Ken is the absolutely best salesman ever!! However, dont trust the finance team, educate yourself prior to going that dealership. The sales manager is extremely aggressive. The finance team will try to take advantage of you big time otherwise. You can have a near perfect credit score, but theyll try to get you financed with a rate thats at least 5% higher than your credit worth which will cause you to have a higher monthly payment and more money for the bank, regardless of your down payment. Get a pre-qualified interest rates and lender before going there. Finally, read and understand all the narratives before signing and agreeing to anything. Double and triple check everything, theyll would constantly try to take advantage of you in the finance room. Make sure to have a plan B, and be willing to walk out of their door if youre not pleased. If it wasnt for the salesman, they would have gotten 1 star.

Not much happy with my last visit. I specifically listed what needs to be done, and while the critical issues had been fixed, the simple ones were missed i.e. car wash. I was offered a car wash, but it was already very late at the time. The service desk also informed me of the issue around 330m pm because I called, had I not called to follow up, they probably would have missed calling me further prolonging the service.I am not blaming any one in particular, I think the issue is larger, i.e. they needed more people during the weekends to serve customers in a reasonable time. In the past, similar work has been completed in 2hrs time, from drop off to pick up. My last visit took more then 6hrs, unacceptable.

I went to have the 10,000 miles service done to my car. I left it at 8 am and 4 hours later when i went back (they said it was ready for pick up) I see the car was not washed (which was included in the service package I requested). I tell the employee and he said it will take 5 mins to have it clean. I knew in 5 mins they will not do a very good job but I didnt want to make a big deal about it. Once he comes back with the car, it was all wet!! I asked the employee if he really was going to give me the car like that? he looked at me as if I was being to fussy and with a bad attitude he went look for a towel to dry the car (I would have prefer to take the car all wet, he did an awful job) and of course they did not vacuum it. Not happy at all with the attention, service, and employees

This was the worst car service I have ever experienced. They were rude from the beginning. They are very lazy, rude, unfriendly. Quoted me a different price even though I requested a written estimate. Alex said that he needed to hold both my car fob and key or else the car would go into valet mode, which means that after 4 uses, it would lock up. I asked Mazda USA about this feature and they said that there is no such feature. Alex lied.They claimed that they were done with my car within 30 mins of me dropping it off. I had to ask them how they finished so fast, and if they rotated the tires? No response. So I went to pick up my car 4 hours later and nothing had been done with it. The inspection paperwork was completely blank and Its not even washed. So I asked them what was done, they had no clear response. I asked them to fill out the inspection report according to what was done, and thats when they finally spent 20 minutes inspecting my car.Then, after I had been waiting all that time on my lunch break, Alex then held and threatened to keep my house keys and car keys until I gave him my credit card. Extortion and Trash.

Absolutely amazing service. I went in on a Sunday evening around 4:30 with a small down payment, an old trade, and not so great credit. I left around 6:30 with an awesome SUV! My 1st service experience was excellent. There were problems, but only with the after-market service warranty I had purchased through another dealership; not with Lou Bachrodt. Martin and I had to work together to get them to honor their warranty responsibilities. Im even happier with my RX8 now that I have a solid dealership so close to home in Pompano. 5 Stars!!!

Only negative was that the waiting area was bit dull.Yes a TV or was it two but not very comfy/relaxing...had better experiences in waiting rooms at other dealers. But overall the service experience was a good one

The service I encountered was the best I ever had. I run a resort on Fort Lauderdale Beach and just dont have the time to wait for hours for an oil change which was my experience in the past from one of your other dealerships. I called and asked if there was anyway they could fit me in and when he asked can I come now I was thrilled. When I arrived he arranged to take my car right there and then and promised would have in 45 minutes. Then challenged the technician as to fast they could accommodate me. feeling skeptical my husband and I went to the grocery store because I knew better than to be dropped off. WOW, less than 45 minutes later got the call that my car was ready. Big kudos to your team who were extremely professional and didnt even make fun of me when I called and said that my oil light was still on and come to find out it was my cruise control light, embarrassing! Thank you, thank you so much!

The salesman tricked me. After I asked him many times what is going to happened with the Honda Civic that Im trading in, he said more than 5 times not to worry, he will take care of everything, he said that after we signed the lease contract we are not responsible for the car (Honda Civic) anymore. After 21 days the car still sitting on their parking lot with some damages and now they want me to sign a document saying that Im responsible for a car that who knows what else happened there for more than 20 days.

Three strikes. I’ll never go back. I was quoted a written price and agreed to buy a Mazda CX-9. (1) while processing paperwork I found out the price was only valid if financed via Mazda. (2) then I find out dealer prep costs was not included either. Adam said he would make it up with a free floor mat for the back and free oil changes. So when I go back to the dealer for the first oil change, there was no record of a free oil change. After discussions with Mo, service finally provides the free oil change. I just went back for my second oil change and there was still no record for any free oil changes. I was told to come back tomorrow when Adam would be back. That was strike 3. To make matters worse, they put a window sticker showing when the next oil change is due, but it doesn’t match the interval listed in the owners manual or the reminder alert in the front dash. Of course, the dealer wants to sell more oil changes, so they want you to come back sooner. Or the oil from the dealer doesn’t match what Mazda recommends, Either way, not what I would expect from a Mazda dealer. I guess that is strike 4.

Tremendously convenient location for me. I had a 30K mile service done on my CX-9. It was done quickly and, as far as I can tell, well. Staff was also very friendly. I will definitely be going back.The only thing I would add is that Gunther Mazda washed the exterior of my car prior to returning it to me for a service appointment prior to this one. This is my second CX-9, however, and out of the 5 or so different Mazda service centers Ive used in New York and Florida, Gunther is the only one that did that.I cant take off stars for the fact that Bachrodt didnt perform that service, but it is REALLY nice to get a shiny car back at the end of it all.

My wife took her Mazda 6 to this dealer because of a handful of recalls. No lights were illuminated on her dashboard (except washer fluid light). After replacing both front airbags they texted her that her check engine light and airbag light were on and tried to sell her a $160 diagnostic (I have all the text messages saved). When I got a hold of the phone and replied stating no lights were on and that they needed to figure it out, the rep (Alex) told me he drove the car back into the mechanics bay and that he would need another day - apologized and said he would have the mechanic fix it. Next day comes and now he cleared the engine light (admitted that the mechanic left a sensor unplugged) but the airbag light is persistent and tried to sell a diagnostic again for $160 for something that was not on to begin with. These are shady business tactics and I wont stand for it. I work in the automtives industry as well and I will not let anyone try to take advantage of my wife. I want the manager to give us a call, give us a courtesy rental, and fix the problem once and for all. Also, coach your team on integrity and ethics. I looked at the work order and I have a copy of it, there is no page signed by my wife stating that the airbag light was on before, but there is a page that has a spot for her to sign that says the airbag light was on prior to service - did you guys do this to cover yourselves? Because there is no signature by my wife on that page, also we refused to sign the final order because this problem was not present before your mechanic touched our car.

Emil Ghandour has done nothing but harass me and my girlfriend about them needing more money.. we spent 5k at the dealership for fees and months payment. Blew up our phone telling us to send our credit card info so he can take another 1600$ claiming that we owe a monthly payment when we just paid our first month payment. we said we would pay gm financial if we owe money then he tells us no we cant do that and we have to pay him at the dealership.. If this harassment continues further action will be taken. He needs to be suspended/fired for his actions

Can be a little long of a wait, but the waiting room is comfortable and the employees are friendly. Plus, its nothing more than what I would expect to wait for at any other service department. They have free WiFi, coffee, vending machines, and if you really get bored, there is a plaza walking distance away.

I bought my Mazda CX-5 there and had a pleasant experience and the first service of the vehicle also went well. I took it back for the follow up service oil change and that went well at first too but then I noticed that my oil change due service light came on and so I booked another appointment to take it back to get that taken care of. Before my appointment however I received a survey to rate my experience with the oil change service that was done on the vehicle. While I was happy with the service I didnt rate is a 10 because I now have to make a separate trip back up there 20 miles away from my home to fix this remaining issues that should have been completed when I was there. I then receive a call from some women who started to harass me because I didnt rate the service a 10 and then told me to quote never come back again. Well I always thought customer surveys were designed to let you know your experience both good and bad with the place that you went to so you can improve things if there is an issue but I guess in their case they dont want you to complete this survey unless everything is perfect. This has soured my whole experience with this dealership and I will not go back there and this will definitely prevent me from recommending this company to friends which I was happily doing before this incident. Might be a good idea that if you have a customer service dept. survey you might actually want to use it for REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE FEEDBACK!!!

Lou bachrodt coconut creek is where this happened: Car buying experience was better than expected. No qualms with service, particularly, for the 1st svc of an oil change, rotation and a car wash. It takes only one disrespectful act to tarnish the whole experience. I received one transponder at purchase. I could not persuade myself to pay $175 for a transponder, $25 for the key inside the transponder, and $115 to program the transponder to this dealer. I purchased the transponder and key, manufacturer specified, from another source. The service mar offered a discount to program it but then the key was switched and they said they couldnt do it. Told me that a notch in the key, the bogus key, would not fit the machine to cut it and that it would then not allow the computer to program the transponder. If that sounds stupid, it did to me too. When I said that this black key in my grey transponder wasnt the right key and that isnt how I presented it, I was blown off with... we didnt change it....now whatever confidence I had, has been pulverized and Id caution anyone in working with Lou Bachrodts parts dept and the service writers and the service manager, too. I will not return. If they didnt want to do it, could have simply said so. Instead, offering a discounted rate to destroy my trust and swindle my transponders key is underhanded and mean!

Worst place for financing. . no organization, Andrea in the finance department is a joke. we had to make our first payment to the dealership, which then made us late with the loan department. after making payment to dealership , we then had to show proof that payment cleared before Lou Bachrodt would even make a payment. We showed them front & back of check cleared thru our online account at our local bank.needless . lets see if the GM Howard is able to assist us. stand by for an update 1/23/2017

I just brought a brand new 2018 Mazda 3 a little more than a week and ago. When I drove off the lot I felt a slight vibration in the steering wheel as I was braking but I chalked that up to the car had been sitting and I needed to break it in. It kept doing it but after a week of city driving but as I was exiting the expressway, the entire steering Wheel was shaking as i applied the brake to slow down to a stop and my passenger actually felt. I called them immediately and was told to come in on Monday. Of course I was highly annoyed bc I shouldnt have to go back to the dealership for a brand NEW car. They checked the car out and found excessive rust on the front rotors and they needed to be resurfaced. Mind u I had to go find this out after they had already started the process bc no one came to tell me after 2 hours of waiting. I alerted the sales manager who helped sell me the car and he tried to fast talk me by saying it was brake dust and that the car wasnt shaking and that irritated me even more bc I know the difference between brake dust and rust. Low and behold when I got the invoice it said excessive rust. I left the dealership bc I needed to work and its braking smooth now. Now my issue is that I feel every bump and dip in the road and my car is pulling to one side which more than likely means it needs balancing or a realignment. I love the car but I havent even had a chance to enjoy it. I should have followed my first instinct and went elsewhere bc at this point Im not happy and no one seems to care.

We requested an internet price and got an out the door (OTD) price by Anne-Marie Robinson (see attachment). We agree to the quote and went to close the deal and pay for the car. After all the paper work was completed, Alex Marin, sales manager for GM, comes in and says there has been a mistake and they forgot to add the sales tax. I replied that wasnt the case and show them the email with the agreed quote. I argued that they have to deliver the car as agreed because that was the law. His reply was says who...we have the right to make mistakes no deal was done because no money was exchanged I told him was wrong and I left... UNETHICAL PEOLE THAT ARE NOT WILLING TO KEEP THEIR WORD !!! STAY AWAY !!!

The customer service consultant i dealt with Buddy Singh was excellent he did everything he could to make sure my needs were taken care of. great guy hard worker and really cares about his clients! 10/10 for the customer service representative he gets 5 starsHowever my sales agent that originally sold me the car is a snake, he had told me when i had purchased the car that i had until 100k miles of factory warranty but he failed to mention to me that it was going to expire 2 months after i bought the car. He took advantage of the fact that im young and inexperienced in purchasing a vehicle on my own. I went to this dealership to get a lease. The salesperson, Michael Chacon, treats you like you are an idiot and do not know anything.We came to an agreement on a deal when someone named Alex got involved and then all of a sudden I could not get financed for that deal but they would sell me the car for a price that was super high?? I immediately said no. This occurred on a Saturday and my boyfriend gets contacted on Monday to go back in to work something out? I am 9 months pregnant! Why could something not be worked out at the time? I found this to be very inconsiderate on their part. It honestly seemed like they just wanted to go home and were not interested in getting the deal closed.

You may be able to get a good deal here versus the other Mazda dealers in South Florida, because this place is so horribly run that they are desperate for the sale. Place is a joke of a dealership. Outdated, ugly, and too few employees who know what theyre doing... I feel sorry for Mazda corporate. If the heads of the company in Japan saw the way the cars are delivered here theyd shut this place down in an instant. Toyota and Lexus are NOT as dependable and reliable as the 2014+ Mazdas but at least at Hendrickson and JM they know what they are doing.

Had my car fix from the auto body shop they said one week will be done 3 weeks later was fix and they new my AC was not working and didnt tell me at all I came back and the auto body shop said go to service and the service guy said go to back to the body shop!! In April of 2016 i went in due to i was given a call for an approval for a loan. first amount given was false but didnt care . but i was being taken care of by Mike first i believed everything he said and second i told him what i was looking for and what i was willing to pay he got me that. but totally awful i was promised by him that everything would be fixed in the car even wrote everything out only thing that was done when they kept the van was fix a damaged hood now we are going into July have a car the brakes squeak car still has pet hair and what sort of other thing and its still marking same error message i originally told him this is unfair. i am mother of 4 kids working hard trying survive and the rest and to be treated like this is unfair and unbelievably next step BBB TO REPORT THIS .
