Very happy with our experience !!! There was supposed to be some rain that day, they were in contact that morning with us regarding what we wanted to do. They gave us the option to do the next day with better weather. But we decided to go ahead as the weather looked like it was going to clear up. Thankfully the weather was perfect. Quality was great, and booking was easy. We will definitely be using them in the future!

The kids had such a great time on this bounce house. Mike came & set up was a breeze. I cant say enough about his customer service & personality! You can tell he really loves what he does. He has a great attitude and even better customer service. The kids bounced until the moment he arrived to do pick up. They slept so good! Lol. You will get every bit of your moneys worth. & I must add for those of us who have Covid concerns he did not have to enter my house and there was no contact. The bounce house itself also had drains at the bottom so when grass accumulated at the bottom it was easy to drain. He really has all bases covered when it comes to his customers & business.

Was ontime, the jumphouse was clean and fun for covid bday. Would for sure rent from them again.

They did a great job of communicating pick up and drop off times. Bounce house arrived early, and they gave us the latest pick up time possible. Super easy to reserve and pay online. My kids loved the bounce house and had a great time! Will definitely rent from them again!!

I dont typically leave bad reviews but this experience was terrible. The driver called me to say hed be delivering withing 2 minutes. Immediately his supervisor called telling me they dont deliver to apartments. He was very rude, didnt try to work with me in any way. Will not be renting from them. Thankfully I found another place to deliver for my sons birthday.

They were great! i called them when i was ready and they were there at the exact time they told me. i called to get it picked up and they were there in 30 mins. this is a great company and really reasonably priced. i loves my experience with them and will definitely be a customer in the future and will recommend to my friends! thank you guys my daughter loves the princess bounce house!

If I could leave 10 starts I would! We have used this service twice now and it has been the absolute best experience! Each time I have just reached out and told them what I’m looking for and they make it happen. They set it up and take it down and it makes life so easy! And the prices cannot be beat! I’m so thankful to have found a great company to work with for all our future events!

They arrived late for set up and even later for pick up of my bounce house. The workers had to leave supplies in our yard because they were stuck in a tree root. All the grass was killed under the bounce house. I will not be using this company again and will recommend everyone else moves on. Also upon inspection of the reviews I found out the owner and some of the reviewers are related and are leaving false reviews.

We rented two inflatables for an event at our elementary school and they were awesome! The kids had a blast. They were Very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Mike and his crews are the best! They called the day before and gave a estimate of what time they would show up. His guys showed up on time and asked if I had a preference on when the returned to tear down. The worked with me to deliver a great party for my kids and their friends. Top notch customer service. These guys truly deliver FUN and SMILES!! We cannot wait to use them again.

Worked with this company for 2 summers and approximately 18 bounce houses.Pros-lots of options! Very competitive priceCons-sometimes the bounces houses were wet, smelled like mildew, or needed some repairs. The last time we had scheduled for them to come, they no showed. When I called with my concerns and the staff ended the conversation by hanging up on me.

It rained on the bounce houses. The inflatable company did not answer the phone for 2 hours this morning and refuses to come back out to move them or help get them usable. We paid for them when we reserved them-they refuse to give us a reschedule date or to refund any money. We will never use Jammin Jumpers again for an event. The owner was very difficult, argumentative, and unprofessional.
