Amazing place to rent a car. Just need a drivers license , a booking and a credit card to hold 300$ ( refunded same day). If youre a student book using student id and show a registered course. You will get a student discount (almost half price). Take their insurance or dont if you have your own!

I rented a rental from the college park md enterprise location. I will never again rent from this location. The customer service was horrible. The gentleman who provided me service selected his vehicle of choice. I honestly don’t think he ever reviewed my rental reservation. I was given a vehicle with physical damage to the body of the vehicle. The damage to the vehicle appeared to be from a accident. I asked if I could rent the vehicle next to it instead that appeared to be in a better physical condition, I was told no. When asked about the physical damage of the vehicle, I was told that it was documented. A few days into having the rental, a “maintenance required” appeared on the dash and radio screen. I notified enterprise of the message showing on the vehicle and was told “it’s no big deal, probably needs an oil change.” The gentleman helping me via phone also informed me that the oil change is needed at 27,000 miles, but the mileage I shared with him was at 23,300 miles on the vehicle at that current time. When I called to change my drop off location to the original pickup location, I was told that my rental notes never indicated a different drop off location from the pickup location. This was a clear indication that the gentleman who provided me the rental never looked at my reservation, that I communicated I had. There’s disappointment that continued beyond this. Long story short, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. Customer service is a -5 stars.

This is the absolute worst location the two men in the office no absolutely nothing about their jobs and wasted my entire day just for me to leave with no vehicle. They sent me to another location to pick up a vehicle and then that location was not able to rent to me due to age restrictions which the first location didn’t even know about. Drove back and forth over an hour with a dirty car they gave me and no type of apology or anything was offered. Terrible location I highly recommend if you are working with insurance or looking for a vehicle to rent for yourself DO NOT go here.

The guys at college park, MD location were great. Alittle mixup in the beginning, but everything worked out great. Was able to get a car, it was cleaned and sanitized. Will definitely be using them again.

Stay away from this place. If I could give this place half a star, I would.The staff was very disrespectful and this was one of my worse experiences, hands down.Ms. Kiki Pryce (branch manager) is Very Unprofessional and is not qualified to resolve conflict. Actually, she made the situation worse and basically taunted me along with her staff. She had no interest in delivering quality customer service.To add insult to injury when I tried to resolve the matter with upper management they was just as bad.Im under doctors care for a car accident and I was supposed to be picking up a rental from this location but I was treated so bad that I had to leave. I had to walk 1/4 mile back to the body shop with torn tendons in my foot. That walk was the most painful walk I ever had in my life.I have videos from the incident to show how in was treated. I sent some of the footage to upper management and they made a bunch of excuses for their behavior and sided with their staff in spite of the proof I had.Bottom line, NEVER rent from these people.Hard working Consumers shouldnt be treated like this when we spend our money with companies.The companies now have it backwards. They think that the customer needs them more than they need the customer.Stop patronizing these places.#CANCEL-ENTERPRISE-RAC

I experienced discrimination at this location. Here is the story: So I made a reservation for a rental pickup through my companys account. I was told to bring my drivers license and credit card information with me to pickup the vehicle.. On arrival the agent requested my credit card, and license which I gave him.. Few minutes later he requested for me to provide him my employment verification, I asked why he needed an employment verification, and he responded they have experienced a lot of people using fraudulent means to obtain discounts, and he needed to verify that I am not one of them.. I took offense to the request because he made an assumption that I wasnt employed by my employer, despite my companys account being listed on the the reservation; nevertheless, I tried to comply with his request, and he insisted that I provide a business card (Which I dont have), Email sent to me (Which I showed him, but wasnt enough to satisfy his request), Paystub that has my employer listed, or call my HR department to verify my employment... I called Enterprise corporate office and I was told it was against their policy to request employment verification and they would investigate the issue on my behalf, and I would be receiving a call.. I still havent received the call. .. And btw, I am an employed Black Male in case you are wondering. =)

Horrible customer service. Probably the worst enterprise center Ive been to. One of the employees (Sequan) forcibly added insurance to our account and charged us for it. The employee was extremely rude and did not care about customer satisfaction at all. Please avoid this center at all costs. Google, please give an option to add zero stars.

Disappointed in another frustrating experience with enterprise. 1. They weren’t accepting drop offs on Sunday so I had to pay for a full extra day to return on Monday 2. I had a free day rental coupon given to me from another bad experience in Arizona, but the Manager told me that I could only use that in Arizona (even though i was never told that when I received it). I’m not sure why he couldn’t just honor the free rental day as I couldn’t return the car at my expected time and I’ll probably never go back to Arizona. 3. The car smelled like cigarettes 4. I was given the car with the tank HALF full of gas. When I returned it half full, the guy made a comment about how it was a little less than half full, but he “helped me out” by waiving that cost...... i felt that was a little condescending. maybe if they had given me a full tank of gas then I could have filled it back up. I was just trying to get it as close to half full as possible, but it’s not like I can tell while I’m filling it up if it’s at half or not???

The overall experience with Enterprise has always been great. Its just that I made 4 separate reservations this month and apparently two of those reservations had cost associated with miles traveled. This was not mentioned while making the booking. This in turn almost doubled the cost of my reservations. Other than that, the services provided by enterprise in total has been great.

This was a good location for me. Close to my home. I had an accident and had a reservation for a car. I was a bit disappointed that they had no cars available on that day. I had to wait until the following day and ended up with a van not a car. The staff was very friendly . Great location not a lot of rentals or variety

I often rent Enterprise for business trips, as well as personal trips, all excellent. My experience with Enterprise was good. I walked in to Enterprise last minute and really needed a car. They were professional and quick. The only issues I had was my car smelled of wet dog and cigarettes, the seats were filled with spots. I really needed the car so I kept it for the weekend. When I returned the car, the manager (Martin) was very nice and professional. He made sure I was happy as a customer, he was able to discount one of days off due to the issues with the car. I really appreciate it!

This location is closed but the website doesnt tell you that. After making a reservation and taking a Uber to this location. Only to see no cars in the lot. Had to call the number on the gate and the lady said, yeah that location is closed and you have to come to the Beltsville office buy CostCo.That location also gets a 1 star as they are ex-termly unprofessional.

A great young gentleman trainee worked with me and even picked me up at my campground. The rental price for a week seemed much cheaper than airport rentals. Upon return the same nice trainee got the paperwork and bill right, and I went on my way without hassle. Great experience!

I truly can’t say enough good things about this Enterprise location. They were quick, courteous, and incredibly friendly. I worked with Tarik when I picked up my car, and Jordan when I called to extend my rental and return it. Tarik remembered me (and the make of the car I had lost in my recent accident!) as soon as I came in. Jordan even drove me home after the return, since I lived within College Park. All of the staff was professional and kind. I will definitely be back the next time I need a rental car. Would certainly recommend!

I do not use rental cars often – maybe once every two months. I use this Enterprise location exclusively. I first used it because it was very convenient – a short bus ride away and a bus stop just steps away from the office.Of course, being an Enterprise, they always offer to pick me up and drop me off – they always offer punctuation, but I find using the bus very easy.I have had nothing but great experiences with renting through Enterprise and with the staff at this location. Friendly, helpful, patient.

The location is a little small and their selection of cars are not as flashy, however the service was very good. I had a small problem and although I had to ask for a manager the staff were all very compliant and helpful. After helping to get my issue situated they went above and beyond to accomodate me. Dropping off the car was easy and painless. Would definitely rent here again.

Update: The manager Michael, who is here for more than a year is awesome! This place is really good now.2015-2016: The college park, MD office. They always never give the car the booking app shows you. They try to give the lowest model and the worst car they have and once you seem dissatisfied, they try to push you to upgrade to a better car. Cheap tactics. If you book a full size sedan, they give you an intermediate sedan and convince you this is a full size. The service is also very poor. Once i hired a car for a long journey and they gave me an SUV with the front glass full of bird droppings, couldnt clean at all and it was difficult to see the road in the nights. Everytime I go here, they take minimum 1.5 hours to give you the car and say some lame reasons as the car is getting ready or once we finish the customer we shall get you and sometimes, we lost the key and are searching. The drop off after you return your car also takes some 1.5 hours. They waste a lot of your time and money.

Due to a recall, had to use Enterprise and will be using this vehicle for quite some time. The staff were busy but helpful, and the car was clean.Did have an issue with the windshield wipers, noticed driver side wiper and assembly did not look right. Mentioned this to staff, said it was OK. OK was a missing piece of the plastic housing the blade and rubber wiper and it was not all together. They said it was fine. Now one month later, the wiper does not clear the rain completely and the passenger side wiper misses a good 4 inch swath. Now I have to go back and try to get it fixed, but I dont have a good feeling about their service.

I had a horrible experience at the enterprise in college park, md. I highly recommend everyone NOT to come to this enterprise. On of the sales reps gave a car to rent with a damaged windshield. There was a small crack in the windshield and the sales rep did not disclose this with me prior to renting out the vehicle for me. The crack was in a hidden location and when I came back to return the vehicle they accused me of causing the crack & charged me $230 plus tax and told me I couldn’t use the damage collision waiver insurance since I caused when I was driving. But where the crack was located it is impossible for a driver to cause that will driving. Long story short they ripped me off & scammed me for $230. DO NOT GO TO THIS ENTERPRISE PLEASE!!

I reserved a car in advanced for a Friday afternoon and arrived early to pickup. It was surprisingly busy and understaffed but you could tell the person at the front desk was trying to field all the customers and be efficient. Besides the long wait, I thought the service was really good. So my recommendation to others is to arrive 30-45 minutes before their reservation time, especially when its likely to be a busy day like before the weekend. The kia I rented drove well and was properly cleaned.

My rental experience was awful. I rented a car because my car was in a collision. A few days after getting the rental I get a flat tire. I take it to another Enterprise location to have them inspect it, they put air in it and send me on my way. Why not provide another vehicle? I insisted it was apparently a slow leak, but a new car was not provided. So of course, I get stranded, have to get roadside assistance, blah blah blah. Bottom line....learn to care for your customers safety...complete negligence. I wouldnt be surprised if they never fixed the tire and just passed it to the next unsuspecting consumer.

If I hadnt been picked up and taken here, I may never have found it. The building looks abandoned from the street, and the parking lot is in extreme disrepair. The car itself was so over-scented I knew it was to cover something up. Started to smell of old tobacco smoke by the end of the rental, seats were the worst (stained) that I have EVER had in a rental, Enterprise or otherwise. Also the first time ever I picked up a rental car with only 1/4 tank of gas. Had to hit a gas station immediately after pickup - definitely a detraction.To top it off, the key drop box is way off to one side in the dilapidated parking lot disguised as a metal post, not attached to the building or built into the door. No sign on the building directing customers to the box, either. I found another customer Sunday morning trying to drop his car so he could catch his flight but the customer service (national?) hotline told him that the location did not accept after-hours drop-offs and he would have to take the car to the airport location and pay an extra drop-off fee. I told him in that case I was taking my keys home with me and would mail them since I had been told there was a Sunday drop-off before I booked the reservation. Luckily (for Enterprise) I just happened to see the drop-box off on its own as I was walking away, and alerted the other customer. VERY stressful end to my previously relaxing weekend.This could have been a one-star rating - only giving a second star because the rental agent who picked me up was extremely polite, and the rest of the staff seemed to be on their game when I was in the office. Not sure what Enterprise is paying them, but theres no way it can be enough to compensate for working that location.

This place is disgusting. It snowed a week ago and there were still huge piles making it hard to get to the door - the parking lot had not been shoveled either. Inside there was trash on the floor and the place was just generally dirty. Service was fine, but the physical state of the building was unprofessional.

Very disappointed with the confusion & delays surrounding our advanced reservation & request for pickup. Due to process issues, we were delayed by 5 hours. Had we not requested a pick up, the delay would have been reduced to 2 hours.Enterprise bases their platform on pickups which should be a flawless process. It is not.

Enterprise was an hour late to pick me up; took me to office where I waited another 45 minutes for a driver to drive me another 45 minutes to another Enterprise office where I waited another 30 minutes for a rental truck instead of the small SUV I preferred because they were short on cars. 3 hours of wasted time!The return of the rental went splendidly, Im happy to say.

Supposed to be picked up for a priority pass reservation and stayed on hold for 10 minutes before the call finally disconnected out of pity and one of the employees at the body shop had to call someones personal cell phone to get them to come. If this wasnt set up by my insurance company, I wouldnt have bothered to deal with them at all.UPDATE:Upon reaching destination, Verizon was on site and all phone lines were truly down. My deposit was unnecessary large and I had to call my insurance to verify for them to drop the amount.

My insurance company choose them for my rental after an accident.There was a long wait for them to answer the phone, if they answered.There was a long wait in the office to get the car although it was already reserved.The car was not what my insurance requested. I needed a Mini Van and got an SUV. I was never asked if I minded the switch.They rushed to get the car rented as the car still had fast food trash in it.They did not allow any time for me to ask questions about the car I was rushed.The car showed that it needed an oil change about 3 hours after I rented it. I was told to take it to PepBoys for priority service and I did not get it.I waited 90 mins. even with making an appointment.Restitution?? a discounted two day rental if I ever rented a car for personal use. Which I never do. I am not at all pleased or impressed with this Enterprise.

So I say ok...but you guys know what cars need to be returned daily you could always give a courtesy call, right??The answer I dont know what cars needs to be returned everyday, your cost for 4 extra days is $180How if my daily rate was under $20?? She caught an attitude again and I was already frustrated so I told her to go ahead charge whatever thinking I will figure it out at the end.Hmmm...mind it all this conversation because I came in for safety reasons to have the tire checked.That is not it,at the time of returning the rental not only I was not acknowledged entering the building, the same lady kept helping other people and greeting other people while I was waiting.RUDE!!! But by then I already knew she didnt like me lolA gentleman finally went out to check the car and proceeded to check me out, but I think he was just starting out so had to ask same Tiera a questionI get my receipt and when I ask a question I get another dismissive answer it is on the bill( Tiera again)What customer service is that?You would think nightmare was over???Nooo...this people were trying to charge me an extra $100, the so called security deposit.Mind it no one ever explained to me their payment policy.Thankfully I called back at the location to speak with a guy and he explains.What didnt make sense to me is why I wasnt explained all this when I signed the rental agreement???And why do you charge me security deposit after I had already returned the vehicle, no damages whatsoever??Too much drama and attitudes.I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN.And who ever this lady is not sure If I spelled her name right needs to get some extra training and drop the attitude.I spent $700 at this location with this miserable customer service service.NEVER AGAIN!!!P.S Forgot to mention I had less than 1/4 tank gas when I first picked up car so I immediatelyhad to get gas and I returned vehicle with 1/2 or more, so you think I got credited??Think again

Never come to this enterprise, I had a horrible experience with one of the sales rep. His name is Joseph Prati he is the worse & is a theft, he tries to rip people off and does a very horrible job. Never come to this enterprise.

The shop had one person on the counter processing folk in, and two guys in the lot preparing cars for issue: it took an hour or longer to get checked in and an hour to get issued a car. Over two to rent a car was ridiculous. In addition the lobby was not set up to accommodate 40 waiting customers...they had 6 chairs.I had a reservation for 5 pm and finally got out of there around 7:20 pm. No considerationsense were given or offered. My vehicle return time was still 5:00 pm even though I actually got my car at 7:00 pm.

My experience with this location was totally miserable. Wrong gas level 3/4 full was noted as full tank. Had the car less than the days in which the insurance was willing to pay but held on to my deposit unnecessarily till they collected their money from the insurance company after a week. Very poor service to me period. AO.
