This company is not professional at all. I set up an appointment and when their tech got to my house, he didnt complete anything. The tech was at my house in the backyard for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, he stated that he cant do anything to fix my AC because its still under warranty. I stated that the AC was not under warranty and he argued and said that it was. (I would know better, Im the homeowner and know my warranties.) The tech left, so I called the office. After providing proof that the AC was not under warranty, they told me that I needed to find someone else to get my repairs done. What a waste of time.

The technician was sloppy with his work. Not only did he leave the lights on in the attic, but he didnt close the backyard gate all the way when he left. If I didnt check the gate before letting my dogs out, they couldve got loose.

Our AC went out Sunday evening, we called a so called 24hr service, left our info and never heard back. We were very concerned about our 2 mo old in 100 degree heat so Mon morning I started calling other companies and was told a tech could come in 2-4 days. When I called L&S and explained my situation, Sue said she would definitely fit us in same day. 3 hours later Jared showed up and saved the day by replacing our condenser. I was so happy with the promptness, level of care and price. Thank you!

I called on a Saturday morning and received a call back right away from Sue. She was very kind and helpful and sent a technician over within the hour. The technician was very knowledge and helpful. Found the problem right away and got our air back on. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone . High marks for professionalism, kindness and a job well done!!

Needed to get my house AC completely replaced along with the ducting, my existing unit was old and just wasnt cutting it any longer. Called around, and L&S was one of the vendors I talked to. It was a breeze working with Sue on getting a quote. She was able to send some one out and look over my existing system. I decided to go with their recommendations.Installation took about a week total, as the workers had to deal with a rainy schedule at the time. They arrived each day in a timely matter and were professional to deal with.I have now had the unit installed for 4 months now and it is a night and day difference from the old one to the new one. It has really made a difference in the hot Fresno summer. I highly recommend them for your AC needs.

Had a great experience with L&S. Our AC unit went out. They were able to get their technician out the next morning and we were cooling off again in no time. Sue and Jared were both very professional and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend them for ac service.

I called L&S because I prefer to deal with local independent businesses whenever possible. Sue was pleasant on the phone and said shed send a tech out in a couple of days to check my A/C that wasnt cooling properly. The tech showed up as promised, filled the system with refrigerant and checked for leaks ($249). He discovered a leak in the condenser coils which did not surprise me as the unit was 35 years old and due for replacement. I called Sue back and asked for an estimate on a new system and she said shed send one but I never heard from L&S again.I ended up buying and installing a new heater and air conditioner myself for about $2200. Probably saved myself $4,000 - $5,000.

The company is very professional and always tries to provide the best customer service to their clients. I would highly recommend. They replaced our Air conditioning unit a few years ago and its been working wonderfully during these hot summer months!

They have great service and good pricing I would definitely recommend them.

Our heater broke down in the middle if winter. L and S sent someone over the same day as our call. Jared was courteous and efficient in repairing our 25 year old Lennox heating system. Overall wonderful service. We will be calling them for routine maintenance from now on as well. Thank you L and S!

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star .. They kept setting appointment with us and Canceling at the last minute! All why we waited for 4 days in 100+ degree weather! Then called and said they were to busy sorry! The lady on the phone is very rude and if I were you I’d never call this place for service.. most likely won’t show up anyway! Jerks!!

The team is great. They have always done a great job for me and for the people I have recommended them to. If you have heating and AC issues this is the place to land.

They came the same day and was able to find the problem with my furnace. Jared even called around and was able to get the part on warranty and saved me ton. Great job, I recomend them.

These people in joke. Half the time they Show up to the job with out the proper tools. The first time a guy showed up with out a ladder to get on the house and he smells like alcohol
