Service Advisor was great, but the car wash guys and the young guys that initially write up your car needs more training. I spent $540 and could not get a decent car wash. Im never happy when I go to Vista BMW Coconut Creek

I made my appointment at 8 am and I was assigned to an advisor who wasn’t even in the building. At 830 the front desk lady decided to assigned me to another. Around 245 he called me saying the car was ready to be picked up. I came 15 min after he called me and the cashier lady said the car wasn’t ready yet. I waited another 40 min to finally get my car back. I had better service in my previous dealer for a non luxury car than here. This is the first service for my car and it was a bad experience. My next service will be at another dealer for sure.

Beyond disappointed with Vista BMW. After dealing with A1 Body and Glass, I had my vehicle towed to Vista BMW to fix my bumper. BMW treated my vehicle like a junk car; all the damaged car parts were thrown in my vehicle, my car windows were left rolled down for days (even when it was raining) and the mechanics would get in and out of my car without covering the oyster leather seats. Vista BMW tried to blame their neglect of my vehicle on other sources. Vista BMW attempted to restore my vehicle only to cause more issues and damage to my vehicle. My vehicle went in just for a hood and bumper alignment and now has been destroyed on the inside. Vista BMW even put on parts that do not even belong to my vehicle. Instead of replacing the leather interior after damaging it with grease they cover the grease with some kind wax substance making it a different color than what it was supposed to be. After I refused to accept my vehicle in this condition, Chris Petrillo (bodyshop manager) when so far as to threaten me with an $80 a day lien fee, if I didn’t pick up my damaged vehicle. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Vista BMW.

Jefry Rodriguez explained when I dropped the car off that they didn’t have any rentals and needed to put me in an Enterprise.I was then transported to the enterprise location amd when I arrived, there were literally 8-10 people ahead of me, Enterprise employees were rude, took forever, 2.5 hours from my service appt, (that’s right, I scheduled the service doesn’t make sense why they didn’t have a rental ready for me) I finally leave Enterprise, 2.5 hours of my day!I keep communication w Jefry, I have an i3, for some reason it always take longer than expected. 10 days later, Jefry tells me my car is ready, I pick it up and drop off the rental, should be the end of the story, but it’s where the problems begin.My wife tells me a few days later that Enterprise charged our account for a portion of the rental. I call Jefry and he tells me there was a mistake, that he fixed it and that I could expect a refund from Enterprise; I’m mad, cause I’m unemployed and limited $$ but I assume it should happen within a few days.Long story short, several phone calls to enterprise, who say they cannot help me it’s Vista’s fault, and Jefry telling me it’s Enterprise fault, still nothing.I call the manager of the Vista service department and leave a voice mail. He never called me back, and a day later Jefry calls me and explains he “fixed” the problem and that I should expect a refund.Eventually after waiting and nothing happening, I literally drive to the Enterprise location and a nice AA woman explains that she can do nothing, that There is a process between them and Vista and that they never extended or approved the “extra” days.Then I literally drive over to Vista, ask to speak to the service manager, Mike Shultz then approached me amd said the service manager was at lunch.After about 20 min of Mike speaking to the service manager (who wasn’t at lunch) and pulling Jefry into his office, Mike comes back and says, we fixed it in the system and Enterprise will be issuing me the refund.I said, “what?”, seriously? Vista messed this all up and I’m here, why not fix this by refunding me via check here? He explains that the process has already been initiated and he cannot do that.The rental car was returned in December 3rd, it’s the 28th now and Mike says it could take a week or so.Something tells me this isn’t the first time this has happened, people working at Enterprise says this happens a lot. Could this be a scam where most people don’t even notice? Idk, but what I do know is DO NOT TRUST VISTA BMW!!!!!STAY AWAYThey know nothing about customer service and there are other BMW dealers in the area, regardless of location/connivence, go to ANY other dealer, you have been warned.Everything I’ve written is 100% true

I purchased a vehicle and have been having service performed periodically. Up until recently I have excused the poor customer service and high prices. Additionally, in the past, when just a few days over the warrantee, having called for the appointment prior to expiration, they did nothing to helpThis time, scheduled an appointment. I did thankfully, get a loaner car which I do appreciate, as it took a full week to get a quote on the repair I needed.Needless to say, the quote was incredibly high.They were going to charge $100 for the battery replacement labor.This dealer service has consistent bad communication. Does not call when they say they will and generally poor customer relations.BMW is thought of as a high-end luxury vehicle. Unfortunately, this dealerships service department does not treat its customers the same.I have owned Lexus, Mercedes and other high-end vehicles. All of those service departments were far superior to Vista BMW.I should also note that this was at the Pompano beach location

Took my 2014 X3 here for an oil change. I came to this particular dealership because they had the most competitive price of any dealership in the area. While I was there the staff was very polite and patient. However, the overall feel of the dealership seemed a little less like a luxury car dealership and more like a really nice Toyota dealership.

Moved 2 years ago into the neighborhood and my wife and I were not exactly pleased with this location until we met service advisor Andrew Kryvonos today. This is our 5th BMW, and our loyalty at the previous location (Pembroke Pines) was due to an outstanding relationship with our service advisor Nelson (no longer there) and client advisor Frank (best sales rep). We will keep our loyalty to BMW coconut creek as long as Andrew is here. He is an exceptional man who goes above and beyond.

Have been coming to this BMW for years but have always regretted having a BMW. In there every other month to fix problems. How can that be if BMW is such high quality? I spend at least $2k a year on “repairs” which at this point I’m not so convinced we’re actually needed

Very helpful. Frank beyond Professional. Always kept me informed of my car process when getting serviced. No matter if it is for a day or for 4 days, they provided me with a loaner and was able to do my personal affairs without hassel or interruption.

I made an appointment in the morning for 1:30. The service man took me a little earlier and I left my car there. He said two hours and it was ready exactly when he said it would be ready. I picked up my car with no problem they brought it out right away. It was washed, and I waited while it was vacuumed. BMW service is expensive, but you sign up for that when you buy a BMW.

I had the worst experience with Frank and I will never do business at that location. I was in a fender bender and needed my car repaired and serviced. I requested a loaner vehicle for an appointment I made almost 2 weeks in advance when I went to my appointment at 10 am I was told no loaners were available. I was given a rental from Hertz and was told it would only be for a day. I called Frank 5 times and left messages on his voicemail and at the front ages and none of my calls were returned. I received a call from Frank 3 days later to tell me he couldnt repair my car I need to pick it up and take it to another location he could only service the vehicle.( I ended up with a rental for 13 days and because I budgeted for only one day I took the insurance on the rental and ended up having to pay $130 for the 13 days). I had to call pompano location of which the kind person told me they offered a vallet service and they would speak to Frank and have the vehicle taken to the Pompano location. I had exceptional service experience from Richard who is a great asset to BMW. I am very disappointed in Frank as unwanted costs were incurred to my experience. After I received my car from the Pompano location almost a week later Frank is letting me know I had a balance of $513 plus tax for servicing a cost he failed to discuss. Good customer service is ensuring that customers have full understanding of what is being offered, page by page, not just to seal the deal. Its also informing them of costs incurred before completion. If Frank had communicated my service charge I would not be in this uncomfortable situation of having an outstanding bill and also incurring a cost of $130 at Hertz.

I bought a BMW X1 recently and am very disappointed; dealer fees are outrageous and the X1 is a substandard vehicle for a premium price - controls and console are not use friendly, so many blind spots, NO backup camera (I knew this when buyer but - really?), and it has a very poor ride. After going through the user manual I was unable to figure out why the console screen kept coming up with tire pressure warnings and similar - turned out to be a software issue that they did NOT update before I purchased this vehicle. I have never been so disappointed in a vehicle that I paid a premium price for. My Mercedes was recently totaled and I could not find a comparable one so I went with a BMW. Big mistake.

I had an appointment at 12 just to rotate and balance the rubbers. It took 4 hours. I asked several times and they did not give me an explanation about my car. next time if I go I better have to leave my BMW. but I can not wait. because they are not careful with dating. They really are a good workshop. but they should value customers time better

Had the worst experience ever! I regretted when I thought that BMW would be a good option to buy tires, however, never believe the price they give you , because when paying the price is another, I had this experience and I felt cheated and I can not do anything at this time , no one helps you anymore, the seller (Mark OSullivan View of BMW Coconut Creek) He no longer responds to a call and the manager tries to tell me , that the seller was wrong with the price at the time of the negotiation, I think at this moment , it would not be my fault .... I only had to pay or leave the car there .... I leave this comment to help the next, please do not reply to my text, we are tired of being deceived!

Ive always had excellent experiences getting my M3 and X5 serviced at Vista. I split service on my cars between a trusted indy mechanic and the dealership, and have found that Vista is the best there is on the dealer side of things. The prices arent as crazy as I expected, and my service advisors have always been top-notch in terms of knowledge and communication.

This place is not ok. I regret I got a BMW.I got tire insurance and when I screw got into my tire I brought the car in and they said I was wrong. They said it was only a rock and with an arrogance told me I was wrong. Few hours later, flat tire.Came back to the store and they told me the the insurance wont cover because they dont have the screw.Now they want to plug a run flat tire one week old.I will have to make this a legal suit.Stay away from this place.

I received the worst customer service ever! Almost a week went by without a phone call to follow up on the service of my car. Once I finally called the service agent, I was told he would get back to me with whether or not my car was finished. When my car was finally finished with a basic service 9 days later, I was told that I would be charged $50 a day if I did not return the loaner immediately. Absolutely ridiculous! The service manager was also rude! I will NEVER come back for service!

I am very upset about dealer BMW. rips me off 2500$ in 4 year for my car repair including my engine replacement one. but last year i just bought 3000$ extended for my warranty there told me cover all my car problem. then last month they fixed my left Lamp sensor still cost me 900$ and told me the sensor not cover even my car has the warranty as well. today i have the same problem and Jeff told me i have to pay again. didnt take a look what they did repair last time. Right! This Car has too many sensor control. there have too much time issue with sensor cost from 500$ to 900$ to get done. i am so stupid and make big mistake to own the BMW. just return back to BMW lost the other 10000$ and get Japan car today.

I flew down from Alabama to buy what I thought was good deal on a used Nissan 370z with low miles from Vista BMW. While I waited on the paperwork to be done, my friend and I walked around the showroom and outside on the lot for 30 minutes. Many salespeople and staff walked past us but not a single person talked to us, which I thought was very odd. On the way home, I made it to Orlando and the car starting sputtering and cut off on the interstate. I was able to make it to a nearby Nissan dealership where they ran diagnostics and found $3000 worth of issues. I contacted Vista because I felt sure they would come up some solution to make the situation right. The manager refused to help in any way. I really want to believe that the salesperson, Richard Roe, and his manager, Armando Cuko, werent away of the issues but I have my doubts. Now I have to pay 100% of the repair bill and get the car back to Alabama. I hope not all of their cars have a 3 hour time limit before something major goes wrong. Do yourself a favor and have a 3rd party inspection done before purchasing ANY car from Vista BMW!

I would like to give a better score and review but after trying to communicate with financial services, manager and customer service after purchasing our car, my questions and concerns have not been addressed. We traded in our Mercedes for a BMW and there is still a balance owed on the Mercedes that BMW agreed to pay. I have tried to call financial services for over a month, left voicemails and no call back. I talked to the manager, not call back. Called again, the operator spoke to me and knew who I was and said hold on, and there was no answer. After contacting BMW numerous times because I have not had a call back, and now creditors are after me for payments on the Mercedes, I am furious. I do not recommend Vista at Coconut Creek. JC our saleman was great, but other than that, no good. disappointed.

One of the best service encounters in my adult life!VISTA BMW is professional all the way from the sales experience to service team.. I am impressed. My new BMW is so advanced the on-board computers can test everything from filters to oil level to tire pressure and remotely schedule service through BMW Connect.My fav is the BMW remote app...I can sound the horn in the parking garage to find the car - use the remote to being the car to a comfort temp before I return to the car after a lunch with clients very sophisticated and way, way beyond my 2016 Cadillac XTS. systems and much more user friendly.

WORST COLLISION CENTER EVER, ALL LIES AND EXCUSES, AND THIS IS IF THEY RESPOND TO YOUR PHONE CALL. THEY STILL GET THEIR LEASE PAYMENT IN FULL ON TIME! I suppose at this point its fool me twice shame on me. I had a horrible expierence getting a door handle replaced under warrenty here but went back for recall repairs and a key issue with my husbands car. Though they completed the recall repairs in a timely fashion no one ever called me with an update. I had to call 3x to get any clarity. Finally they said it was an issue with the key which we had just purchased. Claiming it had to be initialized for which they charge $192 on top of the $450 already paid for the key. I said no thank you and requested to come get the car. I asked they have it ready and waiting. After having it over 24 hours they are now suddenly trying to do diagnostics for the issue with the key while Im sitting there. They had ample time to do this or notify me. Then they are claiming something even more costly was wrong with the actual car. More run around. I took the car which was not cleaned and smelled like gasoline and body odor inside. I will never return here for service, warrenty, or recall work. Even though it is the closet dealer I will go out my way to return to Braman BMW. This kind of poor communication, shotty diagnostics, and lack of attention to detail make me think my next car should be a Volvo. After owning 5 BMWs they are rapidly loosing me as a customer.

Pretty disturbing service, and no body cared big time, obsolete nonsenseThe car was brought in on 14 November , it had 48420 miles with issues with the seat calibration as well as suspension sound from the right side. Andrew, the service advisor said initially that he will call the next day to advise what is wrong what needs to be done , then the next day called and said that they have not worked on the car , the next day did not answer the phone nor called , then the next day , then the next day , on Saturday November 20 we had to come and take the car, and surprisingly nothing ... nothing was done to the car. Another service advisor Jessy said well, our top guy is looking at the car so it takes time. I replied that it should not take 6 days to diagnose a seat calibration issue or suspension or anything of that sort. He replied well if you say soPretty disturbing service for a big dealership.At the end of the day we picked up the car after 6 days of wasted time and driving a non BMW loaner.John Husom, it will be much appreciated if you take a look at this case, since I will be also giving my input at BMW headquarter.Thank you

Yes Frank I will never return there for any kind of service.They let my battery drain to the point of not starting by leaving the hazard lights on and then try to get me to buy a battery from them.Can’t even acknowledge that it might be their fault.Service manager could not even get out his office to assist with the situation.

February 2017 This was the first and the last time that I will ever go to Vista BMW. NEVER BUY A CAR HERE ESPECIALLY NOT FROM ASPI.He Said that if I buy the car now they will buff out a mark on the vehicle after purchase but would not honor it after I signed. Just lie after lie after lie and does care about his customers after they sign. The manager just said he cant control what his salesman does and just to buy from a different salesman next time. Oct of 2014 I conducted business with Vista BMW in coconut creek who ripped me off for $10k on a 2013 328i. I trusted Renee who is now the finance manager. Scary!!! I emailed corporate and they never responded and I reported them to the BBB also never responded. Not good from such a large company. Dont trust this dealership!! RUN

Steer clear unless you like that old fashion slimy car salesman feeling. I was in the market for a M5 and inquired about a 2015 they have. I live 4 hours away so wanted to finalize the deal as much as possible before making the drive out. On February 7th I was able to work out a trade in deal with the sales representative Frank. Since then Ive never had to work so hard to purchase a vehicle. Needing to ask multiple times for status updates and pictures of the vehicle. Part of the deal was getting it CPOed which it did and went for final detailing. At that point the detailers found a leak on one of the shocks which I didnt find reassuring. Frank said the part would take 2 weeks and I was fine with that. On February 18th I was finally sent pictures of the car and was told the car was sitting out and had other people interested. This is where I started losing any trust I had remaining as I couldnt figure out why the car is still for sale. I had offered to put a deposit on the car immediately after the deal was made on February 7th pending pictures. Since I didnt get the pictures until February 18th I wanted to move forward with the deposit. Frank sent me the deposit form and I immediately sent it back. Several hours later I received a call from the sales manager Aspi saying that “shop costs” have increased and now the car would be another $1k over agreed upon price. I was in complete shock as to why I am just learning about these new costs even with the vehicle under warranty. Aspi called back and said he was able to lower it to $500 more but at this point I have lost complete faith and told him I was no longer interested. As a business owner it blows my mind why a company would pull something like this on a $75k deal.
