This was our first time using them and we had a good experience. It was different from a traditional car rental place. Make sure you get the insurance plan or have good one of your own. The van was clean and worked great. They went over everything and it was a pleasure using their company.

Horrible customer service in Riverdale,ga! We experienced a leak in one of the vans we rented and called before coming to ask to exchange the vans. Still took them over 30 mins to exchange the vans even worse they gave us a much smaller van! The manager did not want to come out and speak with us! Not the best way to start our vacation! Will not use them again!

The process was easy and the van was very clean and drives very smoothly. I will be using this company again very soon

The van was fine even though online it shows the vans are equipped with a Xbox instead of a ps4. However we were disappointed that they state you can use your own insurance but when you get there they force you to purchase their insurance by telling you you have to put the vin number for their van on your policy. Our insurance company offered to put their name on our policy but stated they are not allowed to add a vin for a rental vehicle to our policy so we were forced to pay the extra $300 for insurance. Also when picking the van up they tried to give us a cheaper van than the one we reserved, we reserved the deluxe which provides the bucket seats they tried to give us a van with bench seats, luckily my husband looked in the van first because we would have been riding out of town with paper work for a totally different vehicle. Also they do not tell you before that if you put a deposit down with a credit card you have to use that same card to put your full balance on it, the guy helping us kept saying I guess you need to cancel. At the end of the day we felt like they overbooked vans for spring break and wanted us to cancel.

I found them to be a little dishonest in their online chat quote process. I was very up front as to the executive van I was looking for. They sent me pictures of their Sprinter Van and I wanted something more executive and luxurious. They up rated my quote and sent me pictures of the same van. I continually asked for the different van pictures and they would send me the same pictures. Finally, they chatted that the van had differences but still no pictures???? I think they wanted to rent a van and compromised their principles a bit. Be careful..
