Well someone hit my Chevy Silverado and I had a lot of body work to get done. and got a rental car from here and been driving it for weeks now and I see what it’s like to save gas so out of all these rental places Rent a Wreck is decent and i will be back

They had only one car available to rent and were not able to override the liability-only insurance. Dont patronize this place.

Many good experiences here. Better name would be rent a used car oops pre-owned car. No problems. Must have a $250 deposit. No problem getting it back. Highly recommend $20 a day!

Quality Clevelanders. When I live in other States and I look back at Cleveland with fond memories I think about people like these.

Dont have cars like this

The gentleman here are great and go the extra mile not sure who the gal was when i called in today and asked for some help she was rude and interrupted me and hun up before i could get information and when i called back again after 5 minutes she sent me to voice mail wasnt even rude to her not sure why she felt she needed to be rude but thats why i give them a 3 would love to give 4.

They don’t inform you they have a device on car which will remotely disable car. They only tell you it’s a tracking device. They lie to you! If you try to call in too extend rental term, they won’t do it, say you have to return it immediately or they will shut car off and you will be responsible for tow back to office. lost a days pay due to these criminal thieves. Also send car out with gas tank less than full (time stamped photogaraphic proof) and try to rip you off for $35 fee plus cost of gas for fuel they never gave you. Car was scummy filthy dirty, damaged body everywhere. Have been told they try to rip you off for this damage. I will NEVER rent another car from these scam artists again. I’d like to give them a Negative 5 rating. Run, don’t walk , away from these scammers!

Money flushed down the toilet?? Thieves? How? Doesnt make sense, folks. Chris took care of my daughter and me better than Enterprise did for my wife this spring and at a third of the cost!!! I dont understand the other posting! Huh?If you dont want to pay for a rent a car companys overhead and dont mind a well-serviced, older car (Thanks, Chris for having it all ready, oil changed, etc..) this is the place. Especially If you dont care about frills but safe transportation while your other car, like my daughters, is in the body shop.And if U R a dog lover, you will meet all of Chris buddies. Youll see what I mean when you walk in the door.Paul from Chesterland. Yes, it was worth the drive to the West Side to save hundreds of dollars!

Run run run..far as you can I rented frm this place for a while and everytime I rented a car frm them it was some kind of accusation that I was some how stealing or destroying the cars even though all of them were more then 10 years old and the amount of money that I spent on renting frm them would have bought each and every car that I was currently driving (which I never harmed any of their cars because I would never disrespect them or their business).. I always stayed professional and I always gave them heads up if I was running late.. There are better places to rent nicer cars that dont require credit cards. It was more of a hassle then anything..save yourself the headache..
