure and gel manicure the pedicure was the worst left out with the bottom of my feet looking the same as when I came in. I started to leave then I thought he would redeem his work with the manicure that was even more worse I just paid for my pedicure and didnt even let him put the gel on my nails I have never been so disappointed.

Wonderful place and extremely clean. Glad I stumbled upon this hidden gem. Tony is amazing and always executes my vision for my nails. 11/10!!

I went in to get an acrylic set taken off and just get a gel manicure done. Mindy took really good care of me. I don’t get manicures very often so I don’t really know what to ask for but she made some suggestions and I love them. She didn’t make me feel awkward or sit in silence. We had great conversation and I will definitely be back to see her!!

Had an issue prior. Got a lovely woman named Tina, she did my nails beautifully. I have learned my lesson on just walking in. Make appointments for the awesome nail techs. I now have Tony since Tina is not there right now, he does the most awesome paint job.

I have noticed since they got the new building their personal touch has been lost.I had acrylic done with them plenty and my nails were doing wonderfully. I went in yesterday to just get a file down and polish change for a party that night.They used nail clippers to cut my tips, cracking and chipping the acrylic. My nails were not filed smooth like normal, they were patch fixed and bothering me. I had to run to the event. I came back the next day and showed the owner. She was using super glue to fill gaps and never filed smooth. When I told her dont paint them, she grabbed them and painted them. She was like how do they look so far. I said horrible and ran out crying. I have never been so upset with this company until now. I felt rushed and not worth their effort to make a customer of over 10 years happy, where I never complained before.Went back and learned to get appointments with the ladies that know how to do things better.

The place is gorgeous. However, every time Ive been, the price has been different! Once I was totally ignored and asked to come back to make me happy again. I went back to change my gel. ONLY CHANGE, no manicure. $34.00. I was shocked! I paid less when I got a manicure with gel. There was an unexplainable $10 fee, still Im confused about, My daughter and I went a lot but each time the price changed. NOBODY CAN EXPLAIN WHY!!! I WILL NOT GO AGAIN! Id rather stick to the same person and SAME PRICE! My neice Never gets what shes asking for either. Though it looks really beautiful, its not that special and the prices are always a surpise! Really unproessional

Upscale over priced. I got a pedicure for $55 and my feet feel no different than before...Never again.

Lee did horrible on my eyelashes. They are irritating my eyes. Been going here awhile. Had high hopes cause I usually dont have issues but this time was beyond horrible.

I’ve been to this nail salon three times. All three time I had made an appt in advance. Today was the last straw. I asked how long it will be since I scheduled an appt they said 45 minutes. I asked even though I scheduled an appt. This has happened all three times. What is the point of scheduling an appt when you will not be seen in a timely manner? Very unprofessional!

I gave it 3 stars because I thought the nail technician could have done a better job with removing ingrown nail and the price for kids pedicure was too pricey.

Jimmy did a wonderful job on my nails I had a manicure with shellac I had many manicure not like this one he took the effort for a job well done.

I get the dipped nails and I love them

After going 2 times with great experiences and bragging about this place, I decided to go a 3rd time and invited a family member. The pedicure experience was great and technicians were amazingly nice and professional. The nail experience was HORRIBLE for us both. 1st the technician that did my family member talked with employees the ENTIRE TIME while doing her nails. Several employees standing in very close proximity of my family basically 2 of them standing over her just yacking away with her nail tech about GOD KNOWS WHAT OR WHO?? SO UNPROFESSIONAL ESPECIALLY DURING THESE TIMES. My nails was already short so I asked for the sides to be squared from round and she cut maybe a cm. of a cm. Off. Meaning HARDLY NOTHING at all and charged me $5 for a cut down. Im like really my nails were literally at my tip. VERY VERY SHORT just needed reshaped.Unbelievable and over priced services in my opinion. That was last visit there. Just not pleasant or relaxing and rushing because they were short staffed for a holiday.

I have gone to this place 3 times my first experience they totally forgot about me waiting for over an hour for a fill-in. They were taking customers that was coming in after me. I spoke up and finally got my nails done which 2 people had worked on. The 2nd time I went I was in and out nails looked good too. But honey this 3rd time I went I waited for over an hour and a half then once I did get seated the lady shaped my nails HORRIBLY. THE LADY ACT LIKE SHE WAS SCARED OF THE POLISH SO IT THAT LOOKED A HOT MESS.. I EXPECT SO MUCH MORE FROM THIS PLACE BECAUSE ITS SO NICE AND WHAT NOT BUT WHEN PEOPLE DONT CARE AND WANT TO RUSH THEY TEND TO DO A POOR JOB! IM NOT SURE IF ILL RETURN..FOR THE PRICE I EXPECT BETTER!

This is my second visit, this time I had regular pedicure, eyebrow wax and shellac manicure done. I was assigned to a massage chair alongside my sister who was getting a spa pedicure. It took us both a little time to get someone to service us, this time it has been 15 minutes and yet no tech around. Finally, I tech came, literally started the water for me then stopped, at this time both of me feet were wet. Moved over to work on my sister without saying anything or at least explain why he had to moved. I waited for over 30 minutes for someone to start on my feet. How I know this? The timer I set was for 30 minutes, which I reset for another 30 minutes. Now, it didnt end there. I was then escorted to my assigned seat, rewind back to when a tech came by I told them that I needed to remove my acrylic and will need to manicure my nails with gel polish. Anyway, since this was not communicated, I waited more than 30 min., because the female that was working on me was working on a pedi service, while I was soaking my nails. My sister at this was waiting on me. If I think about it, I wasted more than an hour waiting to be serviced on, eventhough the people that came in after me either left or was being worked on. This lady that worked on me finally returned, didnt apologize for keeping waiting on her for this long. I understand at this time, a lot of people were standing around waiting to be serviced. Anyway, I needed a eyebrow wax done, so the same lady that worked on my hands, worked on my eyebrows. Let me tell you, given my patience is running thin she had the nerve to raise her voice at me after telling her that she needed to pay attention to cleaning up my eyebrows. I could see that she can pluck those stubborn hairs and make sure she didnt miss any spots. Of course, shes giving my sister an attitude, as my sister was trying to show what I was talking about. Anyway, the point here is, if a customer is kindly telling you to correct something that they are being charged for. Please dont take it personal and do what is being asked. Well, my left brow is stinging and theres some redness from her plucking at my skin because she got frustrated. Hey, I should be frustrated. I waited patiently to be taken care of. Anyway, please pay close attention to your charges. The ticket said $38 for my pedi service but my receipt says $40. And Im here looking at the brochure it says a regular pedicure is $35. I had to leave so arguing wasnt an option for me. All in all, I lost a lot of time waiting to be assisted and to be billed incorrectly. Not fair and not cool at all. I spent over $100 including tip! Eventhough I was not happy woth the services, Im sure they have a family. But just because a place is nice and glamorous as this business portray it is, at then end of the day people are looking for great quality service as their vision states on their website. I dont like to be rushed especially if Im paying good money.

I actually just left the shop. I had a manicure and pedicure done. The women(Kim) who did my pedicure was SO wonderful! I got a regular pedicure with white polish. I highly recommend you asking for her if you decide to go. My manicure was done by (Le) although its not the best Ive had she did try to fix what I didnt like an even gave me a discount because of it. Overall the manicure was worth what I paid for but the service was A+. I only gave 4 stars because my nail cut was off

Rushed to do my nails. Didn’t listen when I expressed I didn’t like something. Wasn’t able to do a basic design. The most irritating part of the experience is, my dip was not removed properly. The nail tech cut my nails that I was growing out with clippers. I was very angry, but I didn’t want to cause a scene. My first and last time ever going to this shop.

Wait time was ridiculously long. Wasnt compensated for my time. Kevin did a good job with my pedicure even though it took over an hour to get to me.

I got a fill in on my nails for my birthday. 4 days later 2 nails cracked across the acrylic which then broke completely in half causing my real nail which I have been growing for months to break! The acrylic on all of my nails is extremely thin and not once have I ever had any issues with my nails before coming here. I came in and told the tech what happened and her main point was to tell me it wasn’t her fault because she didn’t do my nails originally. Seriously? She barely put any additional acrylic on when she did my nails so yes it was clearly her fault. She was also chatting and laughing to another tech after my bringing my issue to her attention. I also wanted to comment on her pulling my hand repeatedly while she was doing my nails. I have a tremor and sometimes my fingers don’t relax. If she has a hard time doing nails and has to pull her clients hands roughly, perhaps a stand or prop would be sufficient in assisting her abilities especially in cases like mine. I will not be returning for any future services.

I LOVE this place! The salon is beautiful and the atmosphere is relaxing. It is very clean as well. The floors and stations were clean. They use disposable liners in the pedicure tub. They also throw away the disposable tools as soon as they are done. Kevin did my French pedicure. He was wonderful! He really took his time with the scrub and the leg massage. I recently moved here because my husband is in the military, and I am happy to say I found my nail place! Bring cash for a tip. You can’t put it on your card. They do have an atm but I had to go next door to the Publix to get change for the tips.
