I had the best experience today with Ali and his crew. They came by to trim my ancient maple and did so quickly, efficiently and left absolutely no mess. I was completely blown away by the teamwork and professionalism. The price was fair and Ali even hung a chain for my chandelier! I wish I could post a photo... My neighbor was so impressed he asked for help with one of his trees. I know I’ll be calling Swift Tree Service for all of my future tree related maintenance and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I contacted Swift via phone on June 4th. The following week I hadn’t heard back so I contacted them via the web form. No response until June 18th when Ali called from my driveway telling me he was here to give me a quote. Perfectly nice, showed him the job and he gave me a verbal estimate. The last week in June I called to let him know we wanted to book him and asked that he email me a written quote for the job. On July 1st I emailed asking for a written quote because I didn’t hear back from the week prior. Getting no response, on July 20th I emailed yet again asking for a written quote and to get on their schedule. Then on July 22nd at 8am (mind you it’s been radio silence since June 18th) Ali calls telling me they can come by and do everything that day. Feeling slightly desperate to get everything done and knowing they were the least expensive, we went for it. They did good work, cleaned up well, etc. my fiancé paid the bill that day with the understanding that within the next “week or so” they would be back to grind the stumps. Every week since then we’ve asked when they’re coming to grind the stumps and been told next week. As I write this it’s September 11th and the stumps are still here. Ali did respond to my fiancé at the beginning of the month saying he had been injured and that someone would be by that week to grind the stumps. Needless to say, that hasn’t happened. Ali is kind, his team did good work, and they were very affordable, but the unprofessionalism is getting unbearable.

The guy showed up late. Gave me a price of 1600.00 dollars. He was to cut 6 branches. He had the nerve to state that he wouldnt touch these trees for less than that. I asked for less work for lower amount and was refused. Whats plain to b seen doesnt need to b explained. The color of your skin plays a big factor in this company. To my brothers and sisters stay away from this company. Thats my opinion.

This was a small job which simply required cutting up a limb which had fallen during the heavy snow storm.There was also a pile of small branches which I had cut off and asked Swift to dispose. I had watched them take down a large tree across the street from us. They were very careful, and I was impressed with their work. Since I am a perfectionist, this is high praise. Swift Tree Service removed a 40’ tree from my back yard. Ali and his team avoided any damage to nearby landscaping, they were professional and did a great job cleaning up the brush.

We’ve used Swift twice now & they were quick in their initial response to our request for a quote then in their ability to schedule quickly (first time they actually came out same day & took down a dead tree) then after a heavy winter storm brought down many large branches on a near 50 ft tall pine tree, they came out in 2 days & took it down completely in a couple hours. A large branch broke on my parents willow tree. Called late Saturday evening and left a message. Came out the next day early morning for an estimate. Took care of the broken branch and cleaned up the tree, removing dead branches. They did a wonderful job! Very professional and friendly. Really pleased with their work. Would highly recommend.

Ali said Monday at 10am and was there with his crew on time. Took them only a hour in the rain. I gave 4 stars only do to size of tree pieces that were cut. We talked about 12 to 16 inches. As it was poring rain and the tree was very wide might have been alot to ask.
