Worst nail salon ever. They lack quality customer service and their work is complete inadequate. I paid $55 for services that is substandard. Even gotten cut. I would never recommend anyone to go to this location.

It was a great experience. They were reasonably prices as well. I had a gentleman do my full set and he was very attentive, friendly, quick, and very good at what he does. There was another guest getting a pedicure with who i believe to be her grand children.. and they took over the salon, were running around, loud and falling... But that had nothing to do with the actual place of business. Picture below is nails a week later.

Had my lashes done on a Friday $45 they came off the next day. He argued with me but the lady redid then Monday, woke up Tuesday lashes off again. Never use them-extremely poor service

Cut down & fill guy next to front desk is in a race to see how fast & ugly he can do nails, he definitely just want your money he rush on every single customer & your nails be so ugly if he took his time it might help. Honestly I think he just need to give up doing nails he is not good at it.

I got my nails done couple of Saturdays ago, which now makes it officially 3 weeks. The nail tech did not listen for what I asked, did not shape my nails correctly and rushed. Getting ready to get a fill in and one of my nails popped off today and now I’m at Patient First to treat a fungus. I’ve NEVER in my life had a fungus on my nail. Nasty dirty and disgusting nail tech!! I do not recommend them keep driving on sis.

I get in and out real quick when I come and I know that Ill get something fun, funky and over the top if I want. I love that i can get a French manicure or crazy designs without switching shops. This particular design is a lot for me but each design is so cool and unique that Im gonna have fun with it while i have it!!

The elder lady provided service to me. Would not listen to what I wanted, HOW I wanted it. The attitude was grudging. I felt like it was a prejudice preconceived notion towards me. This must be what Asian Americans have been experiencing due to pandemic… maybe. I went per a recommendation as I am in town caring for parents. I will never go back! I ALWAYS leave a tip, in cases like this usually a BIG one to be a “smart azz,” today I did not.

Went to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted I told Kelly that she messed up on one of my eyebrows and she got mad so when I got home I cleaned the tint off and came back the next day because maybe she had a bad day so I sit in the chair and she says I’m not doing your eyebrows anymore because you was nasty to me and always is remind you I go to this shop all the time and she do a good job but the one time you correct her she get mad. I had never been rude or nasty to anyone in that shop they are always fussing with someone in the shop every time I go but never me. She had me confused with someone else.

I came in for a full set with gel polish and wanted a pink French tip.A man did my nails and I didn’t catch his name but he’s shorter and small. Was texting a lot during my appointment and was significantly rough and careless throughout (pulling my hand, filing/drilling aggressively). He was about to cut my tips at whatever length he wanted without asking me how long I prefer my nails! I pulled my hand back and said, “aren’t you going to ask me what length I wanted?” The application proceeds and he also begins filing them all into square without asking what shape I wanted. Then when it’s time for color I point out a pink, he points to another one and proceeds to get that to apply, not the one that I wanted. At the time I was on the phone (hands free) with my friend about a death in the family and it was already a bad appointment so I didn’t even care anymore. The French polish was done SO SLOPPILY, no crisp line or consistency. Nails look lumpy and just not clean. Worst part was the topcoat application where he didn’t even brush excess off the brush before applying, so the cost was super thick and didn’t even dry under the lamp. So when he went to wipe them off the gel came off and he had to redo it😒I said “maybe not so thick of a coat?” And he dismissed me. The polish at my cuticles looks so sloppy. This was my first time here and I’d give another tech a try but if I’m not satisfied I’ll never return. Oh, and this cost $50 for the service. Shouldn’t have tipped but I did.

WORST nail salon ever!!!!The guy was rushing even though it wasn’t busy at all. My nails look horrible. I told him 2-3 times that I wasn’t happy about the complete look.They look like a 10 year old painted them.I would not recommend them at all !!!

Tracie is the best, Kelly has horrible customer service and blames the customer for everything! She messed up my eye brows and blamed me because I was answering a question she asked me.

I gave this business a second chance even though first time they trashed a design I was told they could do and I allowed them to fix them. My second visit I tried to book an appointment was told walk-in only ok I came in me and other customer had concerns someone came in and got serviced we was addressed with “what” we stated our concerns and was told he had an appointment I responded with no appointment policy and I told them I would not return. I will not be returning after this bad experience. I was just looking to be a loyal regular customer and had an event to attend just very unhappy customer. I do not recommend them.

The lady or the girl infront was very rude and she didn’t even help me when I was looking for my tech. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE don’t let the salon fool you because they are just for the looks! THEY ARE RUDE and never on time. They pushed my appointment back because another lady came before me! DONT GO HERE! It’s horrible.

I like my nails short, but still want them to look pretty. My own nails are very thin and break easily, so I have acrylic applied, and then gel polish.They look 100% natural, and the gel polish, cured in the he light box, is tough! Doing dishes, pulling weeds, etc and not one chip in 2 weeks. It does make a difference which technician you use - Holly, at station #6 is my favorite.

This is not a good salon. I Went to have a pedicure done and the quality was horrible! I was serviced by an older lady who rushed through the service.

They were fast on nails, eyebrows, and eyelashes. All one shot deal. Got it done 12:30pm on Christmas Day. It was a blessing.

DONT GO!!! I asked for dip and they said yes they do dip. HE PUT ACRYLIC ON MY REAL NAILS !!!! My nails are paying for it now 😭 STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!! Plus he charged me $110 for dip & a basic pedi which I normally pay $67 for somewhere else in Richmond ! DONT GO HERE!!!!

Wouldn’t recommend this place for full set the man who did my nails was rushing and did not look like how I wanted them. The paint gotten messed up because of his yet he still didn’t fix them. Very over priced

The man that did my nails was very nice. My nails look perfect. The only thing that upset me was when I sat down he just started to apply acrylic before I was able to ask him for something else. Even though I didn’t get the dip nails I wanted I am still satisfied with the gel I got. I just wish he had have gave me time to tell and show him what I wanted.

I love them! They always get a tip from me because they take their time to do the work. I definitely recommend! I can’t believe how low their rating is!

It literally took them less than 20 minutes to do a deluxe pedicure!!!! The chairs didnt work/ or werent even plugged in..they didnt take notice to mistakes they made the whole time.. My experience here was horrible! The associates were not listening to anything I wanted on my nails nor did they do a good job on my nails. The guy that started my nails cut me trying to take the acrylic off using the plastic nail. I will never come back here again!

I will not be returning. I didn’t get the mans name who did my nails but he sits at the front near the door. He was very rude & seemed to be rushing on my nails. I tried to tell him one of my nails needed to be fixed & he said “it’s nothing to fix” when clearly the nail polish was put on sloppy. Half the time he was not even looking while doing my nails he was looking at the TV. Very rude & nasty. Don’t go here spend your money somewhere else that is more friendly and listens to what you ask for.

Only reason for coming here is because T nails across the street was so busy & I didnt want to wait.. This place had no wait time and now I see why. The nail technicians here are so rude & talk about the customers. I just got a fill in & they couldnt even shape them evenly after I asked the lady to please fix it she says it looked straight to her. Next time I will just wait at T nails its worth the wait to have friendly people who actually care about the work they do!

Worst manicure I have ever had. Basically just took old polish off and put new on. No massage, no cuticle and they all spoke Vietnamese the entire time. Same with my granddaughters pedi. Just half way done. Will not be back and will not recommend.

Paid $90 for pedicure gel and full set gel not even 5 days later corners on all nails is lifted toes about three look like they need to be redone..I call the husband is no help I show up the wife has an attitude like they paid me $90 to do my nails. Never again run they suck

I Was in town visiting and wanted my lashes done. Stopped in here after seeing photos of the lash work. I was satisfied with the outcome & it was quick. Would return again if I am in the area!

I only gave 3 stars because my husband had his first pedicure done for his birthday and the older lady did I good job scrubbing and massaging his feet. My experience was not the best the lady rushed through my massage, she was rough and seemed to have an attitude about doing my feet. She also was very unpleasant after finishing my feet, she didnt assist with turning on the machine to dry my toes, she just seemed to be annoyed at doing my toes. Ive been to several nail shops and received pedicures and this is the one I felt lease appreciation for patronizing. I will not return for future visits.

When I first came there they cut my nails to the point to where I would need a set of nails put on, I told the I do not like square nails 4 times and guess what she did square nails. Ive been here 4 times and all 4 times were for different reasons and different people. It has all turned out the same way thier service is not what I pay for.

They are very expensive to have such poor work down my GEL nails chipped the polish was bubbled and just un all poorly done and the guy said nothing g to me the entire time I was getting them done

I was greeted properly and my pedicure was great. They really did a good scrub but my manicure was a disaster. The Polish was put on uneven and when I asked for it to be corrected, he wanted to add more polish which would have made it even more uneven and bumpy. He cut me multiple times with the file and tried to paint over file marks and file debris which would have been seen under the paint, and he kept pushing my cuticles to the point that they hurt. I asked for someone else to do my nails. He said no. Then tried to paint them again and I said no. Needless to say, I left without having my nails done.

Don’t come here! If I could do 0 star I would. I waited 30min to get in the chair for my pedicure. Then, the man doing my toes finished in 10min! My toenails were all crooked and he didn’t get off ONE callus!! Will not return. 🤬🤬

If it were possible to give less than 1 star I would. The guy, Peter I think was his name, RUINED my nails!!!! I could’ve done a better job myself blindfolded. It looks like I let a 2 yr old do them. And now I’m in pain til they grow back. He cut from the center at an angle so all of the skin under my nail is exposed, some are rounded and some are squared, they’re like an inch thick and VERY uneven. I paid someone to make my nails look so embarrassingly horrific. I literally almost cried when I walked out and he tried to say they looked good. Everyone who has seen this is amazed that a so called professional could do this. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

So I’m standing for ten minutes waiting to be seen and the lady asks the lady that comes in how can she be helped. It’s so unprofessional and I will not be returning I came from out of town for this nail salon, don’t come here unless you want to be overlooked.

Pedicure was great however the guy who did my nails was on the phone the whole time and did not listen to me. I requested for a full set. He did not file my original nails He cut the plastic nails uneven everytime I mentioned the acrylic was too thick he kept reassuring he will fix it. And he did not give me the color I asked for. The outcome was horrible. I asked to speak to a manager. He discounted the services. I would go back and try another nail tech however after reading the reviews. Ill pass.

I usually dont bother to write a bad review if its not too bad, but my experience was just way down the bottom so I wanted to let other clients like me to go somewhere else and not waste your time and most of all your money in this place. I have my nails done just last Saturday(10/07/2017) and this lady did a terrible job. So, 3 days later I called to ask if they can fix my nails, and I was told to go back in and they will give me discount. So, I was a little relieved and when I asked how much would it be? I was told, they could fix my nails for $40!!! Say what?!? I paid $42 three days ago, and you want me to go back in for another $40?!? NO WAY!!! PLEASE believe me when I tell you, this place is CRAPPY!!! They will just rush to get your nails done and your money is gone in no time!!!

I used to go to this nail salon for my lashes but my lash tech moved so I stopped. I’ve decided to go to go back last week to get my nails done & when I say that was the WORST decision it was the WORSE. First off I felt like my nails were rushed and they were shaped all different type of shapes and they made be pay before I was even done so they don’t know nor care how they look as long as they got their money. I got a full set with rhinestones on 1 finger on each hand which costed $42. 2 days after getting my nails done 3 rhinestones fell off 1 finger & a nail broke on the other hand. Nails were very thin & I just made a week & all ready I need a fill in , WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ‼️‼️‼️‼️

I would give this place 0 stars if I could! I came here to get eye lash extensions. The WORST experience and quality ever! It took them about 20 minutes to be attended. Then they took me into a room and had me wait there another 30+ minutes. The procedure was painful and unpleseant. She tried to charge me over 70 dollars for garbage quality. Ladies do yourself a favor and go some place else!

They do decent work on the nails but they told me they were closed an hour before they closed because they were busy and didnt want to have to start on me close to closing time. Open sign on and doors unlocked was told to come back tomorrow. The girl that does the eyebrows is always in such a hurry that it feels like she rips the skin right off of your face. They all seem to despise their jobs and treat you like you are an inconvenience to them. All of that aside they do a great thorough job at a nice set of nails.

Very disappointed in the lack of service, rude dismissive attitudes, and incompetent work. Nails were crooked before they polished them and when I brought it to the techs attention she argued it was my view. I then explained my view really was the only one that mattered in this particular situation since it was my hand and my money. She replaced the 4 crooked nails but with a lot of attitude and much more force than necessary.

GO ELSEWHERE How you are spoke to at this nail salon has a lot to be desired. Moved around like furniture. Very expensive for services provided a basic manicure 30 dollars. Everywhere else in town under $20.00 save your money ladies go elsewhere. They don’t care about pleasing clients and taking care of them.

They seat you and get started quickly. However, they were rude, did a rush job. My sister and I got all the same services except I got a fill in and she got a full set but we paid the same price. The only excuse they could give is we dont have a set price. Never again will I step foot in this place.

Wasted my time and money. I went to have my eyebrows tinted a week ago by Linda. I think she does all eyebrow services for the shop. Someone I worked with has their eyebrows tinted here told me about the place. I knew her tint last about a week since I see her about everyday, so I was excepting the same outcome.Linda explained to me WHILE PUTTING THE TINT ON that she was out of the normal dye, which she claimed could last a week, and told me that the dye she was applying to my brows would only last 3-5 days. I didnt complain and went along with it. Not like I had a choose since she had already started. The finish product did not look natural at all. I didnt take a pic because I really didnt like it.....oh well...thats what you get from trying sometime new anyway. I thought maybe Id just have to get use to it over the next day or so...Well....later that night...it completely washed off! I called Linda the next morning and she told me I shouldnt have washed my face! Why in earth would you not want your client to wash their face, thats ridiculous! I asked for a refund and she refused. After her trying to convince me that it was my fault the dye washed off after only 8hrs and hung up on me! RUDE!Do not give your money and time to this shop!

Sloppy work and high prices. I got a SMS nails done and the girl was clearly rushing through. Tore up my cuticles. Charged me $40 to do it. I paid for the service but will not be going back. Youre better off going to elite nails in the Southpark mall.

Avoid this nail salon at all costs. The prices are ridiculously high for the quality of service. The nail technician I worked with did not communicate with me, moved extremely slow and ultimately didn’t listen to any of the direction I gave for how I wanted my nails to look. My nails turned out sloppy and big. Will not return.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY..A total waste of time and funds. I am totally disappointed with the quality of service and will never return. My eyebrows are ruined..Why must I instruct the technician on how to arch my eyebrows. She didnt care to offer the mirror afterwards for confirmation. Needless to say I must wait another week or two to correct the issue.My nails are a total mess. The nail tech(Peter) that sits in the front by the cash register is very unprofessional. He talked on his cellphone the entire time. Instructed me to put my hands into the UV light by tapping the station with the nail file.On several occasions I had to tell him the drill was too high, resulting in the hot/burnt feeling on my nailbed. One layer of polish was placed on my nails.Disappointed and disgusted is an understatement.

I’m visiting from out of town & my friend brought me here, and this was literally the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The only male there was extremely unprofessional & just down right rude. I’m currently in my car with nail residue all over my clothes. I wouldn’t send my dog there.

I came in for a pedicure and full set. I was told they can do all designs only to find out they cannot. I declined the full set and offered to pay of my pedicure when they guy get extremely upset and started talking trash about me not wanting to get my nails done anymore. He went in the back and began speaking his native language. He goes outside as I am leaving blows smoke in my face. I will never go back there and never tell anyone to go there either. The pedicure was too expensive and mediocre at best. I wanted to give zero stars but it wasnt an option.

They allowed a pedicure tech to do my nails. They were uneven, misshaped, and lumpy. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and still got something totally opposite.

My nails look awful they cant do designs at all.. honestly looks like my 6 year old daughter painted my nails... this is the second time In this place..first time was also a disappointment I got a pedicure and nail polish started to chipped the same day.. An awful experience. The technician did not complete my services because I critiqued my pedicure. It was a waste of time to speak with Tracy the manager who walked away as I was complaining. She only referenced having to work fast to get to other customers. Poor service and workmanship.

I spent 43$ at this place for a fill and gel polish .. they didn’t even put the acrylic all the way to the cuticul and cover the whole side of my nail when he did polish it was very see thru and poorly done. Worst place to go

I’m very picky who I go to for my nails. They are not lying with the reviews but my girl Tammy is the jewel in this place which is the ONLY reason why I go and the ONLY person I recommend.

I get my nails done and she finishes after closing so they r rushing me 2 dry and everyone is ready 2 go standing at the door with their coats and bags so I just left and didnt really pay attention so the next day I notice my French manicure is turning Brown I go back 2 get it fixed and she said it was because I got regular polish instead of gel mind you Ive never had a French manicure before so y did she fail 2 mention this at the time she was doing my nails so I asked if she could just take it off and just do regular polish and she tells me I have 2 pay 2 have it switched y should I have 2 pay 2 fix your mistake plus she had an attitude so I asked her 2 just remove the French tip and she did it quickly and left white polish all over my fingers not 2 mention my nails where lumpy and not buffed correctly after paying an extra $5 just for the French manicure you want 2 charge me again..never again..the same lady that messed up my nails messed someone elses up when I came back 2 complain about mines she had never left the building and they didnt want 2 do what she asked but expected her 2 pay and said she had 2 wait 2 have them fixed after already being there over an hour so she refused 2 pay 4 such poor service and left on her way out they wrote down her license plate number and called the police on her

OMG, Im so irritated with this place!!!! I came here to get a pedicure; first of all the senior lady that was doing my feet never asked me what I wanted she immediately started working on my feet kind of rushing through the whole process. She was very rough, she cut my cuticles to close to the skin and whe scrub my feet so rough it was painful. She also didnt took the time to properly massage my feet. She applied a nail polish that was so old that it never dried correctly and they charge me $32. I get home and the nail polish was all smudge and my feet still had rough spots. I decided to go again the next day and explain the situation to see my options and contemplating the possibility to get a refund. The manager told me she will have someone else take care of me until Im happy.only to find out that they were charging me $23 more bucksbecause they applied gel nail polish; basically they were charging me a whole new pedicure. GTFOH!!!! The manager even chased me out the door like a crazy lady and Im like I cant believe this she never said I was going to be extra charge. This is the worst place ever NEVER, EVER, EVER COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Sad tired the dip polish and he had polish every where. Buffed my cuticles extremely hard. The polish was old. My 12year old pedicue polish was so thick it never dried. Bad service!
