They were quick and efficient. The workers were professional, friendly, and courteous. I would recommend them to everyone.

Terrible customer service. Took 3 trips and the work is still not complete. Left a mess in my yard, then tried to charge me more than what was agreed upon.Mr Brown wrote up a service contract to remove 4 trees and a stump for a price that we agreed upon. When they did the work they only removed 3 trees and left the stump. They used my ladder without permission. Then they left without checking to see if I was satisfied with the work. I spoke with Mark who gave me the run around, said my neighbor gave them other instructions and that I should have tagged the trees. The trees were clearly marked and the work to be done was clearly spelled out on the service contract. It took 2 more trips to get them to remove the last tree and grind the stump. They left the yard a mess and debris every where. No one followed up to see if the work was done correctly. Then this Mark texts my wife, not me, and tells her to pay more that what we had agreed upon. I called him out on his shenanigans and he called me names, like a child, and hung up the phone. What a joke. This guy Mark is a Class-A scum bag and shouldnt be trusted. See photos for proof.

They have a big crane and were able to take care of a big tree leaning over my house no problem. Rescheduled a few times due to weather but Mark is very responsive and coordinated well. The crew wasted no time once onsite

Stay away!! if this review helps even one person avoid going through what we did, then Ill be happy. I wish I had read reviews before I hired them. Deceitful practices. I should have filed a complaint with the BBB, but sometimes you dont want to deal with it, as whats done is done. Once you mangle a tree you cant undo it! Live and learn. Also, terrible cleanup despite being charged hundreds (just for cleanup! and no, Im not a clean freak). Interestingly enough, I read a bunch of negative reviews on this company including on the BBB website (again, after the job was complete), and now that Im finally posting a review, I noticed that the negative reviews are gone! Very strange. I never thought I would need to save others negative reviews!

Highly pleased and satisfied with Woodland Tree Services. I saw them take down a tree years ago, and I was amazed at how professional this guys worked together. So when it was time to hire someone to take down my own trees, they were the only company I considered. They have the top of the line equipment, their quick, reasonably priced and they clean up EVERYTHING before they leave. Great family company, keep up the good work!!!

Great price, did exactly what they said they would do according to contract. They were fast, efficient and polite. They cut the tree down and removed it within an hour and came back the next week to grind the stump. Very pleased and would highly recommend

Great service. Took down a very large old Oak tree in only about 2 1/2 hours and cleaned up everything. Another worker came and ground the stump. Extremely satisfied.
