Wish I could give zero stars. This business cancelled a helicopter tour 30 minutes beforehand due to weather after I had called to confirm, earlier this morning, that it would be running (they said it would be), and still would not give us a proper refund: only a gift card or a 50% refund. I will never have the opportunity to come take this tour again and will be unable to redeem the gift card due to living out of state. To reiterate, I was not the one who cancelled the tour:: the business was, yet refused to give a proper refund. Horrible customer service.While I understand that this is in their policy, I would urge you not to book with Paratus Air due to this horrible policy.

I am a resident of the area they patrol and they come so close and low to my back yard I feel invaded.. I call and they give you a cheap answer. DONT SUPPORT such disrespect of others privacy. I will be working to put them out of residential areas... its an invasion of privacy, and they dont follow regulations.

Went for the first time and LOVED it! Had to go back and take my son and mother for their first helicopter flights!! We planned a Mothers Day lakeshore and Stadium tour that got snowed out....only in Cleveland!! They worked hard to get us in the next day at a time that worked for us!! The pilots are great! Would HIGHLY recomend!!

The experience of flying in a helicopter over the city of Cleveland was absolutely amazing. However the customer service and process of getting there stuck out so significantly that I have to unfortunately give some constructive criticism. I purchased this for my boyfriend’s birthday as a surprise, I took off the day unpaid. Our flight was canceled and on his birthday due to “weather conditions”. It was rescheduled for another Saturday. I took another day off unpaid. I got a call the evening prior too, late at night rescheduling our flight to another time. We arrived at the airport with no one to be found, got a phone call four minutes before our scheduled time, cancelling and promising more time to be added to our flight. We had even paid $7 for parking. We rescheduled again for my own birthday. It was canceled again the day before and promised more time to be added to our flight. We rescheduled again. We arrived at the airport again. Paid $7 more dollars for parking. No one was to be found. I called, confused with no answer and no voicemail set up. I literally thought I was being pranked at this point. The pilot called back 6 minutes later and told us we had to walk over to a different gate four. We had our flight. It was beautiful. It lasted a total of ten minutes. So yet again I was extremely disappointed as my extra time that was promised was not delivered. I would highly recommend taking a helicopter flight with Paratus air, after they work on their customer service.

They canceled last minute when we call to confirm.they refused a full refunded. They were very rude to us.

I recently had the privilege of taking a flight lesson with BJ and I can honestly say that his level of knowledge, skill, and professionalism is incredible. That quality of instruction cannot be found anywhere else for such an affordable price tag!

I could have not asked for a better experience! The Pilot was awesome (BJ), the views were breathtaking, and the flight was smooth. I felt like I was in an Uber, 1000 feet in the air! 10/10 highly recommended.

Bj was an amazing tour guide. We had arrived late due to traffic and he was very understanding and friendly!

What a great bunch of flight instructors. Cody and BJ are top notch! And their fleet of Robinsons are very well maintained, and fun to fly! Great tours as well around Cleveland.

My wife bought me a helecoptor tour of Cleveland for my birthday and it was a blast. BJ is such a cool guy and he went above and beyond to make the experience special for us. I highly recommend it!
