Most fascinating tour ever. Cleveland is an amazing place and this tour is recommended as the best possible way to see it. We took the long version and it was incredible!!!!!

Very informative tour. I only wish we could have done the 2 1/2 hour tour vs. the 1 hour tour. We had young children with us, 5 years old and younger, and they are only permitted on the 1 hour tour.

We went for the holiday lights tour and although I enjoyed the company I was with and the driver that we had, I was disappointed by the amount of lights that were up fo display. Not the trolleys fault though.

Lolly the Trolley is an incredible experience! I had no idea how complex and important Clevelands history was! The company is a Jewel for the City.

We recently had fabulous winter trolley experience! Our driver Brian went out of his way to make it a memorable and special birthday outing for us. What an incredible city Cleveland is today. The amount of historical information shared over the two hour tour is just so fascinating. I absolutely recommend taking your whole family, any out of town guests and all your friends! This tour is truly a sparkling gem in our city!!

Dont let the silly name prevent you from taking this fun and informative tour of Cleveland. We make a point of taking similar tours in other cities in vacation. You get to see so much more and learn so much more in these bus/trolley rides than you ever could on foot, especially in a decentralized city like Cleveland. The bus is clean, and the staff was good. Try Lilley the trolley (really its a bus) for a fun day trip.

Loved the tour!

Did this tour on August 21, 2019. Our driver was Martha. To say she was awesome is a huge under statement. Drove into the city just for the day, first time. Martha has a passion for her city and it shows the way she tells the stories of her home town. I cant think of a better way to learn about Cleveland in a short time other than the Lolly Trolley.

Fun and free way to get around downtown. Fun way to go on a day time adventure. Last round is at about 11 pm on Friday and Saturday

Nice way to learn about the city. Took summer camp children ages7-12. They were not really interested. But the adult chaperones enjoyed it.

My family has taken the 2.5 hour sightseeing tour twice now. Love it! What a great way to explore the beautiful city of Cleveland and its surrounding areas. You get a great overview of downtown Cleveland, Ohio City, University Circle, the Warehouse District, and the Flats. The drivers/guides are well informed about the sites and the history Cleveland. Its great for out-of-town guests, those new to the area, or lifelong residents like myself. Ive lived here my whole life and I have learned so much from this tour. Each guide has a little something different to contribute so it never gets old. The first time we took this tour my 14 year-old son walked up to the tour guide and shook his hand at the end of it and said Im a teenage boy and I expected to be bored on this, but you were fascinating. We just took the store again yesterday and my son is now 17. We do a lot of this sort of thing. But he pronounced this tour the best one ever. Highly recommend!

The tour is well worth he money, You will love the sights in Cleveland. Great sight seeing ideas for after the tour and places to eat. We loved it. The tour is well organized, call ahead to make sure your preferred time is not booked.

All I was trying to do was find out the times/days the trolly was running downtown Cleveland. Absolutely couldnt figure it out...

I was excited to visit the town but us 4 didnt enjoy it at all. You really cant capture good pictures of the scenery because you cant see everything the driver is talking about from your seat. Its best to Google places and drive there yourself to take way better pictures, explore first hand and youll save a ton of money!!

Lolly the Trolly is a great way for first time visitors of Cleveland to get a brief history and understanding of the city. Its also a great experience for people who have lived in the city their entire lives. A very laid back and relaxing stroll through the city as the driver narrates and educates you on the its history.

I have lived in the greater Cleveland area most of my life and have never taken a Lolly tour! I always wave at her when she drives by though! My brother was in from out of town so I wanted to do something touristy and Lolly came to mind. It was a 2 hour tour that took us from the West Bank of the flats at the aquarium, through downtown, down Euclid to Uptown, a break at the art museum and back along the shoreway. I actually learned a few things about this city I love so much! Thank you!!

Not heavily advertised but a wonderfully surprising way to see Cleveland. I have been on dozens of sightseeing busses all across the world, but our guide, Rosalind, was the best!

If you are a Cleveland native or a Visitor to Cleveland Lolley the Trolley is so much fun! I have been taking the trolley tour of Cleveland with the children I Nanny at least once a month during the warm weather months for years.We enjoy it so much every time! The tour is fully narrated by the trolley driver with interesting tidbits about the great city of Cleveland as well as historical stories of famous Cleveland’ers. It the best place to get ideas of what to do around the city of Cleveland as well as get to see all around town and the fare is very reasonable!Make sure you call ahead for your reservation, as it does book up fast sometimes. My favorite tour guide is Roseland, she is the best!

I learned a good deal about Cleveland, especially for having lived here for as long as I have. I highly recommend taking the 2.5 hour tour over the 1 hour tour, especially if you are into the history of Cleveland. Perfect thing to do on a lazy, sunny day.

I have been on the Trolley several times. Each time with a different family member. I enjoyed it every time. The narrator is so knowledgeable about our city and brings back so many memories. I love it. For people who talk about CLEVELAND they haven’t lived here all their lives and didn’t get to experience things like Mr. Jingling, Santa and Bruce the Spruce the talking Christmas Tree. The Toy Soldier, Higbees 7th floor and the animated windows at Christmas.In the summer Euclid Beach, Geauga lake, CLEVELAND Zoo, Cedar Point, the Parks, Lake Erie.We have for the most part a Beautiful City.If your not from here come and visit and see for yourself. Oh and don’t forget to visit one of our Great restaurants. You might even see one of our Famous Chefs like Michael Symon. 😊

I planned a field trip for our homeschool group and we had a great time. The bus driver was very friendly & informative, and the bus was comfortable. We saw parts of the city Id never seen before & learned a lot about its history. Well worth the drive & the price!

We went on a group trip in the evening for the Cleveland holiday lights. As goes to Tremont for a drive by of the Christmas Story House. It was difficult to see out the rear half of the trolley. The windows are plastic sheets and constantly fogged up for very poor visibility. Sit in the front half that has glass windows, if you can. The driver was very knowledgeable about the area we toured.

I took the 2 1/2 hour tour. Mike, the driver and guide, was thoroughly knowledgeable about the city. He took us through most of the city neighborhoods, telling us about the past, present, and future plans.It was a really cold day but there was plenty of heat in the trolly. Our rest stop/bathroom stop was 20 minutes at the art museum.Most people will drive to the Powerhouse building, but I took the bus from downtown and only had to do a little walking to get there.

Alot of fun our tour guide was very knowledgeable her name was eva. I reccomend this to anyone visiting. I didnt realize how much history is in Cleveland

It was a great time and a great way to spend a few hours while in Cleveland. The way parking is now its better to use them if youre planning to go to the aquarium.

We were in Cleveland for the week on a business trip. Our training ended a day early so we had a day to spend sightseeing. We tried calling several times to Lolly Trolley but no one would answer the phone and the recording stated if you left a message no one would contact you back until the next business day meaning Monday. We took a lyft to the trolley stop to buy the tickets. Walked up to the booth and the lady told us they have been sold out since Tuesday. Well thats just pathetic that you cant have someone answer the phone and tell people that before they waist money on getting a ride to your location. I was highly upset and the lady at the booth just said, sorry. No remorse at all. This is a bad way to run a business. Very inconvenient for travelers so I informed her that I would be leaving a review and she said ok. That was it. So this is why I have given a 1 star review. It cost me $17 to lyft to your location and in turn wewere just sent away.

Horrible. Did the 1 hour tour which was over a hour and a half sat for an hour total while PJ talked about things that were on 2 hour tour. When we sat forever behind federal building I thought of jumping out window. But not from Cleveland had no idea where I was. PJ has some road rage with guys and yelling at pedestrians crossing the street.

Took the morning tour on 8/9 with Jim, our incredible driver and guide. I love the Trolley Tour of Lakeview Cemetery because of all the Cleveland history and couldnt believe this tour would be so packed with history and fun. Jim is so positive about Cleveland and where were going that it would make any Greater Clevelander proud to show off our city this way. Kudoos to Jim and Trolley Tours of Cleveland for offering this fabulous, fun opportunity.

I took a tour through our Womens Club at Sherwin-Williams as part of our club meeting. I LOVED it! Our guide was PJ and she was so fun, energetic, and knowledgeable! The two hours tour flew by as we were taught history about buildings, learned fun facts, and saw places we never noticed before. PJ did a great job engaging us and making the tour interesting. Being a west sider, I really enjoyed that we went around the East side by the Cultural Gardens and Wade oval because I dont get there often. Overall, would definitely recommend this to anyone in Cleveland- visitor, recent resident, or life-long resident.
