The staff does not seem to want to help, busy with other things

Dirty cars that are NOT thoroughly inspected for damages prior to renting again to other customers. The car we rented was so dirty we failed to see the small crack in the windshield. The company tried to say we did it. We immediately asked for another vehicle. We needed to speak to the manager/ owner because the young kid at the counter was clearly NOT listening and not operating according to standard rental agency procedures. We needed to complete an incident report in order to be given another car. Beware of this company. Less than stellar customer service. If you rent from here make sure the agent does a complete walk through to inspect for damages. It may even be better to do once the car has been completely cleaned!

Ridiculous experience at this location. Cant fault the courteous employee so it must be a lousy greedy owner. Rented from this location two weeks in a row (separate reservations to get a lower rate). Wanted to rent a third week and was told my same debit card on file with Fastbreak did not pass the credit check. Funny, a quick check with credit karma showed my score actually WENT UP since the previous week. Dont waste your time with businesses/owners who dont value your business. The car I rented also needed an alignment and showed threads on the tires at drop off. Beware!!!

Definitely a bad experience, I arrived at noon sharp at had to wait an additional ONE HOUR to get my rental car. The printer was not working, and their system was down or whatever.. Never got a contract printed out, but written. Bad service, take zipcar, I do not recommend!Update: will not call you, or use your service!

Rental car experience was easy... finding it was horrible. Had to go through a hotel, down some stairs, and out the back doors. Not actually terrible, but none of this was marked and we had to ask for assistance.

The guy at the counter was out right rude. He indirectly insulted me to my face and denied me a discount the the system verified at the time when I made the booking. I dont see why the guys at the counter need to question discounts we get when a country wide system has decided to give a consumer.Secondly they claim to have a pickup and drop off service but actually dont under the pretext of the counter being staffed by just one person. NEVER EVER RENT FROM HERE.

Very disappointed and bad service ever. Firstly, this is not official Budget rental service, just a third party affiliated to Budget. THEY DONT HAVE CARS UNLESS SOMEONE RETURNS IT A MINUTE BEFORE YOU. They charged extra $10 a day for the extension of car. I had to wait for more than 1 hour to return the car since the lady at desk does not know anything and calls her manager for every single thing you ask. They cant even speak proper English, not sure how a professional service like Budget would allow such things. NOT RECOMMENDED.

This is not review. This is message for BUDGET. Try to close this location. You will lose a lot of old customer.

One star is too high a rating. I called to say I was on my way since it was very close to closing time. They said ok. I arrived 10 minutes late and they were closed. no phone call telling me they wouldnt be there even when I called within a half hour of my arrival time. They said Ok! I needed to travel 2 more hours where there is no alternative public transportation. I will never reserve at this location again and will most likely not use budget again.

Given the loop-around. I had been guaranteed that they would pick me up. When I called I spoke with the supervisor this is what happened (kind of funny). 1) she informed me that she couldnt pick me up for my reservation because of the time (1pm reservation, weird) despite being promised before. Ok, so I ask when the last pick up time was and she told me 11:30am. I agreed to come the 1.5 hours earlier and just wait in the office. 2) At this point she tell me that I was outside the 5mi pick-up area. I insist and try to explain and she just rudely puts the blame on me. 3) I asked for a customer service number, and she gave me he partner agency number to Avise, not budget (nice try). Finally got on the phone with Carmen from Customer Service at corporate,, who was amazing (thanks for the help Carmen!). She googled the distance, which was actually only 4mi. 4) Budget customer service rep Carmen calls supervisor to attempt to resolve the situation and to tell her I was within the respective distance. 5) supervisor tells the rep, now, that I was technically outside their pickup neighborhood. Really,Thinking about it now I remember supervisor briefly mentioning in the beginning of our first conversation that she was under staffed (she actually took my number to call me back, which was supposed to be in 15min but ended up being an hour later). Makes me think she was just giving me the loop around. Anyways, Carmen was great and offered to pay my cab ride there. But, supervisors like her should not treat customers so rudely. I hope the other employees dont get treated like this by her.

I have been treated with respect and excellent service at this location. I have used it a couple times now without a problem.

I rent from this location on a regular and I have never had a problem. The staff and owner always accommodating to my needs.

This is a great Budget location and very convenient for people in the College Park area. I go to them for all my rental needs.

Awful service.They did not answer the phone ONE TIME in 20 calls in 2 days.

Service received fully met my expectations. Good service in the College Park office. And the requested car was in optimal condition.I made the return at JFK Airport, with good signage to get there easily and I got a good attention from those staff.
