Brought my truck here. Was welcome and felt comfortable. They went over everything. Gave me a price. I asked time frame. They said about 2 weeks. And asked for a deposit of $2500 which I gladly gave. After 2 months of not hearing from them I called them. They said I’d get a call back. Never did. Emailed. No response. Kept calling no answer.Finally got a call back from the owner who claimed to have called me and phone went to voicemail. (Why wouldn’t you leave a voicemail if you called me). Why wouldn’t they email me?? It seems very sketchy and I wasn’t comfortable. Anyway when he called I asked him what the status of my truck was. After telling me originally it would take bout 2 weeks, now it has been 2 months. And he said another week before even starting. That was ridiculous. Asked for my money back and picked up my truck. There are too many good people out there who would appreciate a good paying honest customer than to deal with a company like this who pushes honest customers off with no communication. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.

I havent even gotten through the door yet! I need rechroming done on some interior pieces for my car. Premier is in the same town where I live, in Clifton, NJ. I thought that this was great; I didnt have to travel too far or mail the pieces. I arrived in person and the receptionist was gracious, but wasnt able to get the manager to see me. I was told my message would be passed on. I never got a call back. I guess theyre not really interested in my business. Either theyre overwhelmed or disorganized or both. I dont understand. Such a shame!

This is not some cheap repair shop. Its a specialty business and theyre very good at what they do. Id recommend Premier to any classic car owners who need someone to work on their vehicle.
