My family used this company for years when Bill ran it. We had the company out pretty much every year to trim or remove trees. He has stepped aside and now Anthony runs it. I had them remove 3 trees and some underbrush as well as grind out some stumps they were unable to complete last year.Unfortunately, they chopped down a tree they should not have. It was a blue spruce that had been a family Christmas tree at least 40 years ago. I am still horrified. They promised to replace the tree, obviously with a smaller one. They have not. So I am left with a giant mulch circle, having freshly mulched it this year (which should have been clue number one not to chop it down), and I can see through to the unsightly area of my neighbor’s yard that the tree obstructed.They had always been a 5 star company to me but this error and their failure to even try to fix it sadly speaks volumes about what it has become.Updated: after hiring another service this year, we noticed that Top Notch didnt fully remove a tree last year. They took out one half but the trunk had two parts and they left the second part. Awesome! Additionally, I had to pay to have the large area graded where the old spruce was that they mistakenly chopped down and didnt replace. Hiring them was a very, very costly mistake. Beware

Estimate approx 6 wks ago was done in timely manner but still waiting on bucket truck to be repaired in order to start job. Truck repaired and job complete! Good job ! Thanks👍

They were on time very professional cleaned up everything very courteous reasonable price and I will use them again thank you top notch
