I had the privilege to drop into Crossfit Collinsville while I was in town for work and felt welcomed right from the start. Chris was very knowledgeable with the movements and really took the time to address each movement separately. Id definitely recommend this box to anyone out of town wanting to drop in for a great workout!

This crossfit gym has a really great, supportive environment! The coaches are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They modify movements and workouts to fit anyones athletic ability. The gym member community is of all athletic skill levels, ages, shapes and sizes and they make everyone fit in and feel motivated! Not an ego filled gym. Definitely the best members.The programming is always well put together and challenging - I see others and myself improving everyday!
