Had problem, a leak, on a Friday afternoon. Called them. They came about 5:30. Man was pleasant and got right to work. Fixed the problem quickly. Reasonable bill. I highly recommend them

They serviced my freezer unit with freon. two months later they were back to reservice unit after i paid over $550 for the last visit. the repairman said i had a leak in the condenser coil and he had no stop leak and he was not going to solder it. leaving me with a bill for over $350. they sent me a quote for over $4000. called the owner Dwayne, he stated my options were to pay them the 4000 or buy a new one. tried to remind him that i already paid them over $900 with nothing to show for it. he hung up..Wish there were other options. cant give them a zero star rating.. they showed up.

Wes came out this morning coils frozenHe said he would be back at the end of theday and recheck the system. It was wellafter 5pm when Wes returned. You couldnot hope for better service.

Claiborne has kept me warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The company I purchased my heater/ac from were local ,rude, and did not want to service it . I called Claiborne and I would highly recommend them to everyone ! Only call Claiborne if purchasing a new unit or wanting an existing one serviced !!! I had an issue with a freezer and called them for an estimate only to compare with an estimate I received from another company. Claiborne was nearly double the price so I went with another company, naturally. I then received a bill for $95 for a service call. They did not service anything. I understand companies have a minimum service call fee to come out, but they failed to tell me this and I have never heard of it applying to an estimate without diagnosing or trouble-shooting. I called the service manager, Dwayne, to make sure he was aware of what happened and asked if I still needed to pay--I was more than willing to if need be. Of my 7 months in Clovis so far, I do not think anyone has been as rude as an individual and ignorant to customer service. They might be a good company and I just had a bad experience, but I will not ever use them for our facilities. Kindness and smart customer service could have EASILY made all the difference. Lost a business customer with 20 AC units and dozens of refrigerators and freezers. Guess they are doing well enough not to need new business.

Super fast response, super friendly crew!

I discovered that I had a major water leak on Sunday night at my meter. I called EPCOR Water immediately. They turned water off and informed me the leak was on my side of meter.My responsibility! I called Claiborne the next morning and by 12:00 PM Daniel had made repairs and I had water once again!!! I can’t express enough how pleased I am. Claiborne has been there before for me and once again they came through, repaired my problem and exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Honest company. Couple years back we were told we need a new everything. Had Claiborne come and give an estimate and they told us that we didnt need new. They fixed our compressor and cleaned the main inside. Nice people. They do charge per mile.

After getting quotes from other HVAC companies to fix my AC and improve the duct-work, Claiborne (namely Ken) was the only one that clearly explained the rational behind the recommendations. Kens years of experience makes him an expert. I believe they are honest and sincere about doing quality work for their customers. In a small town such as Clovis, they get to pay a premium for such quality and professionalism. I believe it is worth it. Oh, and the ladies in the office are absolutely wonderful. We no longer live in the area but were sure to stop by to say hi when we recently passed through. As a home owner, Claiborne is one of Clovis finest treasures. This may sound exaggerated unless youve owned a home in Clovis and realized how difficult it can be to find a tradesman who will even answer your call or respond to a voicemail.

Our furnace went out Saturday morning. Claiborne responded within 1 hour. Victor, their tech was very knowledgeable and in less than an hour had it diagnosed as a bad combustion fan. Monday morning parts were on order and Wednesday, Eve of Thanksgiving, Victor completed the repairs. For a small town of 38,000 people, this is exceptional service. I am truly grateful, as extreme cold weather will hit us Friday with below freezing temperatures throughout the day. Labor hours were reasonable and fast service was provided, I am really impressed. Thank you Claiborne and Victor for getting my furnace back in order quickly!

One of the worst companies I have ever been referred to. Our air conditioner is out in a house we just bought. The sellers chose this company to fix it because they are paying for the repairs. Their secretary said they would come fix it yesterday and weve been waiting for two days for them to come. Needless to say Im never using them again!
