Very clean comfortable and reasonable priced.

I really don’t know where to start with my situation..... We book in May 2019 for Kissimmee with them and we got Davenport.We got our confirmation house address six days before our arrival. I wrote them back saying that I would like to know why they put us there instead of Kissimmee. They told me it was the best place an easy access to the parks. I’ve never been to Davenport even though we looked before and we said we never wanted to be there because it was 15 minutes more than Kissimmee I decided to try it because I’ve never been to Davenport even though we said before we left we didn’t want to be there. We didn’t want Davenport because it was 15 minutes more than Kissimmee in no traffic. I decided to try it because they told us it was better. But the first day we came it was 35 minutes in traffic pass Kissimmee. When you do 12 hours of travelling that 35 minutes it is extremely awful. I told myself that I would wait another day before contacting them to see if it would change. But it didn’t. Next day we went to Disney Springs and it took an hour and two minutes to come back from Disney springs to our house and Devanport with traffic. So I decided to write them, ask them some discount for our time in traffic And gas. At first they didn’t wanna do anything because they say it wasn’t fair it was Expedias fault.With insisting, they decided to give us $90 off heating pool which is 3 days. But it took 30 hrs to go to 90° which it’s totally fine we had a couple hours to 90° on the second day I am the third day they close it I don’t know at what time but at 3h30 it was colder again. So it wasn’t really three total days of hot pool. Not really 90$ really. In the meantime I called Expedia and they called the owner didn’t want to do anything so we couldn’t do anything more with them.Wrote the owner again saying that it was ridiculously awful to do an hour of traffic more than Kissimmee in the morning and at night to go to our house. On the Highway for an on Old Lake Wilson Road it was bumper to bumper. When you do all day park can you come back for an hour or more of traffic with kids it is off and that’s what we were trying to avoid. On the old Lake Wilson every time we were taking it it was bumper to bumper from Walmart to their house it is extremely long and painful traffic. They asked us if we wanted to leave but obviously it was impossible because we had nowhere to go and we didn’t want to spend 2100$ more a week to stay at an other place even if we already booked with them for 2 weeks. I was feeling extremely Frustrated because they didn’t seem of caring about my situation.Then I wrote them back again and said that I would leave a bad review and do a complaint back home with the fund of compensation of travelling insurance if they don’t agree to have us 6 days worth of pool heated and then they asked me to leave the property by 11 AM when it was 11:15pm at night because we were making treats to them. Not even 12 hour notice. We had another week with them still.Now I was stuck booking at extremely high price another hotel for another week at midnight. I was extremely mad at that point because for me they were in wrong. They put us somewhere we never agreed from the beginning should be in. We booked for Kissimmee since May 2019 a year in advance and we got Davenport. For me I was in my right to ask a discount for all the inconveniences. I think the owner were not respectful and didn’t follow The honest way to follow a complaint of their client. The beds were awful in each room We had to sleep with one of each kids and every time we were moving we were hearing some squeak squeak squeak noise all night it was extremely awful. They are not comfortable at all either.The property was full of cigarette butts. We tried to call from their phone and it wasn’t working. The switch light in the bathrooms were extremely dirty and The wall of some bathroom were full of brown splash marks the walls of some bathroom were full of brown splash spots. It looks like poo but don’t know for sure.
