My loved one passed away in his home and the home needed trauma-related bio hazard cleaning and air purification. The project manager was amazing and very professional. He went over and beyond anything I would have expected and helped our family greatly. The clean-up was thorough and excellent. We can now move on in peace.

Im a native of St. Petersburg, my dads family has lived here since 1923, and I know a lot about where the quality is.I was not overly happy to be facing the prospect of mitigation and restoration . My insurer was not pleased that I chose my own company instead of choosing from among their vendors. I learned to make an informed choice the last time this sort of thing happened to me. I knew that if Chris and his dad at R&R said United was number one, that was the way to go.When Cody Borders promptly returned my call and arranged to come to my flooded condo, I already felt some lessening of anxiety due to the professionalism and courtesy I noted in his organized, thoughtful way of walking a customer through processes. Shortly thereafter, the gentlemen who Cody arranged for came and set up the dehumidifiers and the air purifying machines. These machines were much cleaner and less noisy than the ones another company set up when this happened on another occasion.A young man named Javad (sp?) was in charge of arranging with me to come throughtout the week to check on the machines and the drying levels. Again, courtesy, competence - quality, in my mind. Cody also checked in with me at intervals to see how things were going and to field any concerns I had.What meant more to me than anything beyond the quality work and personnel was that when I DID need to ask Cody Borders quite a few questions about the process of mitrigation and restorations, I felt free to do so and never felt like I was dumb or imposing. Cody very patiently listened to my doubts, and answered each of them clearly, even though Im sure he had plenty of other customers who would also need his time and expertise. He had the professionalism, poise and integrity to never make me feel unimportant or brushed off.People were so honest and thoughtful when I was growing up in the late fifties and early sixties. In the past twenty years or so, I have seen this begin to erode. My home flooded during tropical storm and from my first phone call and speaking to Joanne to having Nestor then David coming out.they were very professional and concerned with getting things done right. With great placement of equipment it dried my home great. Jarred came to check and then remove the equipment at the time given to me at beginning which helped a lot. I would definitely recommend and use them again if needed.

Our carpet was completely ruined and we had about an inch of water throughout, including our living and office floors.Your team came to survey the damage and immediately went to work on solving our issues. Fans were placed into the rooms. We had several technicians come to our home and each and every one of them were courteous and polite. They made sure that we knew what was needed and how to achieve that goal.David Vogeney, project manager, was extremely helpful. When we could not find anyone to take out the carpeting in the bedroom, he came out himself and completed the task. We arrived home after Thanksgiving to find a water pipe had broken - our house, all but one room, was flooded. We had no idea where to turn. Our plumber recommended United Water Restoration as a first step. They arrived the very next day and began to work. Matt, David and Adrianna cut into our walls, removed the wet insulation, and set up industrial fans and dehumidifiers. They reported back on a daily basis as the house began to dry out. They always left the house clean and gave us advise every step of the way. As the drying out progressed, they stayed in touch with our contractor and our Insurance adjuster, taking pictures and measurements to pass along. This team was fantastic!!! Friendly, courteous.and professional! We highly recommend this company...
