Water damage leak in our home, the company was very organized in repairing all the necessary repairs for a total of three months. All the workers were excellent in doing their jobs and were very considerate of our home needs. We were very lucky to have this company doing a great job. Thank you gs

NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY. THEY NEVER FINISHED THE JOB!! Once they were paid in full by insurance company they wrapped up the job. They broke my furniture, they cracked my bathroom floor, they used wrong color paint. Pulled out my drawers and dumped contents into boxes. My vintage hat collection was ruined. They replaced my kitchen cabinets that didn’t get wet when pipe broke underneath master bedroom sink. They did not replace bathroom vanity where leak occurred. They cut open the drywall in my condo knowing it was association’s responsibility to repair. Walked in on workers going through my medications. They stored my furniture and belongings at ridiculously high rates. My kitchen appliances were not installed and the garage was not worked on but insisted I sign an order of completion. When I refused they cancelled delivery of my possessions. There’s more ......… DONT SIGN ASSIGNMENT OF BENEFITS CONTRACT

Synergy did an awesome job on our condo after a shower pan failed and caused water and mold damage. Our insurance company Universal only paid $2,000.00 and Synergy took care of everything, I had only my deducible for out of pocket expenses. Synergy is assisting in recovering payment from my insurer. Synergy Property Restoration is a great company to work with I highly recommend them.

I had water damaged in my bathroom about 6 months ago. This company came out to my house to help the situation really fast! The situation with the claim to get everything resolved could take alittle bit .. but Cody kept me in the loop to let me know how the claim was going :) thank you!

These guys are the BEST! I had a waste pipe issue and they got right on it immediately and the crew were very thorough and fast. They removed all the damaged cabinets and cleaned everything. They had the room treated for the blackwater and made it possible for me to function in my kitchen while doing the work. Rob was on top of everything and the crew was very polite and I felt very at ease with their professionalism. Great communication from Rob Emergency Services Manager, refreshing to talk with someone who was very polite and courteous.Emergency services by Zachery and Carlos was speedy and they answered all my questions.Jeff Project Manager outstanding once the rebuild started it went very fast, all work was inspected by the city, after each phase was completed. Jeff was always was in contact with me, and took my calls with any concerns I had.Dwight the finisher spent time doing final remodel, finishing walls with orange peel and paint. Installing shower doors and handicap bars, towel bars, and inspecting all previous work to ensure everything was perfect. He always asked my opinion as far as placement and fixed anything I saw. Great person to end the process with.Synergy gets 10 Stars and would recommend this company.

I cannot say enough about Synergy and how much they assisted me through the nightmare of a situation! I was referred to them by Draingo Plumbing (WHO IS ALSO AMAZING) and was the plumber on my job.From the first person I met with, Matt Redfoot to the very end, Joe. Everyone was very responsive, professional and on top of things!To say there werent a couple hiccups along the way would be a lie, but thats the nature of construction - the GREAT news is the way that Synergy and their team handled it. Jerald Strahan and his demo team were amazing and very professional but personable at the same time - which I appreciated because they could always get me to laugh - which was needed!! CALE MAZARZ- He is my FAVORITE at Synergy. He was there for me to answer ANY and ALL questions and listen to any frustrations I had and was ALWAYS going above and beyond to assist. When I had to move out, her enlisted Cody Vogts assistance (owner) and they were able to help me get into a rental quickly and seamlessly! Last but definitely not least, Jennifer Spoolstra, who helped me out with getting information to my insurance company and getting them to move along with the decision and keeping me updated.Again, I cannot say enough about them and how much I truly appreciate all their help and assistance during this very stressful situation - I do not believe I would have made it through and have the quality of work that they delivered without them!!! This company is by far the most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with! Don’t let the 5 star ratings fool you. They started our project (bathroom) in JANUARY of this YEAR! They have made countless mistakes and on top of that their communication with the consumer is awful. They bully the elderly into signing contracts and then NEVER complete the job or take almost 9 months to complete the project. All they care about is your money and not helping you. My grandparents are both sickly and haven’t been able to shower since January!! This is disgusting and vile behavior. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Cody the owner is a piece of work. Told us he is going to pull out of the project because we didn’t start paying the deductible but no one has come to even collect the payment let alone call us to let us know when they would finish. They also informed us that they have 10-12 projects in the same predicament as me and my family.

I have written several thorough reviews which have exceeded all character limits on all platforms.So, here’s what I have reduced the review to.Background: Our home is small; it is a 3/2 around 1,078 sq. ft. In January, we noticed water coming from under the master bathroom tub. We called a plumber. He couldn’t help, so he gave us a few people who he thought could. Synergy was on the list and had the best reviews, so we went with them. They showed up later that day and got right to work. This was January 22, 2018. The original project coordinator told us that this project would take a total of 9 weeks. We were so impressed (at first) that we were considering using the same company to convert our garage.Today is May 14, 2018.Many mistakes have been made since the initial water damage call. The bathroom issue became a kitchen issue because the water traveled behind the tubs in both bathrooms. Somehow, our bathrooms were mostly forgotten about during demolition. Demo did not go as we were told it would. Tile was wrong and had to be fixed. Cabinets in the kitchen are still wrong. Nearly every leg of this project has had to be reworked at least twice due to simple mistakes professionals in this field shouldn’t make. Mistakes cost money and time (for everyone involved). Most recently, our cabinets were measured incorrectly which lead to us receiving countertops that couldn’t be installed (we waited three weeks for those). After waiting another week or so, the correct ones were installed (today) by the company who manufactured them (Ruhl rules!). Those guys informed me the cabinets were worse than I originally thought.Sadly, the mistakes weren’t the worst part of the experience.I’ve been talked down to, yelled at, and lied to repeatedly over the course of this journey. The owner has attempted to blackmail me via text (Want to see? Truth is not libel.). Nearly all of my frustration lies specifically with how this company chooses to conduct business and how they “deal” with their clients (especially those of us who are female and therefore considered ignorant to anything traditionally considered a “man’s job”). Nobody takes ownership or accountability for anything that goes wrong; you get excuse after excuse. Then finally, they “do you a favor” and attempt to do it the right way out of the kindness of their hearts.Verbatim from our final project coordinator: “At the end of the day, your home has been upgraded, the products used are newer and of better quality than what was there previously.” Newer? Yes. This house was built in 2006 and remodeled in 2011. Better quality? No. Poor workmanship negates any potential increase in quality.Despite the issues that continued to come up, I still like the way my bathrooms turned out for the most part. The kitchen has grown on me, though I still dislike the cabinets. I’ve since removed the staples and plastic from demolition that were painted over. And we’ve made some minor repairs here and there.I do not recommend this company.January 22 to May 14, 2018. Entirely too long to deal with such nonsense. Still, the job is technically not complete as the plumber hasnt come to reinstall our sink and dishwasher. But, I am told they will be on their way soon.Update 12.25.18:We *continue* to have issues with the work this company performed. The plumbing their people did has had to be repaired several times (most recently? today). The kitchen cabinets are falling apart. We still do not recommend this company.

This company is fantastic! We had water and mold damage from two different problems. Our technician, Rod Hareld, took charge as soon as we contacted then and handled everything, from filing claims to ensuring the work was done professionally and on time. Their president, Cody Vogt also went out of his way to help as much as possible. I would strongly recommend this company.

We had a plumbing leak behind our vanity in the wall which was leaking behind the vanity and under the floor. Synergy came that day and started cleanup then eventually restoration. Great job on our bathroom vanity. We were very impressed by our demo team especially Colin and Rebuild team especially Matt. Thank you for your attention to detail and kindness. Colby is the project manager that was assigned to my project, this guy is really smart, reliable and trustworthy, he has a very high level of knowledge about the restoration projects, he goes the extra miles and always there when I need him, very responsive and this is needed when there are too moving parts. I like to share my experience with Synergy Contracting Group. Last July when we returned from vacation we found a water leak in our kitchen wall. Synergy came out the same day. They explained the cause and solution and started work immediately to solve our problem and make sure my family was safe of any mold or mildew that might have formed. I found them to be very professional and easy to work with. After the leak was taken care of reconstruction of the kitchen was to start, thats when we met Mark. He was the construction organizer. Mark was awesome to work with. He always worked within our schedule to make sure the project got completed in a timely manner. He always kept us informed of any problems or delays. His communication was appreciated. The entire project took two and a half months and I contribute a lot of that to Mark. Id also say that the workers that Synergy employs or subcontractors they use were all knowledgeable and professional. I have to give a special thanks to the two painters used on my project. David and Cisco were unbelievable. Theyre work was second to none and they both went above and beyond to make sure our house looked great. Cisco would even clean up after other crews work to make sure the house was livable during construction. Thank you guys for a great job.Id highly recommend this company!

The experience that I have endured with the flood in my home has been extremely painful to say the least. Synergy has been honest and responsive to all of my concerns and has done everything in their power to make this process a little less painful. This is one of those situations where the level of stress is enough to fill a 10-year period! Remediation companies have horrible reputations sometimes and it is few and far between that you find one that is 100% trustworthy. I recommend this company to anybody who needs help!

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before allowing my mom and grandma to hire this company to redo the plumbing in her kitchen and bathroom. This company started work 5 months ago and is still not finished and no word on when they’ll be finished. The house is unlivable without a bathroom so the insurance company put them up in a rental for a few months but the last 2 months they’ve been on their own as far as finding a place to stay. Synergy restoration company was informed of this and is still taking their sweet time fixing the bathroom up so they can stay there while they work on the kitchen. This company lacks communication and is definitely in no hurry. The customer is definitely not number one here. If you’re looking for a headache then you’ve come to the right place. If you actually want work done in a timely manner I’d go elsewhere.

Do yourself a favor and use ANY other business besides this one. They are complete scam artists. I can’t even begin to state how scummy this whole “company” is. Do not give them a dime of your money.

I have been very happy with the company and they have been very cooperative. Things worked out very well and they did an excellent job. Matt Redfoot initially helped me start the insurance process and then Jerald Strahan took over my project. Colby Taylor did all of the rebuild and they all were very professional and helped me through every part of getting my condo back because I had to move out the damage was so bad from a leak in the condo above mine. Syngery has been very helpful with our water damage. Zack was the first one here and has explained in detail the entire process of what needs to be done. He responds immediately with the many calls and questions we have. Jared and Joe were here this week doing the demolition and they are great. One of our rental houses developed a leak in the pipe in the bathroom wall resulting in a mold situation also. The plumber we called recommended Synergy to us and ever since our first conversation with Matt we have been in good, competent and caring hands. They were prompt and worked with us and our tenants to make the mold remediation go as easily for our tenants as possible. They have worked with us in decision making, planning and insurance claim. Jerold & Eddie were my initial contacts when I had a water leak behind a wall. They were thorough, pleasant, and highly professional. As were other members of their team. The guys who moved my belongings offsite out of the mold to the guys testing the air quality, all were great. They worked with my insurance company & the plumbers for the repair of the leak and even the contractor that replaced my drywall. I can and do sincerely recommend them and will use them again if I need this type of service again.

This company was great with removal and clean up of my kitchen cabinets after a leak under my sink. HOWEVER, once that was finished, they were completely unresponsive in rebuilding my kitchen. I had to find other companies that would complete the work. Very disappointed with the lack of service.

These guys were prompt, courteous, helpful and thorough. I had a leak from the waste pipes in my kitchen that has cause water damage to my cabinets and flooring. They also found mold behind the cabinets when they removed them. They have done everything they could to insure that the clean up and mold remediation was done promptly with as little stress and disruption as possible. SYNERFY is no joke those guys jump right on it. I had a Overflow in my attic from ac which led down into my walls. Those guys were called out, evaluated situation and immediately put into control environment with humidifiers to prepare to restructure my wall. Jerald was my guy that came out. May 22, 2017In February, 2017, our home exhibited a plumbing problem, which escalated to a major disaster for us. A drainage problem that started in our kitchen led to 65 feet of trenching throughout the entire house. New pipes have been installed and concrete was poured. After an appropriate waiting time (to allow the concrete to cure), the restoration process began. The staff of Synergy has been outstanding. Marc has done an excellent job in coordinating the various services. Furniture and possessions were removed from the house to an air conditioned storage space. The house has been painted. The painters, including David, have done an excellent job. They were careful to protect surfaces that did not require painting. The people who completed the floor installation also did a fine job. Synergy sent Kristi to our house to do a thorough cleaning –we could not be more pleased. Through each process, the crews were professional. Marc did a fantastic job in maintaining contact with us to keep us up to date on the progress. Marc was willing to go “the extra mile” to get the job done. So many people helped to restore our home that we cannot mention each one by name. However, suffice it to say, that the Synergy team has “exceeded our expectations” and our home has never looked better. Ive been fighting with my insurance company over Irma Damage because my Insurance Agent embezzled my homeowners insurance money four weeks before Irma made land fall. I gave all my insurance paperwork, police reports, Fla. Dept of Insurance and Florida Bureau of Investigations documents to Matt Redfoot at our first meeting. After discussing this with Matt he is so knowledgeable regarding my situation and I feel as though a huge weight has been lifted off of me especially since I am 100% Disable. I have hope now that with Matts help, expertise and support I will get my 93 year old historical home back to the beauty she once was before Irma. I want to thank Synergy Construction Group for the outstanding job they did providing me my beautiful perfect kitchen. Cody had a brilliant solution for a big problem with my ceilings and Marc Blanco kept the project moving at a fast pace, coordinating workers to demo the old kitchen/drop ceiling and install new switches, plugs, canned and pendant lights, new ceiling, and cabinets. David is a wonderful and capable painter who makes perfect edges and leaves no mess. Marc was patient when the project had to stop until appliances I purchased were finally delivered and then ordered the crew right back to install them. Marc referred me to a dealer who sold me beautiful quartz for a most reasonable price and then coordinated the measuring and installation. I love my kitchen and will hire Synergy for my next project which I can’t wait to start.

A few months ago, my wife and I were returning home from dinner and walked into an ugly scene. While we were gone, a sewage line apparently backed up causing damage throughout our home. Based on the severity of this situation, we knew we could not wait until the morning and needed someone to come out that night.We began searching for a company through the Better Business Bureaus database and called a few who offered to come out the next day. Eventually, we stumbled across Synergy Contracting Group, who unlike the others promised to have their on call manager reach out to me within the next 15 mins. As promised, the manager contacted me a few minutes later. Upon learning the details, he understood the urgency of our situation and promised to be at our house within an hour. As promised, he along with two other technicians, showed up at our house within an hour at 10 PM on a Monday night. Upon arrival, they took their time to review the damage, look over our insurance policy, and explain the options we had available to us. When we decided to move forward, the crew worked long into the night to clean up the mess and prevent further damage to other areas of our home. We were amazed at the level of politeness, professionalism, and patience the workers displayed during a difficult situation. Hours later when the work was finished, the manager took his time to sit down with me and explain the insurance claims process and what to expect going forward.In the following weeks, Synergy showed up regularly to monitor our home and to provide us with status updates. Based on the fact that sewage was in our home, Synergy took the additional step and hired a 3rd party testing company to come out to our home and perform a test to confirm or rule out the existence of mold. Unfortunately, our streak of bad luck continued as the test confirmed mold in the home. Luckily, Synergy was experienced and licensed in this type of work and wasted no time in scheduling the mold mitigation for the next day. Once again, their technicians arrived on time and worked diligently until the problem was solved and the testing company confirmed the mold was successfully removed from our home, allowing us to move on to the rebuild.Synergy assigned a Project Manager, Michael, to our job who served as our main point of contact and coordinated the remainder of the project completion. Michael was extremely personable and knowledgeable and always went the extra mile for us. He understood our schedule and provided us the flexibility to meet with him after hours when we got off work. He afforded us the freedom to make our own choices for paint colors, cabinets, flooring, tile, etc. and offered his professional opinion when there were budgetary or schematic constraints. Additionally, he allowed us to upgrade our carpet flooring to laminate flooring and our laminate counter tops to granite counter tops by paying the difference in material and installation costs. Though we experienced a few minor delays throughout the rebuild phase, Michael communicated them to us in a timely manner and set reasonable expectations that he ultimately met.Though the process was not always easy and stressful at times, we couldnt have asked for a better company to help us navigate through it. From the first night to the last day, Synergy has lived up to their promises and exceeded our expectations. They walked into an awful situation but found a way to leave us in a great situation. If you find yourself in a similar difficult situation with your home, I highly recommend Synergy to help you through it.

My wife and I were apart of a huge sewer back up that affected 4 houses in the area. When we arrived to our property Synergy was already on site helping out the neighbors so we decided to go over and ask them to help us as well. That same day they were there cleaning up and getting everything started. We were very pleased with the employees and workmanship of Synergy. We had one issue with the City of Clearwater that delayed the process quite a bit but it wasnt at the fault of Synergy. We are satisfied with the rebuild and are highly likely to use Synergy or recommend them in the future.

Jerrold was great after the disaster that occurred in the home from a water leak. They were able to clean up the mess and save my home from even more water damage by drying everything out, or even worse preventing mold. This group cleaned up and restored my 1958 home after a leak inside from the old AC unit. I had just closed on the home (after purchasing with a realtor and home inspection!)From the beginning ..... with Jeff who came out and explained the service to the end with Mike who supervised the restoration .... I had excellent service. I could always reach the person running the work on the phone when I had questions or concerns. Special thanks to Jeff Collins who did the drying out and mold work for being so supportive. Amy in the office was very helpful. I have been using Synergy for approximately a year and a half. From water and mold to complete remodel work. Everyone has been extremely helpful and accommodating and extremely fast response time to disasters. My customers have been very happy with the result of their work I would highly recommend them.

Wow! These guys were Johnny-on-the-spot and handled everything. On site within an hour to clean and start the demolition and handled every aspect of the restoration and dealing with insurance. The crew acted professionally at all times and did a great job on the remodeling. I cant say enough how very impressed I am with Synergy and their service.

Cody and his team at Synergy responded quickly to our call and had a plan in place within days. They told us the insurance settlement offer would not be enough to do even a part of the repair and they would work for us to get the proper settlement from the insurance company.They dug a trench about two feet wide and four feet deep through the three rooms removing all the tile and wood flooring as well as removing all the kitchen cabinets. The plumbers repaired the plumbing and the reconstruction began. We chose new flooring for the rooms, picked out new cabinets and all the other things necessary with a major renovation.The people at Synergy handled most of the work under the direction of project manager Marc Blanco. He deserves major credit for all the work that was done, keeping it on schedule and keeping us informed of what was happening. He is an invaluable member of the team and should be highly appreciated by the company. All the work was done to perfection and our house looks even better than it did before the problem.They even offer suggestions on things you might consider doing while the house is in a state of disrepair. They dont force any thing on you, but let you know how it might enhance the project. It was a three-month project and done as promised. We are glad to be back and glad Synergy was our contractor.We had a belly in our main plumbing pipe going out of the house and had continual backups every 3-4 months. Finally, the water backed up and overflowed in two bathrooms and the kitchen. We needed to repair the belly which was under our family room, kitchen and living room and then reconnect to the city pipes in the middle of our yard. Also, the pool bath had water damage and most all of it needed to be replaced.

I hired Synergy Contracting Group when I had a water leak in my bathroom. Their part of the repair process was to remove water damaged flooring, cabinets..., dry out the structures & surfaces, and deal with any mold issues. (I have my own plumber & contractor for the rebuild.) Their technicians were very personable & polite, they outlined their process & responded promptly to my text inquiries during the process & accommodated our schedule. They completed the job in the time-frame they outlined so that I could move on with the next step. Their representative, Matt R., was very helpful tying up loose ends with the final paperwork. When he learned that I had not received my equipment deposit, he resolved the confusion within a day & met with me personally to finalize the paperwork & hand me the check for my deposit.

They took care of my parents home. No more smelly water stains! Will continue to use them!

I met Matt Redfoot when I was desperate for an advise how to deal with major leaks and mold in my house. He came and held my hand and showed where the problems are and what options I had , and how to take care of them. I am working with him now to solve a major leakage and roof problem. He is a very patient and knowledgeable professional. He makes me comfortable while working with him. I plan to get him involved in two more properties we own that need attention. Beware! Synergy Restoration was contracted for water/mold mitigation on June 1, 2018. Synergy was recommended by Gulfview Plumbing in Clearwater as the two companies apparently have a close working relationship. Synergy has been a problem from the start. I have been trying to get an invoice since the middle of July. Synergy refuses to send an invoice, although very little work was actually performed, I still have an open wall in my kitchen and havent had anyone from Synergy in my home since June 22, 2018. They said they treated for mold when actually mold was found behind the baseboards a month later. They will not deal with me, my insurance company or my attorney. I had to hire attorney to terminate contract (for breach about mold) with Synergy. They still wont cooperate. My insurance company opened an investigation into Synergy in August. They still wont cooperate. Not sure what you have to do to get rid of these people. They are trying to bully us into doing work that is not needed, not contracted, and not going to happen. They are trying to take advantage of us as seniors. Stay far away! We trusted the plumber, who was known to us, and that is why we went with Synergy. That was a BIG mistake, on both counts. Do your research, even when you think you know somebody. The only paperwork Synergy would provide was a $16,000 estimate that contained approx $10,000 worth of charges for work never performed and equipment never used. They did however send an estimate to my insurance company for an additional $65000 worth of work they want to do. NO WAY! This is all true and since I have been in contact with my insurance company since Synergy started this scam, everything is witnessed and documented. STAY AWAY FROM SYNERGY!!!

Mgr. or G.M. in north Pinellas County since the early 80s and time after time Ive seen various restoration companies taking heat from their customers and getting bad reviews/ratings because of your insurance companies snail like pace for processing claims. This puts these restoration companies in the middle! Ill readily admit, I couldnt do it! Weve been dealing with Synergy now for many years because of their uncanny ability and patience in dealing with your insurance company and are already very familiar with their claim processors! Synergy was referred to me by a neighbor, when their project manager Jerold Strahan showed up he made me relax and delivered all that was promised. He helped with the insurance claim amd his crew and he did an excellent job. Will totally ise them and refer them anytime.

My aunt, Lucile Olsen, had a small waterfall pouring out from under her sink. By the time she found it, water damaged the floors in all but two rooms in the house.Synergy sent Keegan out the next day. He was so kind, energetic, on time & he organized the clean up. He did the work too. He was easy to contact & he was always cheerful. Everyone Keegan sent out was nice & efficient. We felt blessed to have them helping us.Once everything was dry, Gerald headed up the next team. Another wonderful, compassionate & efficient man. He managed the painters & flooring workers. He worked non stop. All of them were just great!When the refrigerator was moved, it damaged an inch of the floor. Gerald sent out 2 men who replaced that section. I cannot even see where the old & new sections of flooring meet. That was outstanding work!Gerald was on top of everything. Even the small stuff. After our family had two floods from different causes at the beginning of May 2017, Synergy Contracting Group was highly recommended. Marc Blanco was in charge of the reconstruction completion. Marc did an excellent detailed job bringing in the subcontractors to make the repairs needed. Marc is very hands on and followed through on everything that needed to get done. In November 2018 my mother and I had the misfortune of having a sewer backup problem in our Condo. The main sewer line from the second floor clogged sending sewage into our bathroom and adjacent rooms. It caused major damaged that needed to be tended to quickly to prevent further damage to our home . This was an extremely stressful situation for us because we live in New Jersey. This was going to be a long distance project. Lucky for us our Florida plumber put us in contact with Synergy Contracting Group. This happened on the weekend and we needed someone to come right away to help us with this horrible situation. Zachary Bress/Tyler Caffti were our first contacts They reassured us that everything would be fine and not to worry. They came out to assess the extent of the damage and explained what our needs would be to restore the rooms that were damaged. Thus the long distance home restoration began.Everyone at Synergy involved with this restoration project were professional, courteous and well organized. It was a long process that included lots of texting, emails and phone calls that took place to coordinate everything. Pictures of the work were sent to us so it was as if we were there in person. Synergy helped us move forward and explained what to expect for each of the projects step by step. They quickly answered questions and addressed concerns we had along the way. This definitely lowered our stress level. From the first day to the last day, for us communication was the key to having a positive experience which we have had. Being out of state, we knew it would be a challenging project. I highly recommend synergy for any disaster related problems. They are a one stop shop to Get you back in your house ASAP. They deal with the insurance company so you have one less thing to worry about. They are very professional and do what’s right for the customer not themselves. I would not go anywhere else.

We recently bought a home and unfortunately the shower pan in our master bath wore out and caused major flooding in our home. Our local plumber provided us with the number to Synergy and we reached out to them for help. Our emergency technician, Jonathan, came out within the hour and immediately formed a plan to mitigate our damage and begin repair. Marc Blanco, Project Coordinator and Jonathan got to work and provided the equipment to start drying our carpet. Our insurance company fought our claim and Synergy President Cody Vogt personally came to our home and assured us that they would help us with our claim and would limit our out of pocket expense to our deductible amount only. Synergy did a lot of work for us and although in the end we were denied our claim, Cody honored his word and only charged us the deductible. Highly recommended for their work performance and for their integrity.
