I want to rate this place higher, but man its expensive, there were no loaners for me, and the courtesy drop off had a few people ahead of me, so I had to Uber home. The service was good, and the rep who took care of me was good too. I guess you pay for the peace of mind of knowing if something goes wrong you can go back. Oh well the car runs good.

Just read the reviews and am surprised...I have been getting my Benz serviced here since they opened the location...Michael the Service dept mgr. and Paul Santamaria the service rep. have been professional and have serviced and my vehicles running like new at below average prices....Thanks Michael and the Team

Avoid this place, unless you love throwing money away. Typical dealership, full of the usual suspects. Stick with a local mechanic, youll do much better.

Fort Lauderdale Mercedes was more upfront and transparent. I won’t go to Coconut Creek any longer. Very disappointed with returned calls from Mary, the new service manager.
