The people are amazing!! Very helpful and very nice.

There is alot to say about atc. But to sum it up I would have to say atmosphere. Even in a pandemic it is always kicking 24/7. And I have to tell you the amenities are to die for. Getting a tan or a quick aqua massage after a workout Is the absolute best and with a price so low why are you not signed up already

A great local gym chain! Plenty equipment and its always clean. It is a little cozy at times. There are tanning beds and hydro-massage tables. AND THE BEST THING IS THERE IS NO CONTRACT!!!! Month to month and if you get the premium membership you can go to any of the 18 locations in the Memphis - Jackson area!!!

My wife and I are from ny, where visiting her mother here in Tennessee, we called atc fitness and were able to get the Saint jude pass, and work out for the week, God bless atc fitness!!!! Great staff, great equipment, we were able to get it in!!! Thanks you guys best regards and all the best👍👍👍

I just signed up at ATC. The gym has nice quality newer equipment. It is well organized and well maintained. My regular gym is not open and doesn’t appear to be opening anytime soon so I’m very thankful that I have a nice gym to still workout and not get so out of shape. They check your temp at the door which is nice. I am concerned that most people are not wearing mask but I will limit my exposure as much as possible by not going everyday and cleaning my hands before and after my workout. The staff is very professional and friendly and helpful. It does get a little busy mid afternoon but I try to go earlier if I can. The rate is reasonable and signing up was fairly easy.

Owner needs to effectively communicate to customers without being hostile. In going through my abdominal workout, the owner comes storming towards me waving his arms saying “you’re going to ruin my carpet” which I understood but his tone and delivery was not acceptable.

Overall very satisfied with the facility. Honestly no complaints, nothing complex about ATC, just what youd expect. Friendly staff, clean, and never too crowded.

Ive been going here for a couple years and it is a place to get the job done. The tanning beds work fine and the staff are excellent. The reason for the minus 1 star is because recently it has become very over-crowded. Too many people and it gets really hot in their. For me, it feels like it gets hard to breathe. Other than this issue I do like the place and I plan to start going back now that I have settled into my new apartment and new job. The price is reasonable, but if you are looking for extreme amenities then you should look at the YMCA or Lifetime. Lifetime is for the wealthy though. The YMCA and Lifetime offer more amenities than most people will use and as such you would be wasting your money if you only want to work out. This is a great location and has plenty of place to eat at. The only thing missing is a place to get protein smoothies.

They tell you all you have to do is come in to cancel membership, thats a lie. Stay away from these rip off artists.

There is a lingering smell of ammonia and sulfur, especially when you first walk in. They keep the gym clean for the most part, but there isnt alot of diversity in regards to equipment. Especially during peak hours, there tends to be a wait on most machines, and the weights section is often over-crowded. There also isnt a section for stretching and floor work. Before moving to Collierville, I went to Planet Fitness, which I felt like was a much better value for the money. When I move, I will definitely be canceling my membership.

Friendly staff, clean facilities. Its definitely a smaller location (compared to Forest Hill and Spottswood branches), so it can get a little cramped during peak hours but I dont usually have to wait longer than one circuit to get to the next station for my workouts.

The best bang for your buck. While it doesnt have a lot of the newer HiiT areas, it has almost everything you need to have a great workout. For $15 a month, this 24 hr fitness club is great.

Tad upset that they just left me a voicemail “hey we are revoking your membership for wearing crop tops. Have a great day” lol. If you’re a female who wants to wear ANYTHING that shows more than your leg and forearm don’t come here.Staff is mostly nice will say...depends on the day tbh. Equipment isn’t bad but smaller gym. Needs updating.Also didn’t appreciate attitude from the manager. Oh well :)

Great place to workout with no long term contracts. Its 24/7 which is always a plus. Lots of benches for free weights and plenty of cardio equipment with showers and lockers in the locker room as well

Convenient and affordable. I signed up a couple of years ago and canceled after a few months. It was easy to cancel and they didnt continue to charge my CC like gyms have a habit of doing.They also made it super easy to restart my membership. It literally took about 6 minutes from the time I walked in until the time I walked out.The only downside is that their free weight area is smallish. There is dedicated space to deadlift or do olympic lifts. There is only one squat rack. I never go during peak times as I would spend more time waiting on equipment than working out. Early in the morning it isnt a problem though.The place is always clean everything is always in working order. Ive never needed the staff but they always seem friendly.

Safe clean affordable,with convenient parking. My only complaint are the TVs on the cardio machines. They are HD capable, but the picture is usually bad.

I went there to the Collierville loc to check it out with a friend who goes there when she has time. The staff was very friendly. They seem set up nice for cardio and free weigh training. It was clean and had an open air feeling. For me the one perk to work out with my friend (which is a BIG plus) has several other downs. It doesnt have a pool..which is #1 to me since I have RA and need to look for some gentle way to work out. Plus its further than the YMCA which is where I was looking at going. Today in fact I got notice July 1..the Y will give 50% off. But ATC looked great.

I find this a complete SCAM on their part, you cant claim No Commitment and then have a hidden clause like that, BS. So you pay for SERVICES NOT RENDERED!!!! Worse than dealing with the library and an overdue book!!
