She was always available if we had an issue and quick to respond. As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions and concerns and Emily was always quick to answer those questions or point us in the right direction to find the answers. I’ve been renting my house from Emily at Rocker Realty for 7 months now. They’re by far the best property manager/landlord I’ve had in all of my adult life- and I’ve rented everything from apartments to houses. Emily is VERY responsive to my messages and when I’ve needed repairs or assistance, she’s always taken care of whatever isn’t my responsibility- and points me in the right direction, right down to the phone number of who to call if it is. My goal is to purchase my next home this year but if I have to rent again, I’ll be staying with Rocker Realty for my next rental too. There just isn’t a better realtor or property manager around.

We have rented a property from Rocker Realty for a little over two years, any property issues were handled in a super timely manner. Home is older, so things happen. Janet and Emily are always available when I call, I thank them for being so present and helpful during our stay there. Rent went up marginally each year, totally reasonable, well-kept place to live! We have been renting with Rocker Realty for almost 8 years now and they are amazing! Anytime an owner wanted to sell they would let us know ahead of time and allow us to be the first offer. We were never quite ready to buy but they always helped us find a new place to rent right away and never hesitated to help us! They are so sweet and sent us a grocery gift card during this pandemic thanking us for being great tenants! And when we had twins they brought us food and diapers and all kinds of stuff to help! When you work with Janet, Emily, and Mandy and everyone else you’re working with real people who care about you and your needs! We’ve had to deal with other realtors and leasing agents before them and Rocker realty ALWAYS exceeded our expectations! Anytime we needed something fixed they sent someone out right away! Now a days it is sooooo hard to come by good realtors who care but I’m telling you Rocker Realty care and they will get what you want and need!

We are with the rocker realty for 2 years now. . No problem encountered. Pest control every 3 months is done, mown is maintained. Mr John comes checking everytime we call for any maintenance problem. Emily attends to our requests with considerations. I like the place.

A few years ago we rented what we thought should have been a nice house, in a nice neighborhood and all we got was a barely maintained house and a fight for our security deposit back.Emily and Janet are nice enough, for the most part, but it quickly became very clear that they are a small time outfit trying to be big and that their primary concern was money over tenants.The house we rented, although in a nice neighborhood, had a host of problems that required more than the Band-Aid that Rocker was trying to use. On top of their inability to properly repair anything, they offered sub-par services from companies they hired. The pool service was down right dangerous because the techs continuously left the pool fence open (we have 3 young children), the lawn service is a joke at best and even though their repair man is obviously the best of what they offer as a company and a very nice guy, he is family to them and standard of repair that of a temporary fix at best.As for the fight for our security deposit... my wife and I both feel that if it werent for the extreme documentation we did prior to moving in, that we would not have gotten our deposit back. When we first viewed the house, we left there to go back home and I took a shower before continuing on with our day. The house had clearly been abused and was in dire need of renovation that it never got. And even though Rocker praised us over the duration of our time there, for how well we maintained the house and for the initiative that we took in doing minor repairs, they still tried to keep our deposit.

I cannot recommend using Rocker Realty. I was the first to apply for a rental; there was a question on my application. Instead of calling me about it, Janet sent an email less than 24 hours after my applications letting me know that she took another application and it was rented. I didn’t even have a chance to respond. I guess she liked the other applicant better. I wasted my time dealing with her despite having outstanding references. Regardless, it was unprofessional, unethical, and unfair. I highly suggest you be careful when dealing with this company.
