My boyfriend and I went last Sunday to set up our account. We were promptly greeted, given a tour and informed on how everything works by Ashley. She was fantastic, patient with our hard of hearing because of the masks and professional. We really enjoyed our experience getting storage with her!

I had to get a storage unit last minute not knowing what to get or how to go about the whole process. I picked it all online and when I got to the location realized 1 the size was off and 2 wanted to switch the location for easy load and unload. Ashley helped me and was unbelievably patient and kind with my husband and I. She showed us options and had to do the work twice to accommodate our crazy requests. So happy I picked this location over any other in the area. So clean and well maintained.

I needed a last minute storage unit, I called many local places they didn’t have the size I needed. Ashley was amazing help, she gave me a call back saying that a unit came up! I was able to get to the facility before closing, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. The place was very clean! This is the go-to place for storage!

Well I was looking for a place to park my food cart and I called immediately got a quick response in firm answer in pricing on a parking spot the young lady Ashley stayed 20mins extra for me because I was running late. I was in and out the next month I purchased another parking spot (chicken and waffles on wheels) just wish storage spots had discounts or deals. Great employees, always going the extra mile

So far my experience has been, well lets just say not good. My phone number was input incorrectly, the we thereby my move into this facility is now put back two months, PLUS the offer of MOVE services was miscommunicated. As a result, I am now going to have to pay WAY more money than I thought this was going to be. Im waiting for a phone call or communication from facility manager to either offset MY cost, or Im simply out of there. All other reviews are correct. New clean facility, friendly staff, but incorrect communication by one staff member is ruining this what I hoped would be a better experience.

So I went in the beginning of the month to rent a storage unit and my fiancé and I decided to upgrade to a bigger storage and since we were not moving everything immediately the guy said that we had 21 days to have the storage on hold and then move in so we said OK. I get a call today saying that the storage that we had on hold was given away to someone else and if we wanted a bigger storage unit which we didn’t need and that meant we had to pay more money. If that was the case then I would have spoken to my fiancé and asked him if you wanted to just move everything in sooner even though we were not ready so we lost out on the storage unit and I have to start back from square one even though we need one by next week. I guess business needs are more important than building customer relations especially in a new facility and this is the first time that I am renting a storage unit and that left a bad taste in my mouth.
