First time getting a manicure & gel polish. Ive been having a problem with my nails splitting & breaking.The person that worked on my nails cut too mu ch into the cuticle & it bled. She cut the corner off/too short on another finger. She didnt change out the file bit. It looked like it had been used on other people.

Just horrible. Nails. Done to fast. Were so much was missing. And. They seem like they where not ready for so many people wont be. Going back

Only giving 4 stars because the wait was a lot longer than stated. Staff was friendly. One of the best pedicures Ive had in a while. Tiffany is the BOMB!! I asked and was told they are walk in only. I have not had my nails done here so Im not sure about that.

I have been here 3 times and have been very satisfied. Tammy does my powder dip and it lasts 3 weeks. They are very busy, and I cant speak for the other staffs skills but I have been very satisfied. I wish they werent still making customers wear masks, but it is what it is. I will continue going there, mask and all.

Good quality work , only downside is the polish was a-little thin , other than that my nails look great, I was in and out pretty quickly without my nail technician rushing.

Amazing people, so nice I love coming here Ive only been here a few times but I love coming here, this is the only nail salon I come to and its going to stay like that.

Tammy did an awesome job and she was so personable. We talked and laughed the whole time. She will definitely be my new go to girl!!!!

I love getting my pedicure done there. Its a older man their I call him pops he does a excellent job.

I dont live in this area but I have been here twice the first time it was a good experience due to covid you do have to sign a piece of paper relinquishing your right to sue them basically if you get infected with the covid-19 .you do have to get there early because its a very popular place and a lot of people go there ,make sure you speak up and know exactly what you want and make sure you know the price .one thing I dont like is that they dont have the prices posted so in a way you feel like theyre making it up as they go but the longer you want your nails ladies the more money you have to pay. I brought a family member there so I told them to speak up and tell the person what you want they charge you enough money so I dont care to give a tip but overall we were happy with the service. If you do find a technician that you do like make sure you get her name or his name and put it on a card so that way you can make an appointment or when you get there you can ask for that particular person to service you.

I struggled to come up with a rating. My nails look fabulous, but it took 2 hours and 20 minutes to get them done. They do not take appointments! I walked in with Shellac and to remove them they soaked my fingers in acetone (that was warmed with a plug in coffee mug warmer). And after all that, I want given a manicure, look at my cuticles! I sat in 3 different chairs and had 3 different people work on my nails. Good work by Tony, prices are reasonable, but would not recommend based on wait time.

The service was quick but horrible. I needed a fill in a week after getting my nails done, my middle finger nail was rising up at third day. I pay $93 for my toes and nails, got acrylic on my toes which chipped off as well. Worse service ever.

My daughter went to get an acrylic FILL IN , nothing special, no design , just fill. Supposed to be $17..... she kept trying to put Gel and my daughter REPEATED OVER she did NOT want gel!!! My daughter did not get a cut down did not get any specials painting nothing. When it was time to pay she wanted $35!????Ummmmmm NOHER Friend got a full set, also nothing special no design, nothing. $27 And her eyebrows done.$10When she went to pay they wanted $55! How do you get $55 what it supposed to be $37?Again NOAll these people did was try to scam two young girls. This is wrong. How can you justify asking these prices when it clearly states how much each service is? You can go online and see the prices. Then after all of thisShe wanted to give her self a tip!🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

First time I have been back in a nail salon since COVIDand first time at this salon. Very pleased with the safety precautions! Dividers, hand sanitizer, and asked customers to wash hands before service. All staff properly wore mask too. Pedicure was great and much needed.

Never answer the phone and when the phone does ring the answer machine comes on first ring and thats most of the day or it just rings

This place is packed on a Sunday afternoon. Why? Because the service is great. There were at least 7 people already in line prior to the shop being open. Many employees were already setting up chairs and taking guest back when they really didn’t have to. Tony serviced me for my gel manicure and was wonderful! Definitely will be returning!

If you ever need your eyebrows done, go to Tammy. She is AMAZING! I drive about 30 minutes just to have my eyebrows done by her and she has never disappointed me yet. She’s so sweet and full of positivity. The drive is worth it!! ❤️

Very unhappy, spent 85.00 dollars. Dip nails and pedicure. Was there almost 4 hours, no cuticle trimming, toes still very dry and no scrubbing of dead skin. No cleaning up of cuticles, paint left on. No cuticle oil on cuticles, paid for upgrade pedicure no leg massage at all. Staff not welcoming at all. Was told too busy to show me colors of sms. Used to be good salon. Will not be back

I am in love with the service! The guy that helped me was very professional, nice, quick while also providing great customer service. My pedicure was excellent! I didnt know that they also do eyelashes so I asked them at the last moment to do my lashes and they accommodated my request without any hesitation. I was turned away from Crystal Nails around the corner because they were busy but I only saw a few customers in there, however, I am glad they turned me away or I wouldnt have found this business. I am one happy customer!

My granddaughter and I were taken right away. Both technicians worked quickly and gave is beautiful nails. We were very pleased!!

I’ve gone here for over five years on and off for Tammy to do my eyebrows. The last time I got my eyebrows done I respectfully questioned her on how they looked and apparently she took offense, because this next visit she told me she was not doing my eyebrows. So whatever you do don’t question their work if you’re planning to return otherwise you’ll find yourself waiting to get called then informed that they decided they’re not going to do it. I do not see the issue with me asking her to make an adjustment on my eyebrows, a service that I’m paying for. Just as any individual would if they did not like the color that they chose for their nails or similar. Please the customer for their return not to turn them away when they do return.

I would not recommend this place at all. The guy got overwhelmed with the amount customers and lost track of the folks that signed in. Tony is the only good nail tech at this place. If you get someone else there is no guarantee it will turn out well. This visit lasted four hours ...complete waste of time. I didnt tip and the guy at the counter had the nerve to look surprised. I will be taking my coin else where!

I really like the results of my pedicure and eyebrow waxing. They stay really busy so be prepared to wait. But as I said, the results are worth it.

I don’t like how they do not greet their customers when they walk through the door they just look up at you and then continue to work.

Loved the lady who did my nails and feet. She was so nice :) tammy did my eyebrows and I was pleased. She was very quick. Gel Nails did take a while. No massage given. Not sure if thats not part of the mani/pedi combo. No appointments taken. :/

Horrible service. I went in here on my lunch break to get an eyebrow wax and was told the wait would be 30 minutes. Fine. They weren’t that busy so after 30 minutes I asked if they would please serve me because I had to get back to work. They said yes so I went back. They never came and ignored me. They typically have poor attitudes when I come in here, are slow, and treat customers badly, but this was just awful. I’ll never be back. Please note, it’s been years since I’ve left a review on here.

I come here often, I always give the best service. Yes there is sometimes a wait but thats because theyre always busy and people always come back to them.. So I dont understand why people are complaining about a 30 minute wait. Are usually go to Peter or his wife that does eyebrows shes amazing. Great service will always go back!

Been going here for over 10 years. Outstanding customer service, amazing work and great prices. Sometimes there is a long wait but its worth it, they have plenty of staff and offer so many different services and I understand waiting can be an issue for some but Id much rather have someone take their time and give me quality service than to rush through it. Tammy and Peter are the owners and they always make sure each customer is happy before they leave. This is the only nail salon ilI ever go to. They are also the only place Ill allow to touch my brows. Tammy is also ceritified in Phi-Brows... Shes amazing!

I loved how it would last for almost a month and would never chip or fade. They dont charge you for removing it by the way, which other nail salons do ($5.00). I would only pay $15.00! No other nail salon can beat that!Im very sad we had to move to a different state! I still cant find a place with great prices like pro nails.

I used to frequent this shop, and never considered anyplace else. After a few years of not getting my nails done, I made a trip just to get them done for an upcoming trip. When I say that my nails are so unevenly filed, I could only wish I was joking. It looks like I went to a cosmetology school and had a beginner that was practicing on my hands, without my knowledge or consent, working on me. I pointed out the uneven finish, and was told that I was seeing things because he felt my nails and they were smooth...My other problem was the guy who did my pedicure just does what he wants. I asker to have him use sea salt scrub instead of the pumice stone, because I dont have rough,hard skin on my feet. He used it, anyhow, when I dozed off for two minutes. When I felt it and brought it to his attention, he claimed that he had to use it because I needed it. The lies are out of control!! That was my very LAST attempt at patronizing this establishment

I dont think Ive ever had a better standard pedicure. They were packed and we didnt even have to wait more than 10 minutes as walk-ins. The gentleman that provided my service was so friendly, respectful, and gentle with my sensitive feet. He fixed the ingrown nails on my big toes in no time and I didnt even feel it (and mine are pretty bad). And Idk what kind of magic he used, but I went on Tuesday, picked out a normal polish, just spent a whole weekend at the beach and they havent chipped yet! Now that is money well spent.

Planned a wonderful morning with my mother for a spa day, didnt even make it to find out what their actual work was like. The person speaking for the technicians spoke so very rudely to us it was unbelievable... I certainly can spend my hundred dollars somewhere else

I use to be a loyal customer along with a friend of mine until THIS WEEK!! First, I noticed that they are very pleasant to white people but not to black people. To the point where they turned down service to a few black individuals and allowed the same service to a white woman AFTER they stated they were closed. Also the wait here is extremely long. Toooooo long. The customer service for repairs is terrible and they make you wait for their mistake. I won’t ever be back.

Ive never been to such a bad nail shop and I have traveled across the world. The website to the nail shop stated it closes at 9 p.m. I arrived at 7:15 (was not acknowledged), there were two workers. They let me sit there until 7:44p.m. before asking me what services I wanted, then proceed to tell me that they didnt have time to do it. Mind you, its 7:44 and they close at 9 with 1 person in each chair. They could have told me that they were unable to do it when I arrived instead of wasting my time. I will not go back or recommend this nail shop to anyone.

Amazing customer service, friendly nail techs. They do amazing work. Moved here from WA and after having a horrible experience at sun nails I thought I would never find a place as good as home. Corrected the shape of my nails, fixed all lumps, and made them more natural looking. Did not cut or nip my skin once.This shop is better than home!! I found my one. Would highly recommend to anyone that is picky about their nails. I received a fill and got gel polish

Made me sit IN A CHAIR for over an hour! Removed my polish, thinking I wouldnt leave. Took many people in front of me. NEVER AGAIN!

Very crowded store with product up against each other. It was hard to navigate through the isles and other customers. Sales people are always with customers and you will have to wait for checkout.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for the past 9 years. I’ve never had an issue and have never been dissatisfied with the service. Some people complain about the wait time but that’s what happens when a nail salon is in high demand!

Way to busy. Rush you through. The seats for pedicures are awful. Never again. I’ll drive back to Mechsnicsville for Top Nails.

Horrible. Had to wait over 30 mins to get pedi, once seated in chair the water was cold. The ladies are super slow and the guy with glasses in there cant paint for anything. My daughter(20 years old btw) had more polish on her fingers than her nails. Plus the nail techs kept stopping to talk to each other. 2 pedicures, 1 fill and a full set took almost 4 hours. Will never ever go back.

I always use Property nails. Tommy and his wife Tami are my favorite.. Noone will touch my eyebrows but Tami.
